Abstract

Almost all government and non-government institutions already use computers and all media and work tools. But with a computer all these conveniences can also interfere with someone at work. For example, a student is following a practicum lesson but the student is instead busy with social media and games, so the learning process is not conveyed in the practicum activity.Monitoring computer activity carried out using the Client & Server method so that administrators will find it easier to monitor client computers connected to a computer network. In this application there is also a forced exit feature so that the client computer cannot carry out related processes outside of learning. After testing this application, it can be concluded that this application can monitor activities from client computers with a percentage of 80% so that network administrators can monitor processes and applications running on client computers. For testing the communication process between server computers and client computers using several computer network media, it was successful with a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

The development of the world of oil palm plantations in the Bengkulu region is growing very rapidly and one of them is the North Bengkulu district. With the increasing number of oil palm plantations, most people do not know where to sell the products from their oil palm plantations. The lack of available information and the unclear distance to the location makes it difficult for farmers to sell the products from their plantations. This research is aimed at solving problems by creating new applications. a smartphone (Android) based application which aims to provide solutions to the public so that they can easily find out where they are and how far they have to go to reach the oil palm road they want without being limited by time or place. GIS-based applications have been proven to have a major impact on economic and social development, and the use of GIS has become a current trend. The GIS application was developed to help search for and locate oil palm RAMPs. The aim of this research is to help oil palm farmers find and determine the best locations to sell their crops. They can also compare the selling prices of the most expensive palm oil. For this application, the Android operating system is combined with Google Maps, a web-based virtual world map service created by Google. This application has features such as the name of the palm ramp owner, a map of the palm ramp location, palm oil prices, location suggestions, palm oil views, application instructions, and much.

Abstract

Abstract

Herbal remedies have long been utilized by Indonesian communities as part of traditional medicine. However, identification of these natural resources is often challenging due to the morphological similarities among various species, which demand expert knowledge to differentiate. This study aims to implement the EfficientNetV2B0 model architecture for classifying medicinal leaves through an Android-based application designed to support recognition tasks. The dataset was composed of augmented images of plant foliage. The model was trained using the TensorFlow framework and evaluated to measure classification performance. Results demonstrate that EfficientNetV2B0 achieves excellent accuracy, with validation scores exceeding 97%, outperforming several other deep learning models. The resulting application allows the general public to identify local medicinal species more easily. This study contributes to the field of computer vision by providing an accurate and efficient classification framework, particularly beneficial for health-related informatics in biodiversity-rich regions.
