Abstract

As a proffesional person in the field of education, teacher has some roles, such as: being a teacher, mentor, class adminisrator, curriculum developer, profiessionla developer, and public relation. A competence, in the perspective of education, is a necessity, since it must be based on the mastery of a knowledge. The teacher’s social competence should be the tools of communcation and interaction to the students, fellow educators, educational officers, students’ parents, and the society. Education has an important role in improving the quality of human resources and as an efforts to realize the public welfare of the intelectual life of the nation. Taken from the decree of Indonesian government, it is stated that “Education is implemented to develop the capabilities and to shape the dignified national character aiming to develop the potetentials of Indonesian people to be faithful and devoted to Allah and to create the  noble, healthy, knowledgable, capable, crative, and independent person as well as to become a democratic and responsible citizen.

Abstract

Problems in the world of education are always in the spotlight. Because with education there will be many suitable and quality leaders. But education is not yet fully capable of forming a leader who is reliable and tough. This manuscript seeks to examine the social history of society more deeply at the time of the Caliph Umar bin Khattab and how the next generation should follow steps. He succeeded in making regulations in the world of education and issues at that time and had thoughts on problems in the world of government. This illustrates the magnitude of Caliph Umar bin Khattab's view and role in solving problems at that time. This research uses a descriptive analysis method to explain Umar bin Khattab's thoughts in Islamic education, and then the content analysis method is used to find basic ideas, development, and renewal as well as serving as caliph. For example, in education, the author found that Umar bin Khattab had thoughts about God. The discussion about God is the basis of Islamic education. They were then developed with his ideas and understanding of the cosmos (universe) to the fields of economics, law, and government so that this thought and civilization deserves to be reconstructed in the present. Abstract

Guru adalah sumber pengetahuan  bagi anak didiknya. Dalam konteks persoalan manajemen kelas, yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah pelaksanaan mengatur pembelajaran secara baik. Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan Peran Guru Dalam Pelaksanaan dan peran dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala manajemen kelas SDIT Al Kautsar Madani Kota Batam. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara, adapun yang menjadi informan ialah enam orang guru kelas. Teknik analisis data dengan tahapan: mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian peran guru dalam mengatur manajemen siswa dengan selalu memberi motivasi kepada siswa untuk belajar dengan baik, dan memberikan nashehat. Siswa yang berbuat tidak baik guru memberi teguran, sehingga perilaku siswa yang tidak baik tersebut tidak berkelanjutan, guru kelas di SDIT Al Kautsar Madani Kota Batam sangat berperan dalam merencanakan, mengorganisakan dll, dengan cara guru membina dan membimbing peserta didik sesuai dengan berbagai latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, budaya serta sifat-sifat individunya, membantu peserta didik belajar dan bekerja sesuai dengan potensi dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya, dan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang menghalangi terwujudnya interaksi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari rasa puas dan ketidak puasan kerja karyawan pada suatu organisasi yang dipimpin oleh seorang kepala madrasah. Keberhasilan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola organisasinya tidak lepas dari pengetahuan manajemen, gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonalnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Hasil riset adalah bahwa pengetahuan manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dari hasil analisis determinasi masih ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan selain variabel pengetahuan manajemen. Semakin baik pengetahuan manajemen maka akan semakin baik pula kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi yang meliputi program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi kepala SMP At-Taubah Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada setiap awal tahun ajaran melalui kegiatan rapat dengan melibatkan seluruh personel sekolah. Program yang disusun adalah membentuk struktur organisasi supervisi akademik, membentuk tim dan meng SK tugaskan supervisor, supervisi administratsi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, bimbingan konseling, evaluasi pelaksanaan supervisi dan melakukan tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. 2) Supervisi dilaksanakan berdasarkan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh tim pelaksana supervisi. Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik individual dan kelompok meliputi kunjungan kelas, percakapan pribadi, rapat guru, diskusi sebagai proses kelompok, tukar menukar pengalaman, diskusi dan seminar. 3) Evaluasi supervisi dilaksanakan pada setiap akhir semester. Hasil evaluasi akan dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan apabila sudah mencapai tujuan, sedangkan kekurangan akan dianalisis dan mengadakan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam penyusunan program pada tahun berikutnya. 4) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi adalah guru menanggapi secara positif tentang pelaksanaan supervisi, terjalinnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dengan guru dan kepala sekolah dengan guru dan timbulnya kesadaran guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan hambatan-hambatannya adalah adanya guru yang tidak hadir waktu pelaksanaan supervisi yang disebabkan karena sakit, izin dan mengikuti pelatihan, adanya guru yang gugup ketika dilakukan supervisi dan kesibukan kepala sekolah dan guru.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses memanusiakan manusia sampai ketahap manusia paripurna (Insan kamil), di dalam mendidik dibutuhkan suatu pola agar transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan moral berjalan dengan lancer dan mudah, Rasulullah SAW juga sudah mencontohkan bagaimana pola pendidikan, baik secara eksplisit maupun secara implisit yang tercantum di dalam kitab-kitab Hadis. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah studi pustaka, dan bertujuan sebagai pedoman bagi para pendidik terutama orang tua di dilam memilih pola pendidikam anak yang mengacu kepada hadis Nabi SAW. Adapun hasil dari kajian ini bahwa Rasulullah SAW telah memberikan isyarat didalam hadisnya mengenai pola pendidikan anak sejak masa prenatal / pada saat orang tuanya memilih jodoh, pola pendidikan di saat kelahiran dan pola pendidikan pasca kelahiran berupa, pertama, mendidik dengan pola keteladan yakni seorang pendidik memberikan teladan atau contoh yang baik kepada peserta didiknya, yang kedua mendidik dengan memberikan nasehat kepada anak, ketiga mendidik dengan cara pendisiplinan dan yang ke empat pola pemeliharaan berupa moral atau akhlak anak. Jika dikaji lebih dalam lagi maka masih banyak pola pendidikan yang di contohkan oleh Rasulullah SAW yang tercantum di dalam kitab-kitab hadis.

Abstract

School is a place where a student takes education and obtains learning both material learning and learning that will be useful in society. In the teaching and learning process, a teacher has an important role where the teacher is tasked with transferring the knowledge needed by his students. Teachers are also required to be able to choose the right methods and strategies in the learning process in order to create good and appropriate learning. The selection of strategies and methods greatly influences the success of teachers in transferring knowledge. The practice of prayer is one of the subjects of Islamic Religious Education subjects. In the process of practicing this prayer there are still various difficulties experienced by students, starting from mistakes in prayer movements to reading prayers. So that the prayer process is still not quite right. This is of course a problem so that with the application of the demonstration method it is hoped that there will be changes and good results from the movements and reading of students' prayers.
