Abstract

Forming the independent character of students is not an easy job, where students who are accustomed to being in the cradle of their parents will tend to be spoiled and lazy when they have to face different realities in pesantren life, so good curriculum management is needed to grow their independent character. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic boarding school curriculum management, and efforts to form the independent character of students in the Daarus Sholah Islamic boarding school, Kampung Kajang, South Sangatta. This research applies qualitative research with descriptive research type, where the data obtained is data collected in the form of descriptions, and illustrations. The result is that pesantren curriculum management cannot be separated from the management function known as POAC, namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, where the four functions were popularized with the terms planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. These four functions have been carried out at the Darus Sholah Very South Islamic boarding school. Furthermore, in an effort to form the independent character of students at the Daarus Sholah Islamic Boarding School, it is carried out with fish farming and agriculture programs as well as habituation of students in carrying out all their own activities of course accompanied by strict supervision from the boarding school caregivers. The implication is that this independent character is expected to be a provision for the students when the students are no longer in the boarding school environment and are no longer in the family environment when they are adults.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Academic Information System Service (SIAKAD) has on the level of student satisfaction of the Tarbiyah Department of STAI Sangatta East Kutai. The population in this study were all students majoring in Tarbiyah STAI Sangatta East Kutai, totaling 414 students. Researchers took random sampling so that a sample of 80 students was obtained. This study uses quantitative methods. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used to find out data about academic information system services (Siakad) and satisfaction. Furthermore, the researcher's data analysis technique used a simple Linear Regression formula. The results of the simple linear regression test in this study obtained a constant value (a) of 40,833 which contained that the consistent value of the SIAKAD service variable was 40,833, while the value of student satisfaction (b/regression coefficient) was 0.361, so the simple linear regression equation could be written Y= 40,833+ 0.361X which means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is positive. In the ANOVA table results of simple regression analysis, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained and it is known that the count value in the coefficient table of the simple linear regression analysis test is 5.902 > the table value of 1.66, which means that the SIAKAD service variable (X) has an effect on student satisfaction variables ( Y). In the summary table of the simple linear regression analysis test model, it is obtained that a value (R) of 0.556 has a significant effect and an R Square value of 0.309 which means that this study has a positive effect of 30.9% or rounded up to 31%.

Abstract

Implementation of Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTMT) refers to policies in several countries, including Indonesia, as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the midst of a pandemic, education that was previously carried out entirely face-to-face in schools has been changed to distance learning or daring to reduce the spread of the virus. The purpose of this study is to describe face-to-face learning at Muhammadiyah 2 North Sangatta Elementary School and how teachers and principals implement limited face-to-face learning. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research methods with the aim of observing more closely at natural objects. The descriptive method is a method that focuses on a group of people, conditions, an object and an event in the present. The results of the research are that the Muhammadiyah 2 Elementary School implements limited face-to-face learning carried out systematically, where the school principal and the Elementary School have implemented limited face-to-face learning, where the teaching and learning process in class, protective material is condensed and only with a chart scheme or by way of mapping so that it is easy absorbed by students, then for direct supervision of school principals and from primary and secondary education under the Muhammadiyah Islamic organization, and then structured and measurable evaluation.

Abstract

The main character's education is carried out in the family. Because the family is a role model for children to be able to develop their potential and build their character, the role of the family is very important to shape the child's character to be good or bad. The author describes the role of the family in shaping the character of children, using descriptive analysis so as to know the principles of education in the family. The conclusion of this research is that the process of building character in the family can be done in various ways, one of which is through habituation, giving good examples, advice, punishment and motivating children. The achievement of the character education process in the family can be maximized if the children, parents and the environment are mutually sustainable.

Abstract

The participation of the public, especially the elderly, in improving the quality of education at Nurul Ikhsan School is the focus of this research. In this context, studies on public participation can address various aspects, such as the level of public awareness of educational issues, the role of the community in determining educational policies, and efforts to increase public involvement in improving the education system. Using qualitative research methods with descriptive approaches, data collection methods include observations, systematic and semi-structured interviews of respondents, as well as document analysis. The purpose of research is to acquire new knowledge or discoveries as proof or testing of public participation in education. The problem formula we bring is to explain the characteristics of public involvement in improving the quality of school, increase public engagement, and explain the forms of social participation at school. Through an open and inclusive management approach, parents are involved in the decision-making and implementation of educational programs. Comparisons with traditional management models show that Nurul Ikhsan Schools actively involve parents in decision-making, shared responsibility, and the full exploitation of the potential of society. Forms of social participation of the community in Nurul Ishan School include financial and material contributions, involvement in decision-making, and support in school activities. Through program evaluation and receiving feedback from parents, the school demonstrates its commitment to involving all stakeholders in the management and development of education. Thus, public participation at Nurul Ikhsan School creates close links between schools, students' parents, and the community, strengthening the active involvement of all stakeholders in shaping a better educational future.

Abstract

Education is important in human life. It lasts throughout a person's life and takes three forms: formal education, non-formal education and informal education. Therefore, the researcher would like to examine the role of family economics in shaping children's education, the impact of children's learning motivation in relation to family economic stability, and the relationship between the role of family economics and parental education in shaping children's education. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the family economy on children's education. The methodology used is descriptive, which is qualitative research involving observation, interviewing, documenting and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings of this study, in Teluk Pandan Village, the economic role of each family or parent is very influential on the formation of their children's education. So that quite a lot of some families work hard for the education of their children.

Abstract

Abstract The educative interactive relationship between teachers and learners is significant in the context of education it creates a positive learning environment and supports the development of learners. The formulation of the problem is how is the educational interaction between teachers and students at MTs. Hubbul Wathon Sangatta Selatan? What are the positive and negative impacts of the educational interaction of teachers and students? Researchers used a type of field research. For the approach, researchers used a descriptive mode qualitative method approach. Researchers conducted interviews and observations at the location for data collection techniques and for data analysis using data condensation, data presentation, depiction and conclusion. The results of the research are found in several activities, for example on exams or formative assessments where students are given exams or assignments to make work to measure students' understanding of the material that has been learned, the teaching and learning process, extracurricular activities and due to the tasks given by the teacher so that it can provoke students to interact. Then the positive impact. a) increased motivation to learn because they have a high sense of trust and safety when interacting. b) the class can help develop students' social skills. c) students have a good understanding when conveyed by the teacher to affect the value negative impact 1) Learners who have too close of a bond with the teacher.

Abstract

Community participation is an activity or matter of taking part in activities in an organization. Community participation in education is very necessary and important because it greatly influences the development of the quality of the school or education. Therefore, community participation becomes an important component to be developed and empowered in education. This research contains an explanation of forms of community participation, factors that can increase community participation and forms of community participation that can improve the quality of education at YPPSB Sangatta Middle School. This research aims to increase public understanding and awareness so that they participate in education. This article was created in the form of a qualitative method through interviews, documentation and observations which were then arranged according to critical analysis so that appropriate data was obtained. The results of the research include an explanation of community participation in education, including the forms and factors that influence the level of participation, whether supporting or hindering, in addition to obtaining data regarding efforts made by the community which have a positive impact on both the school and the community itself.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the urgency of Islamic education in social interactions at Nurul Hikmah Sangatta Utara Vocational School. A qualitative approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of how Islamic values ​​are applied in the school environment and their impact on students' social interactions. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research results show that Islamic education at Nurul Hikmah Vocational School does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also on developing students' character and morals. The implementation of Islamic education has proven effective in forming harmonious, respectful and tolerant social interactions among students. Values ​​such as honesty, responsibility and empathy are taught through various curricular and extracurricular activities. This research concludes that the urgency of Islamic education in shaping social interaction at Nurul Hikmah Vocational School is very significant and can be used as a model for other Islamic-based schools. The recommendation for educators and school administrators is to continue to strengthen the integration of Islamic values ​​in all aspects of education in order to create a social environment that is conducive to the development of student character.

Abstract

The book of Muslims is the Koran. Allah sent down the revelation of the Qur'an through the angel Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, a miracle received by the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam a very special book and also as a guide (Al-huda) for people who believe. the focus of dedication in this mentoring is to carry out the Miftahul Ulum Mushola Management Assistance activities as an effort to optimize the Musholla's function as a place to learn to recite the Al-Qur'an and as a place for five daily prayers. This service uses the Participatory Action Research method where the writer is actively involved in direct service activities both as a Koran teacher and as a community member of the Musholla environment. In the Participatory Action Research method there are three pillars in its application, namely: research methodology, action, and participation. Service activities related to Musholla Assistance can strengthen friendship ties and can grow our generation. because the Qur'an is a guide to daily life. Therefore, it is not enough for us to read it until it is finished but do not understand its contents.
