Abstract

Today's teachers are not only fixated on their professional competencies, but in the 21st century a teacher gets demands for additional competencies based on technology, critical thinking, creative and innovative. This research aims to describe some of the demands for the competence of a professional Indonesian teacher in facing the 21st century. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with the Systemic Literature Review method as steps to describe the competence of a professional Indonesian teacher in the 21st century. Data collection is carried out through secondary data, namely a study the theory and the results of previous studies that have been carried out by researchers through access to google schooler, google trend, google maps, publish or perish. The data collection analysis technique in this study was through the steps of describing, comparing, and evaluating or describing. findings. The results show that the demands for the competence of Indonesian language professional teachers do not have to be fixed in 4 components such as pedagogical, professional, personality and social but also must have additional Technological Pedogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity and Innovation (TPACK) skills. 4C), Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs), Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and digital literacy.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur yang bertujuan menganalisis beberapa temuan dari hasil artikel, jurnal dan prosiding penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan analisis ini mengacu pada penerapan dan pengembangan penilaian autentik kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif melalui cara menganalisis, mengidentifikasi, serta mendalami temuan-temuan dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Objek penelitian ini adalah jurnal, artikel dan prosiding pada yang diterbitkan pada tingkat nasional dan internasional. Singkat kata, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan dua kategorisasi analisis yang pertama, kategori penerapan ditemukan bahwa masih ada guru yang mengalami beberapa kesulitan sehingga dibutuhkan pengarahan khusus melalui workshop atau seminar terkait penilaian autentik yang mengacu pada tiga aspek afektif, kognitif dan psikomotor penilaian. Akan tetapi, sebagai penelitian yang menunjukkan penerapan penilaian autentik ini guru merasa cukup terbantu menilai ketercapaian siswa dalam belajar. Kategori kedua yaitu pengembangan, hasil dari beberapa pengembangan penilaian autentik dari beberapa peneliti menunjukkan hasil bahwa penilaian autentik ini dapat diterima oleh guru, siswa, dosen maupun mahasiswa untuk menilai kemampuan sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam belajar. Ini terbukti bahwa suatu penelitian dan pengembangan penilaian autentik dari beberapa inovasi penerapan dapat diterima dengan baik, efektif dan efisien. Abstract. This research was conducted literature study that aims to analyze several findings from the results of articles, journals and proceedings of previous studies. The purpose of this analysis refers to the application and development of assessments using the 2013 curriculum. This research is a qualitative method with a descriptive design through analyzing, identifying, and exploring the findings of previous research. The objects of this research are journals, articles and proceedings published at national and international levels. In short, the results of this study show two categorizations, the first analysis, the application category, it was found that there were still teachers who experienced some difficulties so that special guidance was needed through workshops or seminars related to authentic assessment which refers to three aspects of affective, cognitive and psychomotor. However, as research shows authentic assessment, teachers find it quite helpful to assess student achievement in learning. The second category is development, the result of several authentic developments from several researchers. The results that are authentic can be accepted by teachers, students, lecturers as well as to assess the ability of attitudes, knowledge and skills in learning. It is proven that an authentic research and development of several application innovations can be well received, effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bersifat evaluatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan mengukur sejauh mana kualitas kompetensi guru bahasa Indonesia melalui Alat Penilaian Kompetensi Guru (APKG). Penilaian APKG yang digunakan APKG 1 dan APKG 2, yaitu pada rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian guru SD kelas rendah, guru SD kelas tinggi, Guru SMP dan Guru MA. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik sadap serta berlanjut pada teknik simak catat pada video youtube. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu pertama, nilai APKG 1 kualitas RPP SD kelas rendah 84.70 dan APKG 2 pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan nilai 82.22 dikatakan kedua nilai tersebut memilki kriteria baik sekali. Kedua, hasil supervisi observer pada APKG 1 dan APKG 2 SD kelas tinggi dengan nilai APKG 1 78,22 dan APKG 2 77,22 hasil menujukan kriteria APKG 1 kualitas penyusunan RPP dan APKG 2 kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran kriteria baik. Ketiga, hasil nilai APKG 1 dan APKG 2 pada SMP dengan nilai APKG 1 kualitas RPP 97.06 dan APKG 2 kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran 97,78 dikatakan kriteria sangat baik/sangat lengkap. Selanjutnya keempat, nilai pada APKG 1 dan APKG 2 pada jenjang MA atau SMA nilai yang diperoleh, yaitu APKG 1 kualitas penyusunan RPP 91,76 kriteria sangat baik dan kualitas pelaksanan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru 68,33 kriteria cukup.

Abstract

Abstract. Teacher's digital literacy portrait on the application of the AKM kelas and Asesmenpedia it was very important to know because it could be effects of teacher’asessing quality for students learning in the technology era. The research was conducted to Indonesian language teacher. This research used descriptive and predictive cross-sectional design. The population and sample of this research are Indonesian language teachers in West Bandung Indonesia. Data was taken for 1 month starting on March 14, 22 to April 18, 2022. The data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability then the questionnaire distributed through google form. Data processing techniques used excel and SPSS 24 then interpreted by using the Guuttman scale. The results that 1) portrait of Indonesian language teacher's digital literacy on AKM kelas and Asesmenpedia is strong enough with a value of 0.61. 2) the level of understanding of the Indonesian language teacher on the AKM Class Application and Asesmenpedia with a value of 0.61 it was strong enough criteria. 3) there is a perfect relationship between the digital literacy ability of the Indonesian language teacher with AKM kelas and Asesmenpedia. The result of Correlation Person value showed that points 0.923.
