Abstract

Perusahaan provider saat ini semakin banyak dan memiliki strategi bersaing yang berbeda-beda untuk itu setiap perusahaan perlu memiliki suatu pemasaran yang jitu dalam memasarkan produknya, salah satu bentuk pemasaran yang mampu mendukung dalam memasarkan produk kartu seluler adalah penggunaan strategi atribut produk yang meliputi harga dan mutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Adakah hubungan atribut produk harga dengan keputusan pembelian kartu perdana? 2). Adakah hubungan atribut produk mutu dengan keputusan pembelian kartu perdana? 3). Adakah hubungan atribut produk harga dan mutu dengan keputusan pembelian secara bersama-sama?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory research guna menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 355 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel harga dan mutu secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu seluler. Pada uji t semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan variabel harga memiliki nilai 0,044, sedangkan mutu memiliki nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Otonomi pendidikan tinggi membawa implikasi hak dan kewajiban PTN dan perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) untuk mengatur pengelolaannya sendiri. Dengan adanya otonomi perguruan tinggi  mengakibatkan semakin ketatnya persaingan diantara lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia.  Dalam rangka memenangkan kompetisi yang semakin ketat, perguruan tinggi tentunya harus melakukan pengelolaan dengan lebih baik, juga harus menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini membahas beberapa  masalah mendasar antara lain bagaimana citra perguruan tinggi swasta dibentuk, seberapa besar peranan dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,  pada perguruan tinggi swasta. Pengelolaan  citra PTS dapat dimulai dengan penyampaian layanan yang dijanjikan pada mahasiswa. Selanjutnya diharapkan komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut positif bisa terbentuk di lingkungan mahasiswa dimana mereka  yang merasa puas dengan kualitas layanan  yang disediakan oleh kampus tempat kuliahnya akan merekomendasikan kepada masyarakat. Rekomendasi positif sangat  penting karena merupakan sumber informasi penting bagi calon mahasiswa dalam menentukan pilihan karena calon mahasiswa  akan membentuk citra PTS didasarkan pada informasi yang tersedia. Untuk memahami kepuasan pelanggan perlu dilakukan pemantauan yang tepat terhadap atribut-atribut pendukung dari unsur layanan yang menjadi pertimbangan pelanggan ketika mereka menentukan pilihan terhadap perguruan tinggi tersebut

Abstract

Survey conducted to obtain get situation of quadran strategy determine elegibility of increase of maximum expense lecturing of program student of Regular Block System (RBS) at institute education of University of Kanjuruhan Unlucky enlisting and active in year of akademic 2006/2007. Used variables shall be as follows: 1) psicografis, 2) social of demography and economics, 3) geografis, 4) benefit, 5) last experience, 6) physical medium, 7) expense, 8) advertisement, 9) word of mouth communication, 10) image of PTS, 11) quality of technical service, 12) quality of functional service, 13) satisfaction of student, and 14) student expectation. Technique data collecting use quesioner which consist of question closed and is open. Obtained to be data to be analysed to descriptive method and SWOT ( strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). Result of survey indicate that University of Kanjuruhan unlucky reside in aggresive strategy ( strength 71.12% and opportunity 71.1%) and also strategy diversify ( strength 71.12% and threat 69.8%), hence competent to boost up the expense of maximum study equal to 19.41% made balance to with diversification of program to overcome threats faced in this time and in the future.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi dalam melakukan manajemen pada lembaga pendidikan yang dikelolanya harus secara efektif dan efisien guna dapat memenangkan persaingan yang semakin ketat sehingga mampu lebih berkembang. Dalam hal ini perguruan tinggi harus  lebih menekankan pada aspek pelayanan, sarana, prasarana dalam rangka mengembangkan diri agar lebih diterima oleh masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan sekaligus pengguna output dari produk perguruan tinggi. Perguruan Tinggi harus memberikan layanan pendidikan yang memuaskan kepada konsumennya . Kemampuan suatu perguruan Tinggi dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan mahasiswa dan publiknya akan memberikan kesuksesan dalam mencapai pemasarannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe strategies for improving employee performance in an company. The qualitative research method uses the Grounded Theory approach from Arnoldo C. Hax & Nicholas S regarding strategy and from Mangkunegara regarding employee performance. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source triangulation. The results of the research show: (1) strategy is a way to solve and improve a problem. (2) employee performance is the result of work shown by employees while working. (3) employee performance improvement strategy is a way that companies do to improve employee performance which can be done by: holding company work meetings to evaluate and provide work direction to employees, providing training to increase hard and soft skills of employees, providing motivation to increase willingness employee work, as well as by giving awards that can influence employee motivation and work productivity.

Abstract

The three primary questions this research seeks to address are: How does criminal law approach environmental issues, such the PETI case, and what are the ethical philosophy of preventative initiatives' perspectives on solving environmental issues? as well as the measures taken by the government to address this issue. This paper uses a qualitative research methodology that is somewhat juridical-empirical in character. Written resources (books, journals, papers, etc.) are the source of data for this topic. This research study divides textual material into two categories: main and secondary. Criminal threats, such as jail time and fines, must exist for PETI offenders, as mentioned in the articles. Further criminal or disciplinary penalties under Article 119 Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management can be imposed on commercial companies. People need to understand their own roles, obligations, and responsibilities in life. in order for this moral idea to serve as a safeguard against human-caused environmental harm. Lastly, in regards to the government policies that also need to play a role in solving this PETI issue, these include: offering support to enable PETI to become a legal business; offering technical help; offering financial support for development; and offering access to prevent business actors from feeling pressured to legalize a business. the mining.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the state of financial redulation of grocery stores in Malang and the opinions of business people regarding the application of accounting-based financial science. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is based on the results of observations and interviews with informants. Three business owners of grocery stores in Malang became informants in this study, namely informant A, informant B, and informant C. The three informants did not have basic knowledge related to the financial management of grocery stores in Malang. The three informants do not have basic knowledge related to financial management, nor have they participated in financial training from government agencies or private agencies. Based on the results of the brief research above, it can be concluded that the MSME players of Grocery Stores in Malang who have been selected by the researcher, do not fully know the importance of applying accounting science in managing their business finances. In addition, there must be support from the government to facilitate this accounting-based financial management knowledge, taking into account the opinions of business actors, if they cannot leave the business to attend training, it can be facilitated online.
