Abstract

Correct hand washing behavior is one aspect that is an indicator in PHBS which is currently a worldwide concern. This is because not only in developing countries, but also in developed countries, there are still many people who forget to wash their hands properly. This shows that there is still a lack of hand washing practices or actions in the community. Based on the Health Service Program Survey on perceptions and behaviors towards hand washing habits, it was found that soap has reached almost every home in Indonesia, but around 3% of those who use soap for washing hands, in villages the figure is usually even lower. Covid-19 has changed people's perspective to start a new habit by regularly washing their hands. This is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2014. One of the pillars in this movement is to use soap when washing hands. Article 3 paragraph 2 explains that the behavior of washing hands with soap can at least be realized through cultivating the behavior of washing hands using soap Soap with clean running water, it is hoped that this habit can continue for individuals, families, and communities in Sidomulyo Village, Sibiru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Health services are a basic need for the community, therefore the Government is obliged to provide health service facilities in each region. Health services are increasingly needed in line with the high cases of sudden death and the occurrence of extraordinary diseases. In order to improve the health status of the community, the government must set clear and measurable standards to be easily implemented in every health service in the region. In avoiding problems, there must be a minimum service standard. With the minimum service standards, it is hoped that regional health services will be better. Utilization of health services is every effort carried out individually or jointly in an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure disease and restore the health of individuals, families, groups and communities. Utilization of health services becomes a demand for consumers based on the need for pain, discomfort or desire for the prevention of a disease. In the Education of Service Standards at the Public Health Center and its Relation to the Utilization of Health Services, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge of health workers at the Namorambe Health Center to improve health services and use health services properly.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu dari sarana kesehatan yang juga merupakan tempat menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yaitu setiap kegiatan untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan serta bertujuan untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, model efektivitas sistem informasi pelayanan pada rumah sakit sangat diperlukan, sehingga sistem pengelolaan yang baik akan mendukung tingkat efektivitas sistem informasi pelayanan yang ditetapkan Memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu syarat pokok pelayanan kesehatan. Suatu pelayanan kesehatan dikatakan bermutu apabila dapat memuaskan para pemakai jasa pelayanan dan tata cara penyelenggaraannya sesuai dengan kode etik dan standar sesuai Peraturan Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal untuk kepuasan pasien yang diberikan memenuhi standar minimal sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan
