Abstract

Purpose-The purpose of this research is to find out and explore the online business transactions implemented by the Tokopedia application and online business transactions in the Islamic perspective on the Tokopedia application case study. Methods- This study is a qualitative research method, namely by using the Library Search (Literature Review) field by taking references from several books and sources from websites or the internet. Findings- From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the transaction of buying and selling online on the Tokopedia application is perfectly legal in Islamic law. As long as there is no element of deception or fraud or the desired item is incomplete or defective (not as expected) that occurs during the transaction process. Even if this happens, the responsible party is obliged to return all buyer's money and the sale and purchase is considered invalid because it does not meet the trading agreement.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of adding roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flower extract to Tris-egg yolk extender on the post-thaw motility and viability of frozen semen from Etawah crossbred (PE) goats. The research was conducted from April to June 2025 at the Abadi Maju Farmers Group and the Animal Reproduction Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru. Semen was collected from four PE goat bucks and diluted with Tris-egg yolk extender supplemented with roselle extract at concentrations of 0% (P0/control), 1% (P1), 3% (P2), and 5% (P3). The study used a completely randomized design with four replications per treatment. Data were analyzed using ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis test depending on data distribution. The results showed that the addition of roselle extract had no significant effect (P>0.05) on post-thaw motility or viability. However, descriptively, P2 (3%) exhibited the highest motility (47.50%) and viability (52.00%) compared to other treatments. These findings suggest that supplementation with 3% roselle extract in Tris-egg yolk extender tends to better preserve the motility and viability of frozen semen in PE goats. Further research is needed to optimize the concentration and evaluate its effect on fertility.

Abstract

The nutrients contained in Moringa leaves can protect spermatozoa from damage during semen cryopreservation. This study investigated the effectiveness of Moringa leaf extract in Andromed extender on the quality of frozen semen from Boer crossbreed goats. Fresh semen was divided into four tubes in equal volume and diluted with Andromed (control), 98% Andromed + 2% Moringa leaf extract (ME-2), 96% Andromed + 4% Moringa leaf extract (ME-4), and 94% Andromed + 6% Moringa leaf extract (ME-6), respectively. Diluted semen was placed in a mini-straw (0.25 mL), equilibrated in a refrigerator at 5°C for 4 hours, and then frozen by positioning the straw 10 cm above the surface of liquid nitrogen for 15 minutes. Variables were evaluated after diluting and thawing, including percentage of spermatozoa motility, live, and intact plasma membrane (IPM). Results of this study showed that the percentage of spermatozoa motility, live, and IPM for ME-4 (56.25, 67.5, and 65.75%) were significantly (p<0.05) higher than control (47.5, 56.75, and 53%), ME-2 (51.25, 59.5, and 56.25%), and ME-6 (51.25, 62.25, and 56%). This study’s findings indicate that adding 4% Moringa leaf extract to Andromed extender is optimal for enhancing the quality of frozen semen in Boer crossbreed goats.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential of regional forage for the development ofruminant livestock businesses in Bajuin District, Tanah Laut Regency. This research uses asurvey method. To measure the data research variables used, measurements were carried outusing the judgment sampling method. Judgment sampling is taking samples from relevant andavailable information from certain sources and seeking information from livestockstakeholders. Data were analyzed using a comparative method to determine the potential forproviding green fodder and developing beef cattle by comparing beef cattle populationsbetween villages in Bajuin District and also comparing it with existing literature studies. Theanalysis carried out in this research includes Basic Livestock Commodity Analysis,Contribution Analysis, Feed Potential Analysis, Regional Capacity Analysis, LivestockMaintenance Performance and SWOT Analysis. The results of the research show that from nine villages in Bajuin District, the average LQ was 0.94-1.03. In the contribution analysis, itwas found that nine villages had positive contribution analysis values with feed potential inBajuin District of 10,572.61 tonnes of DM/year which could accommodate 3,173.07 units oflivestock. This shows that the beef cattle population in Bajuin District has the potential fordevelopment. It can be seen from the available population and the abundant availability of feedso that the capacity of the area in Bajuin District, which consists of nine villages, can bedeveloped for the development of beef cattle farming. However, efforts are also needed fromseveral parties to maximize the potential they already have so that business development canbe carried out optimally.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine whether the Punyakoti method can be used to detectpregnancy in goats by modifying the amount of distilled water (aquadest) added to goat urine toobserve growth inhibition in mung bean seeds. This study was designed using a CompletelyRandomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and six replications. The treatments involveddifferent concentrations of aquadest added to the urine: P1 (1:4), P2 (1:8), P3 (1:12), and P4(1:12) using urine from non-pregnant goats. The observed variables were the germination of eachseed and the length of the sprouts on the fifth day. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance(ANOVA), and if significant or highly significant differences were found, Duncan’s MultipleRange Test (DMRT) was applied. The ANOVA results showed a significant difference in the sprout length of mung beans due to the variation in goat urine and aquadest concentrations.Treatment P1 (2.36 cm) produced significantly shorter sprouts (P<0.05) compared to P2 (5.75cm), P3 (8.38 cm), and P4 (12.02 cm). The shorter sprout length in treatment P1 is likelyinfluenced by the higher concentration of urine diluted with aquadest. In treatment P4, mung beansprouts were longer, as this treatment used urine from non-pregnant goats. As a comparison, treatment P3, which used the same urine-to-aquadest ratio as P4, showed different sprout lengthsbecause the urine came from pregnant goats. This difference may be due to the higherconcentration of abscisic acid (ABA) in the urine of pregnant goats. Based on the results, it canbe concluded that the Punyakoti method can be used as an alternative method for detectingpregnancy in goats with 100% accuracy. The 1:4 concentration was the most effective, as itshowed the clearest growth inhibition compared to the 1:8 and 1:12 concentrations. Thisdemonstrates that different concentrations of aquadest affect the degree of growth inhibition inmung bean seeds
