Abstract

Desa Lontar terletak di Kecamatan Tirtayasa, Banten. Perairan Pesisir Desa Lontar hidup berbagai biota seperti ikan, kerang dan biota lainnya. Perairan desa Lontar juga memiliki tambak budidaya rumput laut yang cukup luas. Tambak budidaya rumput laut tersebut berada cukup dekat dengan pemukiman masyarakat sekitar. Seiring pesatnya pembangunan yang terjadi di desa lontar memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif bagi makhluk hidup dan lingkungan di sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kondisi kandungan logam berat di tambak rumput laut Desa Lontar. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengambil sampel dilaksanakan di tiga titik stasiun menggunakan botol sampel, dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak satu botol di setiap stasiunnya dan  analisis logam berat di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Labolatorium Lingkungan hidup sesuai aturan baku mutu yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa Perairan  di  Tambak Rumput Laut Desa Lontar mengandung beberapa logam berat di atas ambang batas baku mutu untuk besi (Fe), Mangan (Mn), dan Tembaga (Cu). Rumput laut Gracilaria verrucosa mampu menyerap kandungan logam berat dalam skala rendah. Kandungan logam berat tinggi dalam wilayah tambak akan berdampak kepada pertumbuhan rumput laut tersebut.   Lontar Village is located in Tirtayasa District, Banten. The coastal waters of Lontar Village live various biota such as fish, shellfish and other biota. The waters of the lontar village also have a fairly extensive seaweed cultivation pond. The seaweed cultivation pond is located quite close to the surrounding community settlements. Along with the rapid development that occurred in the village of lontar, it has a positive and negative impact on living things and the environment around them. This study aims to analyze the condition of heavy metal content in seaweed ponds in Lontar Village. The method used is to take samples carried out at three stations using sample bottles, with one bottle sampling at each station and heavy metal analysis carried out in the at the Environment and Forestry Service Environmental Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit according to standard rules. quality as stipulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management. The results show that the waters in the Lontar Village Seaweed Pond contain several heavy metals above the quality standard thresholds for iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), and Copper (Cu). Seaweed can absorb heavy metal content but on a low scale, if it absorbs too much heavy metal it will have an impact on the growth of the seaweed.

Abstract

Pantai Bahagia Village in Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency is the most affected village so far from tidal flooding, and some of its areas have been permanently inundated by sea water. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of tidal flooding and how the community adapts in Pantai Bahagia Village in dealing with tidal flooding. Data collection methods used include observation and interviews which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results obtained are that it is known that the tidal flood that occurred caused Muara Flag Village, Gobah Village, Muara Pecah Village, Beting Village, and Muara Mati to be inundated by sea water. The height of inundation from tidal flooding ranges from 20 cm - 70 cm. Adaptations made by the community include raising the foundation of the house, installing a water pump in the house.

Abstract

The parameter value of ornamental fish is determined by the brighter the color of a type of ornamental fish, the higher the value so that farmers need to maintain the color of the ornamental fish by providing feed containing color pigments that can be obtained from vegetable and animal sources of carotenoids. Sunkist balloon molly fish (Poecilia sp.) were stocked in an aquarium measuring 60 × 30 × 30 cm3 (5 fish/l), Objectives of this study was to determine the effect of feeding formulations using different carotenoid sources with the best treatment for improving the color quality of sunkist balloon molly fish (Poecilia sp.). The method used was experimental (quantitative) completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments, 1 control, and 3 repetitions. Feed was given ad libitum (5% body weight) 3 times a day. Color quality data were analyzed using ImageJ Software and one-way ANOVA test. The results of the study showed that feed utilization efficiency, feed conversion ratio and growth performance were not significantly different between treatments. There was a significant effect on improving the quality of the color shown in the P₃ (yellow pumpkin) treatment of 10% as the best treatment among others. Water quality parameter that observed trend to be normal and stable from the beginning to the end of the maintenance period.

Abstract

Perairan Cilincing merupakan bagian dari Teluk Jakarta. Perairan Cilincing menjadi salah satu tempat strategis untuk kegiatan industri manufaktur, didukung dengan keberadaan KBN (Kawasan Berikat Nusantara). Selain kegiatan industri, daerah Cilincing dijadikan tempat hunian bagi masyarakat pesisir yang mayoritas berprofesi sebagai nelayan. Budidaya kerang hijau (Perna viridis) menjadi sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat Cilincing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mengetahui nilai kandungan kadmium (Cd) dan timbal (Pb) yang terkandung pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis) dan air serta tingkat kualitas Perairan Cilincing. Metode penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling Method pada enam titik uji. Analisis logam berat pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis) menggunakan Atomic Absroption Spectrophotometry dan Analisis logam berat pada air menggunakan Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan logam berat kadmium (Cd) berkisar antara 0,08 mg/kg- 0,19 mg/kg dan dinilai tidak melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) berkisar antara 0,26 mg/kg-0,33 mg/kg dan dinilai tidak melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Tidak ditemukan kandungan logam berat pada air di Perairan Cilincing dan hasil pengecekan parameter kualitas perairan Cilincin tergolong normal. Cilincing waters is a part of Jakarta bays. Cilincing water is a strategic places for manufacturing industries, and supported by the KBN (Kawasan Berikat Nusantara). Beside of industry activities, Cilincing is used as a residential area for coastal communities and works as a fisherman. Green Mussels (Perna viridis) cultivation is a source of livelihood for Cilincing peoples. The purpose of this research is to determine of Cadmium (Cd) and Lead (Pb) content in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and water and quality level of Cilincing water. This research use Purposive Sampling Methods in six research points. Heavy metal analys for Green Mussels (Perna viridis) use Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and heavy metal analys for water use Inductively Coupled Plasma- Optical Emmision Spectrometry. The results showed that the content of heavy metal Cadmium (Cd) ranged from 0,08 mg/kg-0.19 mg/kg and considered not to exceed the specified threshold. The results showed that the content of heavy metal Plumbum (Pb) ranged from 0,26 mg/kg-0,33 mg/kg and considered not to exceed the specified threshold. No heavy metal content was found in Cilincing Waters. Water quality parameters is still normal. Therefore, heavy metals content in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and water does not exceed the threshold. However, if industrial and anthropogenic activities still increase, there is a possilbility that one day the heavy metal content in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and water will also increase and endanger who consume the Green Mussels (Perna viridis) from Cilincing waters

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas memberikan tugas tambahan bagi guru dalam menentukan media pembelajaran yang cocok dan tidak monoton kepada siswa. Inovasi dalam media pembelajaran merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan belajar. Lectora Inspire merupakan software pengembangan belajar elektronik (e-learning) yang relatif mudah diaplikasikan atau diterapkan untuk para pendidik. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi. Pendidik mengetahui pentingnya kebaharuan media pembelajaran untuk pentingnya terlaksana pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan tererstuktur. Pembuatan media pembelajaran Lectora Inspire yang diujikan memiliki aspek usability dan functionality. Kebaharuan media pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sehingga terciptanya pembelajaran yang efektif dan terstruktur. ABSTRACT The limited face-to-face learning activities pose an additional task for teachers in determining suitable and non-monotonous learning media for students. Innovative approaches in learning media serve as a solution to overcome learning challenges. Lectora Inspire, an electronic learning software (e-learning), offers a relatively easy application for educators. The engagement methods include lectures, discussions, and simulations. Educators understand the importance of incorporating innovative learning media to ensure effective, efficient, and structured learning. The created Lectora Inspire learning media underwent testing in terms of usability and functionality. The introduction of innovative learning media aims to enhance students' motivation and improve their academic achievements, thereby establishing an effective and structured learning environment.

Abstract

Lamtoro leaves (Leucaena leucocephala) are used as feed ingredients because they contain a lot of protein but are hampered by the high fiber content but can be reduced by fermentation to cover the smell of lamtoro leaves which fish do not like. This research aims to examine the effect of fermenting lamtoro leaves into artificial feed for sangkuriang catfish (C.gariepinus) on the growth and survival of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus). This research used 120 Sangkuriang catfish with ± 3 grams and a length of ± 5-6 cm. This research method uses a quantitative and experimental approach using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four and three replications consisting of control, 10% lamtoro leaf fermentation, 15% lamtoro leaf fermentation, and 20% lamtoro leaf fermentation. The research observation parameters were absolute weight, absolute length, feed conversion, specific growth rate, and survival of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The results showed that treatment with the addition of fermented lamtoro leaves had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the survival and growth of sangkuriang catfish. The conclusion from this research is that fermentation of lamtoro leaves has no significant effect on the growth and survival of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus).

Abstract

Vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the main commodities in the field of Indonesian fisheries. Effort to overcome the disease, one of which is done by giving immunostimulants to the feed. Immunostimulants can be used include Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces (treatment A) and selenium and β-glucan (treatment B). The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of immunostimulants based on non-specific immune systems and water quality parameters such as salinity. This research design uses experimental with a randomized group design on 2 plots of 3 replicates in PT Suri Tani Pemuka (STP) assistance pond. It uses 2 factors, namely salinity, maintenance, and different types of immunostimulants. The parameters measured are blood images of total hemocyte count (THC), differential hemocyte count (DHC), and maintenance water quality. The results of THC observations showed that the administration of Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces in the second week of observation gave real different results (P<0.05) with an average value of 8.65x106 cel / ml. DHC results with administration of Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces as well as selenium and β-glucan gave significantly different results (P<0.05), meaning that immunostimulant administration can affect the amount of granular and hyaline in vaname shrimp hemolymph. Administration of Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces as well as selenium and β-glucan can increase 2-8% and 3-4% respectively against granular amounts. The maintenance salinity factor gives no real difference (P>0.05) to THC and DHC values. Giving Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces can be an alternative in increasing immunity in vaname shrimp rearing with a salinity of 2-7 ppt.
