Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coaching and training on Increasing the creativity of batik craftsmen in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study included all employees/craftsmen in the industry in Indragiri Hulu Regency, totaling 30 people. Primary data was collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS(Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (30 industrial employees / batik craftsmen in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of coaching on increasing creativity in industry in Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of training on increasing creativity in industry in Indragiri Hulu Regency.Keywords: coaching, training, creativity

Abstract

This research was conducted at HOTEL INNA PARAPAT. The puspose of the study was determine The Effect Of Compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultaneously on Job Spirit employee. This reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 94 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are compensation and non-physical work environment as independent variables and Job Sipit employee as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. The result of this study conclude that the variables of compensation and non-physical work environment partially or simultan have a significant effect on job spirit employee, the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2 ) is 0,625, meaning that the percentage of the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on job spirit employee is by 62,5%. While the remaining 37,5% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.Keyword : Job Spirit, Compensation, Non-Physical Work Environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan. The population in this study includes all employees of the financial administration and HR/General administration at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, totaling 37 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique (37 employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect and cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 2) there is a negative and significant influence of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Buatan, 3) there is a negative and significant influence of cyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The world of work will experience changes made by both employers and employees themselves, Various studies highlight concerns expressed by government and industry about the ability of higher education to develop workready graduates. This study aims to examine the effect of student internships and organizational experience and academic achievement on employability. This study was conducted using primary data collected from respondents through questionnaires, while the respondents consisted of 60 students of the Management Department, Riau University who met the criteria. Then tested the hypothesis using multiple linear regression to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study, the three variables have a significant effect on employability, student internships have the most dominant influence on employability, followed by academic achievement and organizational experience. The author hopes that this research can be a reference to improve students' skills to prepare for the future.Keywords: Employability, Student Internship, Organizational Experience, Academic Achievement

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only resulted in a public health crisis but has had a sugnificant impact on all aspects of life. Small and medium industry is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This sector has experienced a significant impact. The condition of small and medium industries in the midst of a pandemic contineus to experience a decline in capacity, ranging from production capacity to a decrease in income. The existence of small and medium industries in Indonesia is very important because they tend to be better at absorbing a productive workforce, can achieve productivity through investment and technological change, and have an advantage in terms of flexibility. Facing a pandemic, small and medium industry players are required to change their way of thingking, mental attitude, and strategy to maintain their existence in this mass pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic also requires small and medium industry players to equip themselves with new skills and innovations, which is no less important to prepare business sustainability measures so that they can survive or improve their business existence. During the pandemic, most of the small and medium industry players tried to survive by carrying out a number of strategies. This study aims to determine the strategies of small and medium apparel industry players in the city of Pekanbaru in maintaining the existence of their business, whether by using an online marketing system, product innovation, and building partners can increase the existence of the apparel industry business in the city of Pekanbaru. Primary and secondary, with a total of 78 business actors as respondents. Data collection using queationnaires and direct interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of online marketing systems and building partners to be able to maintain business existence has not been implemented by business actors, business actors are more innovating their product to survive in this covid-19 pandemic era.Keywords: Online Marketing System, Product Innovation, Building Partners, Business Existence, and Small and Medium Industries

Abstract

Every organization or company carries out various policies in overcomingvarious problems within the organization. One of the problems that is often faced is thelarge number of human resources who have the intention or think to leave theorganization. Factors that influence this include leadership, compensation policy,promotion, work environment and job satisfaction. So, with these indications, the authorschose to conduct research in one of the hospitals, namely RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaruwith a focus on leadership issues, compensation which has an impact on nurses' turnoverintention. RSIA Eria Bunda is one of the hospitals in the Pekanbaru area with 78 nurses.The respondents are all nurses with the analytical method used is path analysis. Theresults show that leadership and compensation have a significant effect on nurses'turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at RSIA Eria Bunda. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership andwork environment on job satisfaction of office employees at PT. Sinar ReksaKencana (Mentari Group) Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this studyincludes all employees of the office, amounting to 72 people. Primary data wascollected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of thestudy, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear analysis with thehelp of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is thecensus method (72 employees at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (Mentari Group)Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive andsignificant effect of compensation, leadership and work environment on jobsatisfaction of office employees at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (Mentari Group)Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) there is a positive and partial effect of compensationon job satisfaction of office employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of work stress and work motivation onteacher performance at the Cendana Duri Elementary School and Cendana Duri JuniorHigh School on E-Learning. The questionnaire was disseminated to 42 respondents andsuccessfully re-collected the complete answers from 42 respondents. Primary data werecollected using questionnaires and to test hypotheses on this study using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Data collected from 42respondents were subsequently processed with the help of SPSS software version 26.0using static desk analysisptif and multiple linear regression analysis for generatingclassical assumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination, andhypothesis proofs. The results of this study show that: 1) There was a positive andsignificant effect of work stress and work motivation on teacher performance at theCendana Duri Elementary School and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning,2) There was no effect of work stress on teacher performance at the Cendana DuriElementary School and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning, 3) There is apositive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Cendana Duri ElementarySchool and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning. Keyword: Teachers Performance, Work Stress, Work Motivation

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the influence of the strategies carried out bysmall and medium-sized industries during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the form ofproduct innovation, building partners and online marketing systems asmoderating variables in developing their business existence from surveysconducted to the apparel industry in Pekanbaru City. The population in this studyare business actors in the apparel industry with a sample of 78 people calculatedusing the Slovin formula. Multiple regression using SPSS was used for dataanalysis. This result The study highlights three important points. First, ProductInnovation has a positive and significant impact on Business. Respondents'answers indicate that innovation is still lacking even though they have tried tomodify it products where the innovation has not been able to attract the attentionof consumers. Second, building partners has a positive impact andsignificantinfluence on Business Existence. Business actors, on the other hand, are stillunable to reach an agreement with their partners. The downside is that existingpartnerships are not based on legal issues. Third, the Online Marketing Systemdoes not moderate the effect of product innovation and partner building onbusiness existence. Almost all business actors cannot market their products wellonline. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work characteristis, individualcharateristic, and nonphysical work environment on the satisfaction of internshipstudents majoring in manajemen faculty of economics and business University ofRiau. The population in this study includes all students majoring in manajemen,who enrolled in the year2017, totaling 201 people. Primary data was collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the helpof SPSS version 26 software. The sampling technique used was ProbabilitySampling or has given every member of the population the opportunity to bechosen into a sample of 135 students majoring in manajemen, who enrolled in theyear 2017.
