Abstract

E-commerce has recently become a place that is in great demand by consumers to shop. In general, e-commerce is a term used to describe the sale of goods and services via the internet. Among the many e-commerce services in Indonesia, one of them is JD.id. This research aims to look at the IT services used by JD.id previously by looking at the processes of domain service operations with the ITIL V3 framework and finding out the extent of management of the IT services used by JD.id before JD.id closed. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method and the assessment of the results of this research is based on the answers to the questionnaire given to respondents using a Likert scale. The sample taken was 100 people who were JD.id users. The data sources obtained in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis carried out was calculating the Maturity Level of the Service Operation subdomain. The results of the research obtained the lowest value, namely the problem management variable with a value of 3.70, meaning that the JD.id marketplace is still not very optimal in terms of preventing incidents from occurring and there is no permanent improvement process and is not very optimal in terms of continuous service improvement. However, the overall maturity level (Maturity Level) on average is at level 4 with a score of 3.97 this means that the IT service processes in the JD.id marketplace have been planned and implemented well and consistently, but automation with the information technology tools used is limited.

Abstract

Indonesia possesses considerable capacity for renewable energy as a result of its plentiful natural resources, including geothermal, solar, wind, hydro, and biomass. However, the nation's existing energy composition is predominantly dependent on non-renewable resources, with fossil fuels constituting approximately 95% of its overall energy consumption. Recently, Indonesia has made notable advancements in augmenting its renewable energy output in years. Nevertheless, there is still obscurity about the identification of suitable regions for the installation of solar power plants in order to facilitate the development of solar energy. This study employed a methodology to investigate and forecast the solar energy potential in Sumatra, Indonesia. The data utilized consists of MERRA-2 reanalyzing information spanning from 1980 to 2019, collected on a daily basis. The data is analyzed and shown using Inverse Distance Weighting and ARIMA techniques to visualize the spatial variation of solar energy potential in Sumatra. ARIMA is employed as a supplementary method to the interpolation technique in order to get long-term projections of solar energy potential for the period spanning from 2020 to 2029. The analysis of the best interpolation method for estimating solar energy potential reveals that the IDW approach with a power of 5 yields the most accurate findings, with an RMSE value of 28.33. For long-term prediction of solar potential in Aceh province, the ARIMA (1,0,0) method is recommended, which has a MAPE value of 0.0219. The findings indicated that Lampung and Bengkulu frequently experience the distribution of solar energy with an intensity ranging from 1400 to 1450 kWh. In addition, the forecast of the potential over Sumatera Island yielded encouraging results using the GAM model, with a root mean square error rate of 0.05103.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with 29% of the workforce working in the agricultural sector, however, farmers' knowledge and practices depend on informal local wisdom based on inherited past practices. Moreover, identifying diseases in plants is difficult to do with human vision so that intelligent technology is needed.  In this paper, an architecture of CNN models such as MobileNetV2, ResNetV50, InceptionV3 and DenseNet121 will be built to detect diseases based on leaf images of several crops obtained from the agroai dataset containing multiple crops namely bean, chili, corn, potato, tomato and tea. The model is used through transfer learning for feature extraction of the trained model with imagenet weights, with 4 fully connected layers. Each model for each crop will be compared to get the best model based on the accuracy of training, evaluation and testing. ResNet50 has the best performance for four type of plants, including bean plants with training accuracy of 99.49%, validation of 99.52%, testing of 98.96%, chili plants with training accuracy of 98.03%, evaluation of 98.75%, testing of 100%, tea plants with training accuracy of 99.62%, evaluation of 99.6%, testing of 99.74% and tomato plants with training accuracy of 99.62%, validation of 99.7%, testing of 99.37%. Moreover, MobileNetV3 has the best performance for 2 types of crops that is corn with training accuracy of 99.22%, validation of 99.69%, testing of 99.55%, and potato with training accuracy of 99.62%, evaluation of 99.60%, testing of 99.74%.

Abstract

Phase imbalance in buildings, primarily caused by single-phase loads and generation, leads to increased neutral current, voltage imbalance, reduced energy efficiency, and potential equipment damage. To address these challenges, an optimal phase selection method is proposed for single-phase loads and generation. This method integrates integer programming with a string-coded genetic algorithm (GA). The GA employs string encoding to represent phase connections. Initially, a Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) solver identifies an initial solution, which is subsequently transformed into a string to initialize the GA’s genes. Subsequently, the GA executes standard operations such as mutation, crossover, evaluation, and selection. Case studies demonstrate the efficacy of this method in achieving substantial load balancing. Notably, the identification of multiple solutions with identical objective function values renders this approach suitable for smart buildings equipped with energy management systems that participate in ancillary services between low-voltage and medium-voltage networks. This research pertains to the domains of computer science, power engineering, and energy informatics.

Abstract

Mangroves are ecosystems with unique functions in the environment. Because of its physical properties, mangroves are able to play a role as a wave retardant as well as retaining intrusion and abrasion of the sea. Mangroves themselves have various types of species that are spread throughout Indonesia and not yet widely known to people in general. In identifying the mangrove species itself cannot be done arbitrarily, it requires an expert who truly understands the mangrove species. This research was conducted with the aim of adopting the knowledge of mangrove experts to identify mangrove species into expert systems. The method used is case based reasoning method using the KNN algorithm which is used to calculate the similarity value between cases that will be applied to the expert system to identify mangrove species found in Taman Wisata Alam Pantai Panjang dan Pulau Baai Kota Bengkulu. This system is built using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Php, and Mysql programming languages and is designed using UML diagrams. The results of this study itself are, it has been successfully applied the case based reasoning method in the expert system to identify mangrove species found in Taman Wisata Alam Pantai Panjang dan Pulau Baai Kota Bengkulu
