Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث الإدارة الإستراتيجية بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج الناجحة في تعليم المهارات اللغوية. تناول البحث مدى توفر متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإستراتيجية في ذلك القسم بالإضافة إلى تبيان العلاقة بين تطبيق مفهوم الإدارة الإستراتيجية والأداء والأثر فيه الناجحة في تعليم المهارات اللغوية. وقد توصلنا بنتيجة البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والمقترحات والتي من المتوقع في حال الأخذ بها العمل على تحسين وتطوير أدائها. يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة الإدارة الإستراتيجية بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية الناجحة في تعليم المهارات اللغوية ولماذا استخدم تلك الإستراتيجيات في تعليم المهارات اللغوية. استخدم هذا البحث منهج دراسة الحالة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام عملية تفاعلية بالتصرف من مايلس وهيبرمان. ونتائج البحث هي استخدم قادة قسم تعليم اللغة العربية الإستراتيجية العامة. وكذلك الاستراتيجيات التي تتقاطع بشكل مباشر مع الخدمات المقدمة. ثانيا، أسباب استخدام تلك الإستراتيجيات من أجل تحقيق الأهداف والغايات التي تم تحديدها معا في الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف التعليمية. بالإضافة إلى إعداد الخريجين من قسم تعليم اللغة العربية لديهم المهارات اللغوية والكفاءة التعليمية و غير تعليمية.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the knowledge (cognitive) of the Public Service Agency manager in managing university assets. This research was conducted at three State Islamic Religious Universities that have received the mandate of the Public Service Agency, including the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, and Walisongo Semarang. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with an unstructured approach. The key informants in the research were the chancellor, vice-rector and head of the general affairs bureau, and the head of the business unit. Data analysis used domain analysis and content analysis methods. The study results indicate that the knowledge of the Public Service Agency manager at the Islamic Religious College is still at the stage of applying the regulations on the Public Service Agency. There have not been many thoughts on the management of the Public Service Agency that analyze and evaluate the mandate of the Public Service Agency from the government. Moreover, creating or developing asset management owned. In general, the cognitive management of the Public Service Agency at Islamic Religious Universities is not total. This condition has an impact that is not optimal in managing assets as a source of non-academic higher education income.

Abstract

Application of  "Lalaran Tasrif" as a learning method for morphology at the Imam Damanhuri Islamic Boarding School Lalaran is one method that can be used to make learning easier. Lalaran means students' memorization technique to memorize certain texts or sentences from the book being studied. The purpose of the research held is to present a solution in overcoming problems to students, especially in studying tools such as nahwu and shorof. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research with the method used are interview and observation. For the result of this research, the application of lalaran is very helpful in the learning process by memorizing so that it is not easy to forget for a long time. In this way, there is no need to memorize continuously, but simply by reading a series of nadzom or wazan which is sung together every day at lalaran time

Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced era encourages public awareness of religious values to be higher. Almost all elements of life feel this change, including the economic sector. In describing this trend, Islamic banks are present and spread across various districts and cities in Indonesia. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), as of January 2021, there are 34 sharia banking businesses in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe the trends and impacts of sharia-based economic financing. The research method used is descriptive, comparative, and literature study. The results of the study show that sharia-based economic financing in an Islamic perspective is able to improve the people's economy in a more just and sustainable manner. Islamic banks provide financing according to Islamic principles and banking services such as investment and Islamic insurance.

Abstract

Education is a basic human need. In Indonesia, the Islamic education system has made a significant contribution to social, economic, and political transformation. This is reflected in the increasing awareness of the community to send their children to madrasas and Islamic boarding schools and to practice religious teachings better. This reality shows that the Indonesian people, in various aspects of life, have felt the benefits of the Islamic education system. In the social, economic, and political realms, Islamic values ​​have a significant influence even though they are not yet fully optimal. Islamic education, as the main instrument, is expected to be able to bring about meaningful changes in these three fields. Education is an essential asset in improving the quality of human resources so that the values ​​and experiences of education based on Islam, individuals will continue to be inspired by Islamic values ​​throughout their lives. Through the implementation of an Islamic-based economic system, a social system based on Islam, and a political system that breathes the spirit of Islamic values, successful social, economic, and political transformation in Indonesia can be realized. Universal Islamic values ​​such as moderation, humanity, justice, deliberation, public benefit, unity, honesty, discipline, and tolerance are the basis for the development of various systems in Indonesia. If the Islamic education system is implemented well, it will be proven to make a unique contribution to the existing system. Friendly and loving Islam is the foundation of the social system in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study delves into the landscape of Arabic curriculum management by examining its core concepts, characteristics, and study area. Curriculum management within Arabic language education is pivotal for aligning instructional practices with educational objectives, particularly in a context where linguistic and cultural precision are crucial. The study elucidates the conceptual framework of Arabic curriculum management, emphasizing the strategic selection and organization of content that resonates with the linguistic needs of learners. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method. The approach used by the researcher is library research. Data from journals and books on Arabic curriculum management were collected, and then discussed. The research data is presented in three domains: concepts, characteristics, and the area of study of Arabic curriculum management. Research data found that the curriculum's relevance in addressing contemporary societal needs and its role in fostering practical communication skills among learners. The scope of the study is expansive, covering the development of teaching materials, innovative instructional strategies, and comprehensive assessment methodologies. This study also investigates how these components interact to enhance educational outcomes, improve teacher performance, and contribute to the overall success of Arabic language programs. By offering a detailed analysis of these elements, the study provides valuable insights into the effective management of Arabic curricula, ensuring that they meet the evolving demands of both learners and the global Arabic-speaking community.

Abstract

This study explores how the media construct social actor representations in the international conflict discourse between US President, Donald Trump, and Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, during their tense meeting at the White House in February 2025. Employing Theo van Leeuwen's (2013) Social Actor Representation model within the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) framework, the study examines six selected news texts from Al-Ghad and BBC News Arabic. Using a qualitative approach and interactive model analysis by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014), this research identifies key strategies of inclusion and exclusion used by each media outlet to position the two political figures. The findings reveal contrasting ideological patterns: Al-Ghad activates Trump as a dominant figure while marginalizing Zelensky through passivation and negative categorization; conversely, BBC News Arabic emphasizes Zelensky's agency while softening Trump’s image through passivization and nominalization. This study contributes to media discourse analysis by highlighting how ideological orientations influence the representation of global political actors and shape public perception. It also underlines the role of linguistic strategies in reproducing power relations in international conflict narratives.
