Abstract

AbstractHardiness is a mental state to face challenges and difficulties. A person with a high level of hardiness can avoid stress. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of group counselling on cognitive restructuring and self-talk in increasing the hardiness of the blind. In this study, the experimental design used was "Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparison Group. As a step to obtain data, it involved 21 blind people who were selected by random assignment. There were 3 groups that were given treatment with 7 visually impaired each. The experimental group used cognitive restructuring techniques, self-talk techniques, and combined cognitive restructuring and self-talk techniques. When the treatment was finished, the average value of group A (cognitive restructuring technique) was M = 95.57, while in group B (self-talk technique) it was M = 102.4 and in group C (combination technique) the M value was = 104.1. So, the combination of cognitive restructuring and self-talk techniques has a significant effect on the hardiness of the blind. Keyword: Cognitive Restructuring, and Self-Talk, Group Counseling, Hardiness,  The BlindAbstrakHardiness merupakan keadaan mental untuk menghadapi tantangan dan kesulitan. Seseorang dengan tingkat hardiness yang tinggi dapat terhindar dari stres. Tujuan penelitian  ini untuk menganalisis keefektifan konseling kelompok cognitive restructuring dan self-talk dalam meningkatkan hardiness tunanetra. Dalam penelitian ini desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparasion Group. Sebagai langkah memperoleh data maka melibatkan 21 tunanetra yang dipilih secara random assignment. Ada 3 kelompok yang diberikan perlakuan dengan masing-masing 7 tunanetra. Kelompok eksperimen tersebut menggunakan teknik cognitive restructuring, teknik self-talk, serta teknik gabungan cognitive restructuring dan self-talk. Pada saat treatment selesai diberikan, nilai rata-rata kelompok A (teknik cognitive restructuring) sebesar M = 95.57 sedangkan  pada kelompok B (teknik self-talk) sebesar M = 102.4 serta pada kelompok C (teknik kombinasi) nilai M sebesar = 104.1. Maka, gabungan teknik cognitive restructuring dan teknik self-talk memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hardiness tunanetra.                                   Kata Kunci: Cognitive Restructuring, Self-Talk, Konseling Kelompok, Hardiness, Tunanetra

Abstract

This Research can be demonstrated from students who are less active and do not dare to ask during the process of KBM, feel awkward when dealing with many people, unable to respect himself or others, and often compare themselves. The population of this research is all students of VHS Nusa Bhakti Semarang which amounted to 278 students with a sample number of research of 157 students taken with a proportional random sampling technique. The Data Collector tool used in this study is the psychological scale of self-esteem, the psychological scale of social support, and the psychological scale of self-confidence. The results of the first hypothesis analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and confidence (β = 0.416; t = 5,834; p < 0.05), the second hypothesis analysis results in showing that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and student confidence (β = 0.364; t = 4,589; p < 0.05), the result of the third hypothesis analysis shows that there is a significant positive relationship between self esteem and social support with student confidence R=0,597,  F=42,733 > 3,03, p<0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data and ensure the effectiveness of life design career counseling techniques on students' career adaptability abilities. The research design used is a true experimental research design with a sample of 24 students selected using random assignment techniques. Data collection using the Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) instrument which was adapted through a counseling assessment translation procedure. The hypothesis analysis technique used the T-Test and One Way ANOVA method with 95% probability which was analyzed using SPSS Statistic version 26 software. The results showed that life design career counseling was able to improve students' career adaptability. The conclusion is that life design career counseling is effective in increasing students' career adaptability.

Abstract

This service aims to add new knowledge and skills to elementary school teachers as an effort to optimize guidance and counseling services in elementary schools. Empty chair techniques was one of techniques in counseling that valued can be applied to the teachers even though the education background itself is not counseling education, to solve student’s problem related to communication in social relationship. The methods used in this training were lectures, discussions, simulations, and assignments. The results of this training showed there was improvemwnt empty chair technique mastery from the average pretest of 4,48 to 5,8 for the average post test. The suggestions for the next service is to give assistance to the participants in field practices to make the service more optimal

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with mind mapping techniques to increase students' understanding of further studies. This type of research is experimental research. The research was conducted at SMP N 18 Purworejo class IX G Academic Year 2020/2021. The data collection tool used was the scale of further study understanding. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test. The descriptive results of the percentage showed that the understanding of further studies of students had increased by an average of 26,37%. Wilcoxon test analysis shows that tcount> ttable. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the understanding of further studies has increased after being given group guidance with mind mapping techniques

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepekaan humor dan kreativitas dengan kematangan emosi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 11 Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan yang mendasari dari penelitian ini adalah terjadinya beberapa fenomena di SMK Negeri 11 Semarang. Fenomena-fenomena tersebut berhubungan dengan kematangan emosi. Banyak siswa yang mengalami permasalahan karena tingkat emosi mereka yang kurang matang seperti terjadinya perkelahian yang berawal dari saling mengejek sampai tidak mau masuk sekolah karena minder dengan gaya hidup teman-temannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan dua alat pengumpul data yaitu skala pikologis dan teknik wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepekaan humor dan kreativitas dengan kematangan emosi. Hasil penelitian ini juga bermanfaat bagi guru BK agar lebih memberikan inovasi dalam penyusunan layanan BK di sekolah.

Abstract

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Vocational High School New Students Self Adjustment. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with the adjustment of new students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Bulakamba Brebes. The sample in the study was 78 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the data analysis showed that the level of emotional intelligence of new vocational high school students was in the medium category and the level of self adjustment was in the medium category. There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and vocational high school new student self adjustment as indicated by the value (r) of 0.635 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. While the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.4032, this shows that emotional intelligence contributes 40% to the adjustment of new vocational high school students, so it be concluded that the higher level of emotional intelligence, the higher level of self adjustment.Keywords: Emotional Ntelligence, Self Adjustment, New Vocational High School Students

Abstract

OVERCOMING STUDENT BULLYING BEHAVIOUR THROUGH ROLE-PLAYING TECHNIQUE GROUP COUNSELING. This study aims to determine the impact of group counselling on role-playing techniques on student bullying behaviour at SMP Negeri 1 Terisi Indramayu. The pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group experimental design was used in this study by involving a total of 14 students of class VIII who were selected using the purposive sampling technique as participants and divided into two groups. Bullying behaviour data were collected through a form of bullying scale-perpetration. The data analysis technique used is nonparametric statistics using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in bullying behaviour in the experimental group (M=18.71) compared to the control group (M=33.43).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between moral reasoning and school climate with bullying behavior in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo. The study population was all students of class XI and the sample amounted to 207 students who were divided into each class in all class XI. The measuring instrument uses a psychological scale of moral reasoning, a psychological scale of school climate and a psychological scale of bullying behavior. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between moral reasoning and school climate with bullying behavior among students of SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo (p = 0.015) (R = 0.537) (F = 0.288). So that overall it can be concluded that the lower the moral reasoning, the higher the student's bullying behavior, the higher the school climate, the lower the student's bullying behavior, and the higher the moral reasoning and the school climate, the lower the student's bullying behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui tingkat kepuasan peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar secara daring yang dilihat berdasarkan demografi tertentu yaitu berdasarkan kelas, jenis kelamin, dan umur.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini melibat 497 peserta didik di Kabupaten Pagar Alam yang diambil dengan teknik convenience. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Online Course Student Satisfaction yang terdiri dengan 8 item. Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan bantuan IBM SPSS for Windows untuk mendeskripsikan menilai tingkat kepuasan belajar online dari peserta didik.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan dari 497 peserta didik, sebanyak 221 peserta didik memiliki tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap pembelajaran daring, kemudian 216 peserta didik memiliki tingkat kepuasan sedang dan 60 peserta didik memiliki tingkat kepuasan rendah.Kesimpulan: Tingkat kepuasan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring Kepuasan siswa dalam pembelajaran online menjadi indikator terpenting dari kualitas pengalaman belajar secara daring. Tingkat kepuasan peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran daring mayoritas berada pada kategori tinggi, namun pemegang kebijakan tetap harus melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring karena masih banyak peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan sedang dan rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring harus selalu dievaluasi dengan memerhatikan semua faktor yang memengaruhinyaImplikasi: Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan atau pertimbangan bagi pemegang kebijakan pembelajaran untuk selalu memperhatikan kualitas pendidikan ditengah pandemi covid – 19
