Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit yang ditandai dengan tingginya gula darah. Salah satu cara pengendalian kenaikan gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus yaitu dengan Hydroterapy. Hydroterapy ini dilakukan untuk pemecahan gula dalam darah dan membuang racun melalui keringat dan urin. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas hydroterapy dengan kadar gula pada pasien diabetes melitus. Metode: Rancangan penelitian narrative review. Pencarian narrative mengunakan database yaitu Google Scholar, Pubmed, Elsevier, Biomed Central, dan Portal Garuda. Kriteria jurnal yang digunakan disaring berdasarkan judul literatur, abstrak dan kata kunci atau keyword yaitu Hydroterapy , kadar gula, diabetes melitus tipe 2. Hasil: Telaah dari 8 jurnal menunjukkan bahwa terapi minum air putih efektif menurunkan kadar gula dalam darah pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 Kesimpulan: Narrative ini menunjukan bahwa dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 dengan memberikan informasi mengenai manfaat dari konsumsi air putih yang cukup sebagai terapi kompelementer.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a serious public health problem. Hypertension has increased every year. Riskesdas data in 2018 reached prevalence (34.1%) in Indonesia and prevalence (44.1%) in South Kalimantan. One of the factors cause hypertension is lifestyle. Lack of the public knowledge about a healthy lifestyle leads to neglect of blood pressure control. This has the potential to cause complications in hypertensive patients. The effort that can be made to prevent and control hypertension are providing health education to hypertensive patients to maintain and improve healthy lifestyle. Objective: To analyze the Effectiveness of Health Education in hypertensive patients. Method: Narrative Review Research Design. The journal criteria used were filtered based on literature titles, abstracts and keywords, namely Health Education + hypertensive patients. Conclusion: Providing health education to hypertensive patients can control blood pressure. Relevant agencies including health offices, hospitals, health centers and health facilities are expected to increase hypertension patient knowledge regarding blood pressure control, for example reducing salt consumption, taking antihypertensive drugs and always checking blood pressure at the health center or other health workers. This can help patients to control their blood pressure.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by high blood sugar. One way to control the increase in blood sugar in patients with diabetes mellitus is hydrotherapy. This therapy can help break down sugar in the blood and remove toxins through sweat and urine.The purpose of this study to analyze the effectiveness of hydrotherapy with sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. Method: Narrative review research design. The journal criteria used were filtered based on the literature title, abstract and keywords or keywords, namely hydrotherapy, sugar levels, diabetes mellitus. Results: Journal studies show that drinking hydroherapy is effective in reducing blood sugar levels in patients diabetes mellitus type 2. Conclusion: Narrative can increase the knowledge of diabetes mellitus patients by providing information about the benefits of consuming sufficient water as complementary therapy.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease caused by the pancreas not being able to produce enough insulin for the body. One of the pillars of diabetes mellitus treatment is glycemic control with a health locus of control which is rarely realized in the process control. Objective: To determine the relationship between health locus of control and the level of glycemic control compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Banjarmasin Terminal Health Center. Method: his study uses quantitative methods and uses a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples as many as 73 people with purposive sampling technique. Result: Spearman's rho correlation test results with = 0.05. From the results of the Spearman's rho statistical test, a significant value of 0.198> 0.05 showed that there was no relationship between health locus of control and the level of glycemic control compliance. Conclusion: Compliance is not only influenced by health locus of control but also influenced by other factors such as medication administration, diet, physical activity or foot care.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus tipe 2 paling banyak terjadi yakni sebesar 90-95% dari kejadian diabetes melitus. Hal tersebut dipicu oleh perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat kesadaran deteksi dini diabetes, kurang aktivitas fisik dan pola makan yang salah. Salah stau kunci utama pengobatan DM adalah melalui pola diet. Namun hal ini sering menjadi kendala dalam proses pengobatan DM itu sendiri. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ketidakpatuhan pola diet dengan kejadian hiperglikemi pada DM tipe 2. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil uji korelasi Spearman’s rho dengan α = 0,05. Dari hasil uji statistik Spearman’s rho didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,048 < 0,05 menunjukkan ada hubungan antara ketidakpatuhan pola diet dengan kejadian hiperglikemi pada DM tipe 2 . Kesimpulan: Ketidakpatuhan pola diet merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kejadian hiperglikemi pada DM tipe 2 apabila semkin patuh seseorang maka semakin stabil dalam menjaga gula darah.

Abstract

Background: One of the chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot ulcers. The incidence of foot ulcers in Indonesia is quite high, reaching 7%-24% and is a problem that has not been resolved properly. The efforts to prevent and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot ulcers are by foot care behavior. Objective: To determine the relationship between foot care behavior towards the incidence of diabetic foot ulcers at Dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin Hospital. Method: : Quantitative method with cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 203 people. The sample was 20% of the population, which is 41 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling. Result: Spearman Rank correlation test results with = 0,05. The results of the analysis of the relationship between foot care behavior and the incidence of ulcers showed p=0.000 and a correlation coefficient is -0.589. Conclusion: There is a strong unidirectional relationship between foot care behavior towards the incidence of Diabetic Foot Ulcers at Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin Hospital. Abstract

Persepsi penyakit merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam membentuk kepatuhan pasien terhadap prosedur kesehatan pada penyakit kronis. Pasien Diabetes Mellitus diharuskan rutin mengkonsumsi obat sesuai anjuran petugas kesehatan. Hal ini memerlukan kepatuhan yang konsisten, sehingga diperlukan adanya identifikasi persepsi penyakit diantara pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi penyakit penderita DM tipe 2 di UPT Puskesmas Bereng Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif. Sampel berjumlah 53 penderita DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Bereng yang diambil menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Data penelitia dikumpukan menggunakan kuesioner identitas responden dan persepsi penyakit penderita DM tipe 2 yaitu The Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (B-IPQ). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Sebagian besar penderita DM tipe 2 berusia 56-65 tahun sebanyak 27 orang (50,9%). Sebagian besar penderita DM tipe 2 berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 37 orang (69,8%). Sebagian besar penderita DM tipe 2 sudah menderita penyakit DM tipe 2 selama ≥3 tahun sebanyak 38 orang (71,7%). Sebagian besar persepsi penyakit penderita DM tipe 2 dengan persepsi penyakit negatif sebanyak 46 orang (86,8%). Sebagian besar persepsi penyakit penderita DM tipe 2 di UPT Puskesmas Bereng dengan persepsi penyakit negatif dan sebagian kecil lainnya persepsi positif. Pihak Puskesmas diharapkan memberikan edukasi 5 pilar Diabetes Mellitus kepada pasien DM tipe 2 sebagai upaya pembentukan persepsi penyakit yang baik sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada kecerdasan emosional pada pasien DM tipe 2 agar ke arah yang positif.
