Abstract

This study analyzes change management based on Islamic culture at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative case study type method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the stages of change management carried out by Pesantren Nurul Jadid based on the perspective of Kurt Lewin, among others: first, at the Unfreezing stage (review or survey, particular direction from the leadership to subordinates), mapping the potential of each human resource, motivation). The second is the Changing stage (socialization, seminars, training). The third is the Refreezing stage (creating a new culture or condition, cooperation, commitment, and evaluation).

Abstract

The three primary questions this research seeks to address are: How does criminal law approach environmental issues, such the PETI case, and what are the ethical philosophy of preventative initiatives' perspectives on solving environmental issues? as well as the measures taken by the government to address this issue. This paper uses a qualitative research methodology that is somewhat juridical-empirical in character. Written resources (books, journals, papers, etc.) are the source of data for this topic. This research study divides textual material into two categories: main and secondary. Criminal threats, such as jail time and fines, must exist for PETI offenders, as mentioned in the articles. Further criminal or disciplinary penalties under Article 119 Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management can be imposed on commercial companies. People need to understand their own roles, obligations, and responsibilities in life. in order for this moral idea to serve as a safeguard against human-caused environmental harm. Lastly, in regards to the government policies that also need to play a role in solving this PETI issue, these include: offering support to enable PETI to become a legal business; offering technical help; offering financial support for development; and offering access to prevent business actors from feeling pressured to legalize a business. the mining.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to provide a concrete picture of students' creative learning efforts in university.This research focuses on how creative learning is carried out by students in university when facing a large number of assignments. Using a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews. The research object at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang involved six postgraduate students majoring in Islamic Education Management. The data analysis technique uses a model developed by Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Based on the research results and discussion, the data findings reveal, among others: 1. Self-management (time management and maintaining balance), 2. Intelligence (emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence), 3. Productivity (learning motivation and learning spirituality).

Abstract

In the era of COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning process which was taught face-to-face, now has to switch to work from home (online). It makes students in each institution experience changes and have to get used to the nuances of different learning process. It raises its own problems that result in disrupted learning. It makes students feel bored and has an impact on decreasing learning interest. This research is intended to examine the problems that occur in learning process during the pandemic era in a comprehensive and straightforward manner by optimizing the process of education through the role of parents to increase student interest in learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that focuses on describing all problems as well as finding solutions. The instruments used in data collections are interview and observation. Based on the results and discussion in the study, it was found that there were several obstacles experienced by institutions and parents in overseeing online learning, such as limitations in accessing the internet due to the lack of data and not having a cell phone. In addition, it was also found that the roles and efforts of parents is very essensial, such as providing mentoring or guidance one after another, and reviewing the learning outcomes from teachers after online learning. So that both of them complement each other through the efforts that are applied. That way, learning remains in a good position and students can still learn well and can grow their learning interest.
