Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of linguistic intelligence on news listening skills; 2) the effect of interest in learning on news listening skills; 3) the influence of linguistic intelligence and interest in learning on news listening skills. A research method is the expostfacto correlation method. The research population was all SMP IT Al-Anis Sukoharjo academic year 2020/2021. The research sample is some students of SMP IT Al-Anis Sukoharjo taken by random sampling. Techniques Data collection using documentation and questionnaires. The results are 1) the influence of linguistic intelligence on news listening skills is positive and significant. It means that if students have a high level of linguistic intelligence, they can improve their listening skills well; 2) the effect of interest in learning on news listening skills is positive and significant. It means that if students have a high interest in learning, the students' news listening skills are also good; 3) there is an influence of linguistic intelligence and students' interest in learning on news listening skills, which means that there has been a correlation between linguistic, intelligence, and interest in learning (independent variable) with news listening skills (dependent variable).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects, the impact of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects, and the influence of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in subjects Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students of MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 378 students. The sample of this study was 194 students of MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the academic year 2020/2021 with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. This study uses two data collection techniques: a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The test instrument uses validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test using normality test and linearity test. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the influence of spiritual intelligence on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year proved to have a significantly positive effect. The effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes for Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year proved to have a significantly positive effect. The influence of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year proved to have a significant effect.

Abstract

There is only one management function involved in the management of advice and counseling, which is controlling (supervision). Supervision is an essential component of the guidance and counseling program. As a result, academic monitoring implemented by both school supervisors and school principals is linked to the professional performance of guidance and counseling teachers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of academic supervision implementation on the professional performance of guidance and counseling teachers using self-efficacy as an intervening variable. This study employs quantitative tools and a correlational research design. The study involved guidance and counseling teachers from the State Junior High School in Pemalang Regency. According to the study's findings, academic monitoring by school supervisors is still not equivalent since the number of school supervisors is still limited compared to the number of schools and teachers in the Pemalang Regency. However, the study's findings also suggest that academic supervision impacts the professional performance of guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri Pemalang Regency. Furthermore, this element of self-efficacy demonstrates that the outcomes have no substantial positive influence. That is, academic supervision does not mediate between Guidance and Counseling teachers' professional performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada tiga. Pertama, untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap akhlaqul karimah siswa SMK Gajah Mungkur Sidoharjo Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Kedua, untuk mengetahui keteladanan guru terhadap akhlaqul karimah siswa SMK Gajah Mungkur Sidoharjo Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua dan keteladanan guru terhadap akhlaqul karimah siswa SMK Gajah Mungkur Sidoharjo Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah sampling dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa SMK Gajah Mungkur Sidoharjo Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 160 siswa. sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebagian dari jumlah populasi penelitian. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5%, menurut Sugiyono, dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 160, maka sampel yang akan diteliti sebanyak 110 siswa SMK Gajah Mungkur Sidoharjo Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat dicatat tiga kesimpulan. Pertama, Pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap akhlaqul karimah siswa. Artinya semakin tinggi perhatian orang tua maka akan semakin tinggi akhlaqul karimah siswa. Kedua, Pengaruh keteladanan guru terhadap akhlaqul karimah siswa positif dan signifikan. Artinya semakin tinggi keteladanan guru semakin tinggi akhlaqul karimah siswa. Ketiga, Pengaruh perhatian orang tua dan Keteladanan guru terhadap akhlaqul karimah siswa secara bersama-sama (simultan) adalah positif dan signifikan. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa perhatian orang tua dan keteladanan guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap akhlaqul karimah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and goal orientation with students' self-regulated learning at the Walisongo Islamic Junior High School. This research is a quantitative research with ex post facto design. The sample in this study was 158 students. The analysis of hypothesis testing in this study is a technique of partial correlation and multiple correlation. The results of the partial correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning and there is a significant positive relationship between goal orientation and self-regulated learning. The results of multiple correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and goal orientation with self-regulated learning. Conclusion: the higher the self-efficacy and goal orientation, the higher the self-regulated learning. This shows that individuals who are able to determine clear learning goals and are able to increase confidence in their abilities, can formulate appropriate and effective learning strategies according to their abilities. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dan goal orientation dengan self-regulated learning siswa di SMP Islam Walisongo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 158 siswa. Analisis pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi parsial dan korelasi ganda. Hasil analisis korelasi parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan self-regulated learning dan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara goal orientation dengan self-regulated learning . Hasil analisis korelasi ganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan goal orientation dengan self-regulated learning. Kesimpulan: semakin tinggi self-efficacy dan goal orientation maka semakin tinggi pula self-regulated learning. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa individu yang mampu menentukan tujuan belajar yang jelas dan mampu meningkatkan keyakinan terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki, maka individu tersebut dapat merumuskan strategi belajar tepat dan efektif sesuai kemampuan dirinya.
