Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Aksana Aji Rasa dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat masalah kinerja karyawan yang terjadi di sana, dimana kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Aksana Aji Rasa dan beberapa efek utamanya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS for Windows 21.0 (Paket Statistik Untuk Ilmu Sosial) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pelatihan (X1) dan variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 12,022 dengan sig. F 0,000> 0,05. Secara simultan diketahui bahwa variabel pelatihan (X1) dan variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) bersama-sama dengan variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai R Square yang disesuaikan menunjukkan angka 0,293, artinya variabel pelatihan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja. variabel (X2) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 29,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Abstract. This study is aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effect of educational level on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Regional Operations (DAOP) 3 Cirebon. The method used in this research is associative method and data collection technique used is the field research (observation, interview, questionnaire) and literature study. To determine the size of the sample, the study used the Slovin formula while to analyse data the researchers performed validity, reliability and classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test), path analysis, t hypothesis testing. The results of path analysis showed that the level of education directly impacted to employee performance and indirectly to work motivation (an intervening variable) and finally to employee performance. Due to the fact that the direct correlation coefficient is greater than the indirect correlation coefficient, it can be said that the true relationship is direct correlation.Keywords. Level of education; work motivation; job performance. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung tingkat pendidikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan pengaruh tidak langsung tingkat pendidikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Daerah Operasi (DAOP) 3 Cirebon. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Asosiatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Riset Lapangan (Observasi, Wawancara, Angket) dan Riset Kepustakaan. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolonearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi), Analisis Jalur, Uji  t Hipotesis. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dapat berpengaruh langsung ke prestasi kerja karyawan dan dapat juga berpengaruh tidak langsung yaitu dari tingkat pendidikan ke motivasi kerja (sebagai variabel intervening) lalu ke prestasi kerja karyawan. Oleh karena koefisien hubungan langsung lebih besar dari koefisien hubungan tidak langsung, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hubungan yang sebenarnya adalah langsung.Katakunci. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan kerja dan person job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai puskesmas Talaga Majalengka. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 65 responden dengan menggunakan Nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kelelahan kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung ttabel  (-0,075 -1,999) dan nilai signifikansi 0,940 0,05 artinya tidak signifikan. Person job fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung ttabel (3,789 1,999) dan signifikansi 0,00 0,05. Kelelahan kerja dan person job fit secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji Fhitung Ftabel  (7,177 3,15) dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 0,05 artinya signifikan. Pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen (Adjusted R square) adalah sebesar 0,162, yang berarti bahwa pengaruh kelelahan kerja dan person job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 16,2 % dan sisanya 83,8 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

In company, nothing succeeds if it does not have disciplined employees. Work Discipline guarantees the implementation of tasks in orderly and smooth manner so as achieve optimal results. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant relationship between the influence of work supervision, competence and motivation on the work discipline of rattan industry employees of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency. In this study the research approach used was quantitative approach with survey / questionnaire method, and the data was tested using multiple linear regression test. The sample in this study is employees of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency totaled 160 respondents. The findings show that the sig value for the effect of Work Supervision (X1) Work Discipline has a positive influence of Work Supervision (X1) Work Discipline (Y), then it is known that the sig value for the influence Competence (X2) on work discipline (Y) that there is no influence for Competence (X2) work discipline (Y), and it is known that the sig value for the influence Motivation (X3) on Work Discipline (Y) there is a positive influence for Motivation (X3) on work discipline (Y). Based on the data, Work Supervision, Competence, and Work Motivation The results of multiple linear regression analysis show significance, This means that there is a simultaneous and significant influence on Work Discipline. Therefore, the level of work discipline is positively influenced by effective work supervision, high level of competence, and strong work motivation towards the Work Discipline of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is an interesting topic to discuss in a company because moving employees will disrupt company operations both in terms of cost and time. This study was conducted to determine the influence of nursing organizational culture and work stress on turnover intention with nurse commitment as an intervening variable in hospitals. The population in this study was employees in the hospital totaling 421 people with the number of nurses who were a population sample of 150 people. This study used quantitative methods with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to hospital nurses. These findings provide important insights for hospitals and communities in understanding the factors that influence turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation , organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Regional Pelindo 2 Cirebon. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is employees of PT. Pelindo Regional 2 Cirebon consisted of 150 respondents and the sample used in this research was a saturated sample. Data were collected through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, and then tabulated using statistical analysis with the SPSS computer program. The collected data will be analyzed in several stages, the first stage is testing the validity and reliability of the research instruments, testing classical assumptions, and finally multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this research prove that the variables of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PT employees. Pelindo Regional 2 Cirebon, and its influence is positive. Employees who have good performance can make a significant contribution to achieving company goals. They will help increase productivity, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how burnout and work-life balance affect nurse performance at Cirebon Port Hospital. This study's methodology is quantitative, and its study population consists of 117 hospital-employed nurses. Using a saturated sample approach, all nurses participated in the survey. The survey with a Likert scale from 1 to 5 was used to gather data, and the statistical program SPSS was used for analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the impact of burnout and work life balance on nurse performance, as well as to validate the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Based on the findings, nurse performance is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance. Burnout affects nurse performance negatively, however the effect is not statistically significant.

Abstract

This study explores how leadership approaches and employee motivation contribute to enhancing the job performance of production operators in a manufacturing firm based in Majalengka. The primary objective is to examine key elements that drive improved employee performance outcomes. Employing a quantitative methodology within a causal-associative framework, the research involves a total of 100 production staff members, all of whom are included as participants through a saturated sampling strategy. Data obtained from the respondents were analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The analysis revealed that both leadership style and work motivation play critical roles in shaping employee performance metrics. These insights highlight the necessity of fostering effective leadership and maintaining strong motivational levels to cultivate a more efficient and high-performing organizational environment. Management should develop and implement participative, communicative, and inspirational leadership practices to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, organizations need to design motivation enhancement programs, incorporating both financial and non-financial incentives, such as recognition, training, and career development opportunities. Consequently, employee performance can be improved sustainably, ultimately contributing to the achievement of overall organizational objectives.
