Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to explain the implementation of legal protection for health workers in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health workers are people who are engaged in the health sector to provide assistance to people who need healing of physical conditions. Indonesia is being hit by the Covid-19 outbreak which has killed many health workers in their work. At the same time, health workers are intimidated by people who are worried about the spread of the virus to their homes, so that health workers become victims of bullying by the community. The research method used is normative juridical with analytical prescriptive research specifications and is carried out with an analytical approach, a law approach, a literature approach, a concept approach, equipped with primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials as data fulfillment in this study. This research concludes that the implementation of the protection of health workers in Indonesia is carried out through a policy of providing high incentive guarantees, privileges in health services, and special family insurance for health workers. Such a model for implementing the protection of health workers needs to be given, in order to guarantee legal protection and human rights in their duties to provide assistance to humanity and the safety of the nation in the context of treating and preventing the Covid-19 virus outbreak.Keywords: covid-19; worker; health.Abstrak:Riset bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga Kesehatan di Indonesia selama pandemic covid-19. Tenaga kesehatan adalah orang yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan untuk memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan penyembuhan kondisi fisik. Indonesia sedang dilanda wabah Covid-19 yang telah menewaskan banyak tenaga kesehatan dalam pekerjaannya. Pada saat yang sama, petugas kesehatan diintimidasi oleh orang yang khawatir terhadap penyebaran virus ke tempat tinggalnya, sehingga petugas kesehatan menjadi korban bullying oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian preskriptif analitis dan dilakukan dengan pendekatan analitik, pendekatan undang-undang, pendekatan literatur, pendekatan konsep, dilengkapi dengan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier sebagai pemenuhan data dalam penelitian ini. Riset ini menyimpulkan, bahwa pelaksanaan perlindungan tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia dijalankan melalui sebuah kebijakan pemberian jaminan insentif yang tinggi, pengistimewaan dalam layanan kesehatan (dosis vaksis khusus), dan jaminan keluarga tenaga kesehatan yang istimewa (santuan kematian). Pelaksanaan perlindungan tenaga kesehatan semacam itu perlu diberikan, dalam rangka mendapatkan jaminan perlindungan hukum dan hak asasi manusia dalam tugasnya memberikan bantuan bagi kemanusiaan dan keselamatan bangsa dalam rangka pengobatan dan pencegahan wabah virus Covid-19.Kata kunci: covid-19; pekerja; Kesehatan.

Abstract

Riset ini berusaha mengkaji filsafat ketuhanan (philosophy of God) dari pemikiran Muhammad Iqbal. Muhammad Iqbal berusaha memahami Tuhan dengan menggunakan ego, karena ego dianggap sebagai representasi dari Tuhan di alam nyata ini. Di dalam ego, pengalaman religius (religious experience) lebih dipentingkan sebagai upaya mendekatkan diri terhadap Tuhan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Dengan cara mengungkapkan pemikiran Muhammad Iqbal dengan menelaah secara kritis filosofis terhadap konsepsi filsafat ketuhanannya. Ternyata hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa pemahaman Tuhan yang diusung oleh Muhammad Iqbal lebih menekankan pada pendekatan esoteris, bukan eksoteris. Konsepsi Filsafat ketuhanan menurut Muhammad Iqbal sebenarnya adalah bagaimana memfungsikan potensi diri manusia, dengan jalan selalu mengimplementasikan ajaran Islam dan konsep ketauhidan. Dengan demikian, Umat Islam dapat mengamalkan ketauhidan dalam menjalankan ibadahnya.

Abstract

The religious expressions of the artist in the social media space have the potential to give an ambiguous impression to the public in responding to them. On the one hand, artists as religious people have the right to carry out their religious teachings in the public sphere. But on the other hand, the artist is also a public figure whose popularity is widely used by the industrial world. This study intends to identify the meaning of various religious expressions of some Indonesian artists in various accounts or social media channels. Through a phenomenological approach, the dramaturgical theory that was initiated by Erving Goffman is used as an analytical theory. This research data collection using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study conclude that religious expressions by some Indonesian artists in the social media space can be explained through three patterns. First, religious expression as religiosity. This pattern can be seen from the backstage which is shown as a religious person who carries out his religious teachings. Second, religious expression as a commodification of religion. This pattern can be seen from the appearance of the artists as brand ambassadors for certain business products. Third, religious expression as media capitalization. This pattern can be seen from the artist's religious expression following the media arrangement that emphasizes the elements of business and profit. The theoretical implication of this research shows that understanding and expression of religion can experience developments and changes in form in the dynamics of the construction of socio-cultural life.

Abstract

School is a place where a student takes education and obtains learning both material learning and learning that will be useful in society. In the teaching and learning process, a teacher has an important role where the teacher is tasked with transferring the knowledge needed by his students. Teachers are also required to be able to choose the right methods and strategies in the learning process in order to create good and appropriate learning. The selection of strategies and methods greatly influences the success of teachers in transferring knowledge. The practice of prayer is one of the subjects of Islamic Religious Education subjects. In the process of practicing this prayer there are still various difficulties experienced by students, starting from mistakes in prayer movements to reading prayers. So that the prayer process is still not quite right. This is of course a problem so that with the application of the demonstration method it is hoped that there will be changes and good results from the movements and reading of students' prayers.
