Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan merupakan faktor pembangun perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan SDM yang membuat serta menggunakan teknologi. Karyawan merupakan asset berharga yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu strategi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing. Tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki namun juga menunmbuhkan loyalitas karyawan kepada perusahaan. Memiliki karyawan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh kualitas hubungan kerja, TQM, dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan karyawan di salah satu perusahaan di Surabaya yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan aksesoris komputer. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 158 responden. Data penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya TQM juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa loyalitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja. Ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada pembentukan loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Elementary school age children will experience very fast development. These developments are in the form of physical development and psychological development. Inappropriate use of smartphones in children will have a negative impact on children. In this case, parenting plays a very important role because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children. From the family environment, especially parents, children will get a moral foundation, character and personality that will be applied now and in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parenting and smartphone use by involving correlation analysis as a statistical tool. The study was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in Balongbendo District in Jeruklegi Village. There were 30 elementary school age children who were observed by interviewing parents and giving questionnaires. Studies show that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and smartphone use. The family has an important role in the supervision and mental development of the child's personality. With good and proper care and supervision from parents, children will avoid the negative impacts of smartphone use.

Abstract

This study intends to find out about the truth that incentives given to employees, effective leadership behavior, and existing organizational culture are thought to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment. The survey is conducted in the production department of a company. Respondents consist of active employees who work at PT. KJA which has 43 employees in the production department. The sampling technique is by census. Regression model, t test, and F test are SPSS-assisted analytical tools. The results showed that incentives, leadership behavior, and organizational culture were proven to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is important to ensure that the company's organizational operations are running according to the main plan and strategic policies. Observation of employee performance needs to be carried out continuously to find out any disturbances and drivers for the formation of performance. This study intends to observe the role of work motivation, discipline and work environment in shaping employee performance. The study was conducted on 142 employees. With the regression technique and SPSS found several things. Motivation, discipline and the workplace environment are proven to simultaneously have a role in the formation of employee performance. Likewise with the role partially. Work environment variables become variables that play a dominant role.

Abstract

The community chooses to open a small business as an economic activity. MSMEs provide many benefits for the state and society. MSMEs can provide high income for the country and create jobs for the community. For this reason, the government provides assistance as support to MSME actors. However, not all MSME actors can receive government assistance because they do not have a permit. PkM activities are carried out to help the community with the knowledge possessed by the PkM team as academics. The purpose of the PkM activities being carried out at this time is to help MSME actors who do not have a business license to register their business. PKM activities were carried out in Tropodo Waru Village, Sidoarjo. PkM activities were attended by 35 MSME actors. The implementation of the activity ran smoothly with a few obstacles caused by weather conditions. Positive support was obtained by the PkM team from the village, MSME actors, and Sunan Giri University. PkM activities are also used as a means to build good relations from Sunan Giri University in Surabaya to the community, especially in Tropodo Village.

Abstract

The progress of time makes the needs of human life continue to grow. This phenomenon is the driving force for retail company Ace Hardware to establish a company that provides household appliances. Facing competition can be done by increasing the intention to return to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic lifestyle, beliefs, and experiences on intention to return. This study used 154 samples who were Ace Hardware consumers who had visited more than two times. Data obtained through questionnaire responses were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the hedonic lifestyle influences the intention to return. Research also proves that trust influences intention to return. Furthermore, the intention to return is also influenced by the experience of the consumer.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are the role of students in implementing the khataman qur'an form of community service. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) of Sunan Giri Surabaya University group nineteen was held at the Griyo Mapan Sentosa Mosque Foundation, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The Sunan Giri Surabaya University KKN team took an educational work program related to religion at the Griyo Mapan Sentosa Mosque Foundation. Religious knowledge must be fostered from a young age, activities in this religious field are carried out and will always exist in the lives of local people in the Griyo Mapan Sentosa Mosque Foundation area, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses qualitative methods and uses observation techniques and data collection by documenting activities that have been carried out. This program can be carried out well because students are able to establish good relationships with Griyo Mapan Sentosa residents and empower themselves.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance with psychological well-being as a moderating variable in Islamic banks in Sidoarjo. Using quantitative methods with a survey approach, data were collected from 100 Islamic bank employees who met certain criteria. The results showed that compensation has a significant influence on employee performance. In addition, psychological well-being is proven to strengthen the effect of compensation on employee performance, which indicates the importance of psychological well-being in maximizing the effectiveness of compensation. This research provides an important contribution for management in designing a fair compensation system and effective welfare programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of the principal's leadership strategy that has been carried out in improving the quality of education in Karawang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection tools used are interviews, observations and literature reviews. The object of the study was the principal of SMK 1 Karawang. The study was conducted from March to December 2016. The data analysis technique is a descriptive qualitative analysis technique consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study stated that there were several activities of the principal to implement the functions of the principal as a strategy for improving the quality of education at SMKN 1 Karawang. These functions include the educator function, the manager function, the administrator function, the supervisory function, the leader function, the innovator function, and the motivator function.
