Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyakit Jantung Koroner merupakan penyakit penyebab kematian tertinggi dan juga merupakan penyakit yang tergolong susah disembuhkan serta sering menimbulkan kematian mendadak. Kurangnya dukungan keluarga dapat meningkatkan kecemasan pada pasiensehingga dapat mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan. Untuk itu dukungan dari keluarga pada pasien PJK merupakan faktor penting dalam mengurangi tingkat kecemasan.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien Penyakit Jantung KoronerMetode: adalah korelasional dengan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling sebanyak 30 responden.Hasil:Tingkat kecemasan nilai p value 0,000 ≤ nilai  = 0,05, maka Ha1 diterima dimana ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan.Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan. Saran yang diajukan yaitu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada keluarga pasien PJK tentang pentingnya dukungan keluarga dalam mengurangi tingkat kecemasan dalam proses pengobatan.Kata Kunci: Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK), Tingkat Kecemasan, Dukungan Keluarga Background: Coronary Heart Disease was the high cause of death and is also a commonly curable and often sudden death. Abstract

Sectio Caesarea is an artificial birth where the fetus is born through an incision in the abdomen. The incision wound has an impact on the mother and the most felt impact is acute pain. Pain is a personal experience that is expressed differently in each individual. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to reduce pain is early mobilization. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and pain intensity in postoperative sectio caeserea patients in the Bougenville room of Primaya Betang Pambelum Hospital. This study used a correlational design with a cross sectional design and accidental sampling technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 37 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection used an observation sheet which was then analyzed using the Rank Spearman statistical test. The results of statistical analysis revealed that early mobilization was in the good category and the respondent's pain intensity was in the fully decreased category with p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between early mobilization and pain intensity in post SC patients as evidenced by the results of p <α with a significant level of 0.05 indicating a significant and significant relationship between early mobilization and pain intensity.

Abstract

The quality of nursing care services is a form of professional service and an integral part of healthcare. Patient satisfaction with nursing care is when patients and their families feel that everything meets their expectations. The current phenomenon is that some patients still report not receiving optimal nursing care, lack of communication in providing services, leading to dissatisfaction during their hospital stay. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care services and patient satisfaction in the Bougenville Inpatient Room at dr. Murjani Regional General Hospital Sampit. The research method uses a correlation research design with a cross-sectional method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and the Rank Spearman statistical test aimed at 66 patients in the Bougenville Inpatient Room at dr. Murjani Regional General Hospital Sampit. The Spearman rho test result is 1.000, and the P-value is 0.000, which means the alpha value is 0.05, indicating that H1 is accepted. Therefore, there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of nursing care services and patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the quality of nursing care services and patient satisfaction in the Bougenville Inpatient Room at dr. Murjani Regional General Hospital Sampit. It is recommended for dr. Murjani Regional General Hospital Sampit to evaluate service satisfaction, especially improving the quality of nursing care services in the Bougenville Room.
