Abstract

Management of educational facilities and infrastructure has an important role regarding the quality of educational institutions where consumers can feel that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure has met expectations or exceeded expectations. It is also intended to attract as much interest as possible to the community towards MI Tawakkal and maintain the image and quality of MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The focus of this research is: (1) What is the management strategy for educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?, (2) How is consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?. This study aims to: (1) determine the management strategy of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Denpasar, (2) determine consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The method used is a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on this research, it shows that: 1) The management process of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of educational services at MI Tawakkal Denpasar starts from planning needs through open meetings with internal and external school parties, procurement with funding sources independently or from the government, inventory recording in the school Asset Book, use of facilities and infrastructure that are quite good and not complicated, periodic and routine maintenance, elimination of facilities that are not suitable for use, monitoring and reporting as evaluation material for the coming year, 2) Consumer satisfaction with education regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in MI Tawakkal Denpasar is quite satisfied because it has quite complete facilities and excellent management of infrastructure.

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru adalah seorang yang bertugas untuk menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan, kecakapan kepada peserta didik yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan seluruh aspek pribadi. Masalah yang dihadapi di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali yakni kompetensi profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru itu terhambat karena adanya kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Hal ini yang mendasari dilakukannya penelitian di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali yang memiliki siswa yang prestasi belajarnya cukup baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, dan faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali telah terlaksana dengan baik. Walaupun ada faktor yang tidak dijalankan dengan profesional. Faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran ada 2 faktor yaitu pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya adalah faktor internal guru, kurikulum, dan kepala sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang pendidikan guru dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Discipline behavior is a manifestation of the individual's ability to control himself. The quality of a person's self-control determines the quality of his discipline, so that each individual must have self-control in improving discipline. Therefore, this study aims to see the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy with self-control techniques to improve student discipline. This research is an experimental study with a sample of 8 students. Data collection techniques using a discipline scale, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used paired samples test (T-Test). The results of data analysis t-count is 8.027 and t-table is 2.365, (8.027 2.365). The value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 so 0.000 0.05. The results of the study show that cognitive behavioral therapy with self-control techniques is effective in improving student discipline.

Abstract

A Hindu woman who converts to Islam faces several consequences regarding her social status in the community. One of these consequences is related to her marriage with a Muslim man. In Balinese Hindu belief, a woman who changes her religion in order to marry a Muslim man is required to undergo the mepamit ceremony—a tradition where the daughter formally bids farewell to her ancestors before leaving her home and religion. In this ceremony, the woman’s family often invites the groom’s family to witness the mepamit ritual. Another issue arises during the marriage ceremony itself, particularly the Islamic wedding contract (akad nikah), where the absence of a rightful guardian (wali) for the bride becomes a problem. This description leads to two main research focuses in this article: What is the Islamic legal view of the groom attending the mepamit ceremony? Who has the rightful authority to act as the bride's guardian (wali) in the marriage? This research uses a qualitative approach, applying the analysis model of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Following the presentation and analysis of the data, the study concludes that: The groom’s presence at the mepamit ceremony is permissible on the condition that he does not participate in the ritual prayers or the drinking of water considered sacred by the bride’s family. A Muslim convert (muallaf) woman cannot be married off by her non-Muslim parents. Her guardian must be a wali hakim, who in this context is an official from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The authority of wali nikah may be transferred to a wali muhakkam in cases where the wali hakim demands illegal fees (bribes), is unavailable in the couple’s area, or the wali muhakkam is a qualified mujtahid (Islamic jurist). Based on these conclusions, the following recommendations are offered: The bride’s family should not compel the groom to participate in the mepamit ritual, especially in acts of worship (ubudiyah). Religious court judges should refrain from engaging in unlawful fees or bribery, which clearly violate the law. The bride and groom should formally assign the marriage guardianship to the wali hakim through proper verbal or written means, in accordance with Islamic legal provisions.

Abstract

This journal presents one of the thoughts of contemporary Islamic scholars, namely Prof. Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhaili. He is known to be very representative in judging every contemporary issue. His thinking is positioned as the basis of sharia for buying and selling shares. An understanding of the law of buying and selling shares will be answered by analyzing the thoughts of Prof. Dr. al-Zuhailiy, which is stated in his book, Al-Mu'āmalah al-Māliyah al-Mu'āshirah. Two questions in this research are: How does Prof. Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhailiy in the sale and purchase of shares? And how is the actualization of the thinking of Prof. Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhailiy in the sale and purchase of shares? Data collection is done using library research as the theoretical basis. After the primary and secondary data are collected, an in-depth analysis of the data sources uses deductive and inductive approaches. The conclusion obtained is that buying and selling shares is analogous to the concept of shirkah and muḍārabah (Muḍārabah musyarākah) contracts. In modern language, it is called musharakah mushamah. Actualization of the thoughts of Prof. Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhailiy in buying and selling shares is to provide syar'iy rules in it so that the transaction is legal according to shari'ah.
