<![CDATA[Tercapainya tujuan perusahaan merupakan peran dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimilikinya. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu menerapkan bentuk kepemimpinan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan demokratis pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan di Jombang yang memiliki 60 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil yang didapatka setelah melakukan analisis data adalah kepemimpinan demokratis memiliki peran pada naik turunnya kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan demokratis memberikan kontribusi sebesar 70,3% pada pergerakan kinerja karyawan.]]>

<![CDATA[The design and use of a portable coconut grater machine is very important in supporting the business productivity of traditional snack traders in the village of Jogosatru, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this PKM is to make a portable coconut grater machine that has a simple, inexpensive, easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain system, so that it can be used to support the business productivity of traditional snack traders in particular and the people of Jogosatru Village in general. The method used in this service is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). The result of this service activity is that 100% of the community partners (traditional snack traders) are able to operate and maintain a portable coconut grater machine. And 100% of the community partners (Karang Taruna) are able to make and assemble portable coconut grater machines.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this research are to analize the degree of employee statisfication and employee retention at Purwokerto Islamic Hotel. Descriptive methode and single case holistic explorative used in this research. Qualitative and quantitative data were used in this reseach, and 48 employesss of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital participated in this research. Data collected by questioner, interview, and literature study. The result indicated that the the employee shows statisfied with their jobs. The employee retention in 5 years latest around 1-4 percent and showing decreasing trend. The implication of this research are the following: 1) Purwokerto Islamic Hospital has to retain its human resources policy, and 2) Purwokerto Islamic Hospital has to formulate regulation that tied employee to stay in Purwokerto Islamic Hospital so the new employees are no too easy to resign from Purwokerto Islamic Hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays people are starting to realize that they need to take care of their health before they get sick. So that consumers begin to regularly consume health drinks such as Yakult. Yakult probiotic drink has been around since 1934 and has products that are in demand by consumers. Competition with other brands makes Yakult management need to implement marketing strategies to increase consumer buying intentions. This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes, brand trust, and country of origin on consumers' purchase intentions. The research population is the Yakult Probiotic drink consumers. Researchers used 100 respondents as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate product attributes on consumer purchase intentions. Furthermore, brand trust has also been shown to have a significant influence on consumers' purchase intentions. Data processing also shows a significant influence by the country of origin on consumers' purchase intentions.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources are one of the factors to achieve company goals. Increased human resources can be capital to face market competition. One of them is by increasing employee performance. Increased employee performance is influenced by a few factors, including leadership, work environment, and work ability. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and work ability on employee performance. The population of this associative research is all employees who work in a company engaged in the manufacture of handicrafts in the city of Malang. The sampling technique of this research is the census. There are 92 respondents in this study. In this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. The work environment variable also has a significant influence on employee performance. In addition, work ability also has a significant influence on employee performance. The three independent variables studied in this study have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[Consumer behavior to do online shopping is growing with technological advances. To meet consumer needs for online shopping various e-commerce began to develop. Alibaba is one of the e-commerce services in the world that has emerged in the current digital era that provides various attractive offers and attractive sales products. Alibaba can be reached anywhere and anytime. This study aims to determine how the influence of electronic word of mouth, perceived service quality and perceived usefulness on Alibaba's customer commitment. The population used in this study were Alibaba users. This study used 100 respondents as the research sample. The data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that electronic word of mouth, perceived service quality and price perception can have a significant effect on Alibaba's customer commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[Era globalisasi memberikan dampak pada persaingan bisnis. Persaingan bisnis tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh modal besar melainkan bagaimana cara perusahaan dapat mempertahankan pelanggannya pada waktu yang panjang. Perusahaan saat ini melakukan peningkatan retensi pelanggan. Retensi pelanggan dapat memberikan keuntungan pada perusahaan. Manajemen pemasaran mempelajari segala aspek yang dapat meningkatkan retensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap retensi pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan warga Surabaya yang menggunakan layanan Bengkel Resmi Honda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden sebagai sampel. Data penelitian yang layak akan diuji menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada retensi pelanggan. Selain itu retensi pelanggan juga dipengaruhi signfikan dari citra perusahaan. Secara bersama-sama kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan untuk retensi pelanggan.]]>

<![CDATA[Elementary school age children will experience very fast development. These developments are in the form of physical development and psychological development. Inappropriate use of smartphones in children will have a negative impact on children. In this case, parenting plays a very important role because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children. From the family environment, especially parents, children will get a moral foundation, character and personality that will be applied now and in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parenting and smartphone use by involving correlation analysis as a statistical tool. The study was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in Balongbendo District in Jeruklegi Village. There were 30 elementary school age children who were observed by interviewing parents and giving questionnaires. Studies show that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and smartphone use. The family has an important role in the supervision and mental development of the child's personality. With good and proper care and supervision from parents, children will avoid the negative impacts of smartphone use.]]>

This development is carried out so that the company's goals can be accomplished and the company is able to stayed for a long time. The dirrection of this reserach was to determine the aspect of self-efficacy and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this study are employees at a company in Sidoarjo. The sample with was 133 respondents with the census technique. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis used..
