Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh demografi, seperti jenis kelamin, usia dan pendidikan terhadap toleransi risiko keuangan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 133 pekerja berusia antara 25 tahun hingga 65 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, usia dan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap toleransi risiko keuangan dimana laki-laki memiliki toleransi risiko yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perempuan. Baik usia dan pendidikan memiliki hubungan negatif dengan toleransi risiko. Temuan penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pengambil keputusan terkait dengan pembentukan produk keuangan baru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the socio-economic influence on digital financial literacy. This research also focuses on differences in digital financial literacy by age category. Data analysis in this study was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS software to see the causal relationship between variables. Meanwhile, the one-way ANOVA test was used to see differences in digital financial literacy by age category. The results showed a negative and significant relationship between socio-economic factors and the level of digital financial literacy based on age and also found to have a significant difference. This research suggests policy makers to consider digital financial literacy as part of the knowledge offered at schools or universities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine gender segregation and type of work to measure the overall of segregation and the segregation of several population subgroups, namely education, age, wages, working hours, and area of residence. The approach that used is the measurement of segregation Multi-group that refers to. Research finds that working women have relatively high contribution against the segregation of gender as a whole, in the case of the level of education shows female and male segregated by level of education. While it is for the subgroup (type of work) workers young and advanced age, workers with a group of wages high and workers part-time has contributed that high against segregation type of work as a whole

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Kontribusi yang cukup menjanjikan dari sektor UMKM dalam menunjang perekonomian Indonesia secara keseluruhan tentu tidak lepas dari permasalahan. Banyak hal yang menghambat peningkatan UMKM salah satunya kurang inovasi dan kreatifitas dalam membuat kemasan yang menarik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengemasan produk yang dihasilkan agar lebih menarik serta bagaimana kepercayaan konsumen diraih dari adanya labeling. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terdiri dari metode ceramah, diskusi dan Latihan praktek langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya kemasan produk yang memiliki nilai estetika, mitra telah mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan produk melalui pengemasan yang menarik dan Labeling.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of competition banks on credit risk in the dual banking system in Indonesia. Thisresearch was conducted using a purposive sampling technique in selecting a sample of 5 conventional commercial banksand 5 Islamic commercial banks. The method used is the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) from 2011 to2020. Credit risk for Conventional Banks is measured by the value of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), while IslamicBank Financing is measured by the value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The results of this study indicatethat Return on Assets (ROA) for Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks has a significant effect on credit risk inthe dual banking system, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) for Conventional Banks does not have a significant effect onNon-Performing Loan (NPL) while Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Islamic Banks has a significant level 2influence on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Bank size does not have a significant influence on credit risk in thedual banking system, and the Lerner Index for Conventional Banks has a significant effect on Non-Performing Loan(NPL), while the Lerner Index for Islamic Banks has no effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The CentralBank in making policies can see that the level of competition for banks in the dual banking system in Indonesia iscategorized as a monopolistic competition market, where each bank has its own market segment so that it has marketpower that is strong enough to set prices that are relatively
