Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan mengenai peran LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang dalam melestarikan budaya menganyam topi bambu melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan, yakni suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Tangerang yang menghasilkan suatu kerajinan bambu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan dengan instrumen wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa latar belakang lahirnya LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang adalah sebagai wadah untuk memberikan solusi bagi para perajin dalam melestarikan budaya menganyam topi bambu. Selain itu, dalam merealisasikan perannya dalam bidang wirausaha, LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang memberikan berbagai pendidikan kepada para perajin yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang, mengenai kerajinan topi bambu. Hal ini dapat membantu para perajin untuk terus menganyam topi bambu berdasarkan permintaan pasar. Diharapkan LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang terus mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak, salah satunya adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang dengan membantu memasarkan kerajinan topi bambu secara kontinu agar dapat meningkatkan omzet pendapatan para perajin dalam wirausaha ini, sehingga topi bambu bisa lebih digandrungi oleh masyarakat luas.Kata Kunci: Topi Bambu, melstarikan budaya, pendidikan kewirausahaan Abstract: This study aims to explain the role of LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang in the culture of weaving bamboo hats through entrepreneurship education, which is an activity carried out by the people of Tangerang which produces a bamboo craft to increase people's economic income. The researcher used an qualitative approach with data collection techniques using purposive sampling techniques which were carried out with interview, observation, and documentation instruments. This research reveals that the background of the birth of LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang is as a forum to provide solutions for craftsmen in the culture of weaving bamboo hats. In addition, in utilizing it in the field of entrepreneurship, LKP Topi Bambu Foundation Tangerang provides various educations to craftsmen in Tangerang Regency regarding bamboo hat crafts. This can help the craftsmen to continue weaving bamboo hats based on market demand. Hopefully LKP Bambu Foundation Tangerang will continue to receive support from various parties, one of which is the Tangerang Regency Government by helping to develop bamboo handicrafts continuously in order to increase the income turnover of the craftsmen in this entrepreneurship, so that bamboo hats can be more loved by the wider community.Keywords: Bamboo Hat, preserving culture, entrepreneurship education

Abstract

The Professional Association of Indonesian Teachers (PGRI) continues to fight for the welfare of teachers and educators, demonstrating a commitment to this cause. The PGRI DKI Jakarta Province is a key player in achieving its organizational goals. Through its mechanisms, the organization is able to effectively pursue its objectives. The organization is governed by its AD/ART, which oversees meetings at the national and local level focused on policymaking for improving teacher welfare. Since the formation of the Law on Teachers and Lecturers in 2005, which provides a legal basis for demands for improved teacher welfare, the struggle for better working conditions for teachers has intensified. There are not only demands for teacher professional allowances, but also struggles for local governments and other related institutions, such as regional allowances, grants, self-protection (such as in the collaboration between POLRI and PGRI), housing, and so on. The teacher's professional position and dignity are important considerations when making decisions about what to do in the classroom

Abstract

Jakarta merupakan kota metropolitan yang sangat beragam masyarakatnya, namun harus dihadapkan dengan kemajuan budaya modern dan tantangan tentang ancaman kemunduran dari kebudayaan lokal yang sudah melekat sejak dahulu, yang dalam hal ini disebut tradisi lokal. Budaya masyarakat budaya roti buaya di Betawi merupakan sebagai salah satu bagian dari budaya lokal. Untuk melestarikannya agar jangan sampai punah/hilang dan hal ini perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan dalam pelestarian dan pengenalan akan tradisi pernikahan dengan membawa roti buaya sebagai seserahannya. Maka permasalahan untuk menjaga nilai budaya lokal dalam roti buaya menjadi hal yang penting bagi kota Jakarta khususnya Betawi. Untuk itu dalam mengenalkan budaya roti buaya perlu adanya pengenalan ke masyarakat, sekolah. Agar sekolah yang berada dikabupaten Tangerang khususnya ikut peduli dalam melestarikan budaya lokalnya. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, obeservasi dan wawancara.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with many different tribes and cultures. Each region has its own characteristics that will be imprinted in the memory of each individual, which will eventually become an icon of a particular area. One of the city's icons is Ondel-Ondel from Betawi. Ondel-Ondel are giant dolls that are understood by the Betawi people as sacred culture and are used in ritual sacrifices to ancestral spirits. At first Ondel-Ondel was created as a way to repel reinforcements from the Betawi tribe. However, now everything is different. Ondel-Ondel is no longer considered sacred. The existence of Ondel-Ondel art is no longer used for cultural activities but is misused in street activities. This means that there has been a change in this Betawi Ondel-Ondel art. These changes are caused by social conditions. This is why efforts to increase awareness of local culture need to be increased. Changing times have formed new patterns of thinking about things that are traditional and not all people know the meaning behind the Betawi Ondel-Ondel art. The research method used is a qualitative method, data collection is done through literature studies, observations and interviews.

The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. This research technique uses observation techniques and interviews with sources. The results of this research show that there is use of learning media in history learning and it is implemented quite well
