Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan kantor pusat PAM Tirta Kamuning Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif dan metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 64 karyawan tetap dengan metode probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 10,371 > 1,66. (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel 3,234 > 1,66. (3) motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 56,251 > 3,15.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between competency and compensation variables on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (PELINDO II) Cirebon Branch as many as 58 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. This type of research uses quantitative methods with associative types. In this study the data were obtained from research instruments using a questionnaire, then processed using the help of IBM SPSS 23 For Windows software. The results of the study based on the value of multiple linear regression analysis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen from t count 2.996> t table 1.672, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen also from t-count 4.112> t table 1.672, and simultaneously competency variables Dam compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen from f-count 11.295> f-tabel 3.16. Of all the results, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant value less than 0.05 or 0.001 <0.05.Keyword : Employee Performance, Competence, and Compensation.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (PELINDO II) Cabang Cirebon sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 23 For Windows. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan nilai analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari t hitung 2,996 > t tabel 1,672, kompensasi berpengaruh posiif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat pula dari thitung 4,112 > ttabel 1,672, dan secara simultan variabel kompetensi dam kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari fhitung 11,295 > ftabel 3,16. Dari semua hasil baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,001 < 0,05.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Kompetensi, dan Kompensasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, career development and competencies jointly and partially on the performance of PDAM Tirta Kamuning employees in Kuningan Regency. This study used quantitative methods using questionnaires. The population in this study was 161 permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Kamuning, Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique with proportional stratified random sampling and the number of samples determined based on the Slovin formula obtained by 62 respondents. Data analysis uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results showed that: (1) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated tstatistic > ttable, namely 2.107 > 1.671 and the sig value of 0.039 < 0.05, (2) career development had a negative and significant effect on employee performance indicated by the calculated tstatistic < ttable namely -2,070 < 1,671 and sig value 0.043 < 0.05, and (3) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance indicated by a calculated tstatistic > ttable which is 3.087 > 1.671 and a sig value of 0.003 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous tests showed that training, career development and competence had a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Kamuning employees in Kuningan Regency, which was shown by the  calculated Fstatistic >  Ftable, namely 7.964 > 2.76 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel servant leadership, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah yang berjumlah 137 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran instrumen menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, antara variabel servant leadership, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The main problem at PT. Dock & Shipping Kodja Bahari (Persero) Galangan Cirebon can be known to perform poorly, this is due to several obstacles such as not achieving project targets that must be completed. The target in question is for example there is a ship that wants to repair its ship, before the ship makes repairs there is a work contract that has been agreed upon by the ship that wants to be repaired and ship repair will be completed within a few weeks or months, for that employees in the production department are required to complete the work according to the agreed time. However, the results are less than optimal in doing work and the many competitors that can make customers divided, and result in customer employees switching to the company so that they can benefit these customers. This has not achieved employee targets. This research aims to determine the effect of work-ability and motivation Employee Performance totalling 67 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using saturated samples, so all population employee were sampled in this research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis Thisis research indicates that work-ability has a positive and significant effect on employee es performance seen frothe m t count > t table, namely 5.613 > 1.997. Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition causes companies to be able to increase competitiveness in order to maintain the company's survival. With these demands, the production process in the company environment generally requires maximum results, and related to this, the company must be able to maximize employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the variables of transformational leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The method that will be used in this research is to use a descriptive quantitative method using instrumental tests in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, and data analysis using regression tests. Abstract

Work-life balance issues are an important aspect of the psychology of happiness, which is determined by a strong sense of self-worth, satisfaction, and a variety of life-affirming relationships. This study aims to explore how dual role conflicts affect employee performance in the Manpower Office (Disnaker) in Indonesia, by considering the role of work-life balance (WLB) and work stress as mediator variables. The research method used involved collecting data from 154 employees in the disnaker through questionnaires and interviews. The data was then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to identify the relationship between multiple role conflicts, WLB, work stress, and employee performance. The results showed that dual role conflict had a significant effect on WLB and work stress, but did not affect employee performance levels. Meanwhile, work stress and WLB cannot mediate the dual role with performance. This research provides important insights for human resource management in government agencies to develop policies and programs that support the balance between work and personal life of employees. An emphasis on managing multiple role conflicts and work stress in the work environment can improve employee well-being as well as the overall effectiveness of the organization. The practical implications of this study are the importance of appropriate interventions to improve the working conditions of employees in the public sector, while improving quality public services.
