Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah adanya persoalan dalam studi Islam yang di dalamnya mencakup studi teks dan sosial, yang tentunya harus terus dikembangkan sehingga memiliki kekayaan dan varian-varian temuan yang akan bermanfaat bagi eksistensi keilmuan dan memiliki manfaat pragmatis bagi masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan hermenutika dalam studi Islam dipandang sebagai alat bantu dalam membaca, memahami, menjelaskan suatu fakta, teks sumber hukum ajaran Islam, baik al-Qur’an maupun al-Hadis maupun realitas perilaku sosial dan keagamaan masyarakat melalui sebuah interpretasi untuk mengungkapkan makna sesungguhnya dari teks atau realitas tersebut.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems related to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure that are not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine how the management of educational facilities and infrastructure to create effective schools in elementary schools. The method used in this research is mix method with sequential explanatory research design. This research uses saturated samples with a population and sample size of 41 people, while the data sources in this study are principals, representatives of teaching staff and education staff. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN 2 Rajabasa and SDN 3 Kampung Baru was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, the maintenance and supervision stage, and the reporting of educational facilities and infrastructure. while based on quantitative data analysis it can be concluded that there is an influence in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure which is 0.156 or 15% to create effective schools in elementary schools.

Abstract

The main challenge is the legal character, which often struggles to keep up with technological developments, and the failure in handling cyber crime is caused by a lack of balance among the five law enforcement factors of Soerjono Soekanto. This study aims to systematically describe the law enforcement factors according to Soerjono Soekanto. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a type of normative juridical research. This study shows that the development of information technology has brought significant changes in crime patterns, with cyber crime experiencing rapid growth in Indonesia. Therefore, education and the instilling of digital ethical values are needed to build intrinsic collective awareness, so that society is not only the object of protection but also an active subject in creating a safe and orderly digital space.
