Implementasi manajemen pendidikan merupakan salah satu bagian integral dari proses pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan kualitas pendidikan dan pondok pesantren harus berperan sehingga mutu pendidikanpun dapat terwujud dengan sempurna, sementara masih banyak pondok peantren di kabupaten Tanggamus yang belum mengimplementasikan manajemen dengan baik sehingga berimbas pada mutu pesantren itu sendiri dan belum menjadi sorotan pemerintah setempat, dibukti kan dari data pra survei bahwa kabupaten Tangamus memiliki sarana dari 20 PAUD/TK, 434 SD/MI, 58 SMP/MTs, 17 SMA/MA, 5 SMK/MK hingga Perguruan Tinggi dan terdapat 30 pondok pesantren yang terdaftar di Kemenag Kabupaten Tanggamus (Kemenag, 2018). Dengan demikian terdapat 534 sekolah dan hanya 30 pondok pesantren yang diantaranya, ada yang juga bersinergi dengan sekolah dan ada yang hanya pesantren saja. Berdasarkan fakta ini dan menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang ada di pesantren, yaitu diperlukan implementasi manajemen pendidikan. dan peneliti berusaha mengeksplorasi manajemen pendidikan melalui penelitian pada pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang Implementasi manajemen pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Se kabupaten Tanggamus. Serta diharapkan dapat: 1) Menghasilkan informasi terkait dengan pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan di pondok pesantren se Kabupaten Tanggamus. 2) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai manajerial yang baik bagi pondok pesantren se kabupaten Tanggamus.

Pelatihan pengurusan jenazah sangat dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat, karena faktanya masih banyak masyarakat yang belum faham dalam perawatan jenazah.Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membantu RISMA di Kecamatan Natar dengan memberi pelatihan kepungurusan jenazah agar dapat bersama ta’mir masjid mengurus jenazah dan menjadi generasinya, serta menciptakan SDM yang unggul, berpengatuan serta bertakwa kepad Allah SWT. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan meliputi: (1)Memberikan pelatihan dan workshop dengan menyajikan materi melalui tatap muka langsung/daring mengenai pentingnya peran RISMA terhadap masyarakat, (2)Memberikan pelatihan pengurusan jenazah kepada RISMA se Kecamatan Natar. Pendekatan yang akan diterapkan adalah pendekatan praktik dan komunikatif. Pendekatan ini didasari oleh pemikiran bahwa kemampuan pengurusan jenazah merupakan salah satu tujuan yang harus dicapai dalam upaya-upaya penanaman nilai-nilai, akhlaq, intelektualitas, profesionalisme, moralitas dan integritas Islam dalam membantu kebutuhan masyarakat di Kecamatan Natar.Kata Kunci : Pengurusan Jenazah, RISMADoi: https://dx.doi.org/10.23960/JPSI/v1i1.54-67

In the era of rapidly developing technology, playing social media has become a routine for the society. The world seems to be turning digital. Humans always need interaction and interaction requires certain ways. The most used means of interaction today is social media. Social media is one of the most exciting activities online today, but, social media also has an impact on its users, both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of social media can add insight and meet many people. But behind that there are negative impacts related to social media abuse. This study aims to find out what are the impacts of social media and how important social media is for character education and the importance of holding a training entitled "Social Media Wise Training as an Effort to Build Community Character in Rajabasa Lama Village". Using offline training methods which are then evaluated by distributing questionnaires to collect the data we need from the community. Therefore, according to the servants, there is a need for social media wise training so that people can make better use of social media and this training can be used as an effort to build the character of the people of Rajabasa Lama Village.

The purpose of this research is to see how learning modules can be well developed so that learning loss does not occur. Education in Indonesia applies K13; the orientation of the 2013 curriculum is an increase and a balance between attitude competence, skills and knowledge. In other words, the teacher is a facilitator, besides that the teacher must be able to develop the teaching materials used so that students do not feel bored and bored when learning mathematics. The ways that teachers can do to create and develop teaching materials include using an approach in the process of developing teaching materials, which are in accordance with the material to be delivered. One type of teaching material that can be developed by the teacher is a learning module. Research results show that the benefits for students in module development. One of them is to make it easier for students to understand the material, create effective learning and provide meaningful learning for students. The developed learning modules will be more useful and advance education properly to prevent learning loss from occurring.

This research is motivated by problems related to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure that are not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine how the management of educational facilities and infrastructure to create effective schools in elementary schools. The method used in this research is mix method with sequential explanatory research design. This research uses saturated samples with a population and sample size of 41 people, while the data sources in this study are principals, representatives of teaching staff and education staff. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN 2 Rajabasa and SDN 3 Kampung Baru was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, the maintenance and supervision stage, and the reporting of educational facilities and infrastructure. while based on quantitative data analysis it can be concluded that there is an influence in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure which is 0.156 or 15% to create effective schools in elementary schools.

Kampus merupakan tempat penggodokan ilmu pengetahuan yang mendalam dimana seseorang digembleng untuk belajar menemukan sesuatu jawaban dari masalah-masalah yang belum terpecahkan. Begitu juga dengan masalah-masalah keagamaan yang berkaitan dengan negara. Dimana antara agama dan negara saling adanya korelasi antara kedua, tidak terpisahkan peran satu dengan yang lainnya. Ketika pengetahuan agama seseorang mengalami benturan dengan pemahaman yang ekstrem maka terjadi miss opinion tentang agama dan negara. Seseorang yang pada mulanya bisa dikatakan beragama secara “lurus-lurus saja” bisa berubah menjadi beringas dan sangar dan sangat gampang sekali menuduh orang lain sesat dan kafir. Radikalisasi dan ektrimisme sudah masuk ke dunia kampus. Ini sangat berbahaya bagi para mahasiswa yang notabennya adalah penerus bangsa dan negara ini. Bisa kita banyangkan seseorang yang pintar dalam ilmu pengetahuan umum tapi mempunyai sikap yang eklusive dalam beragama, dan inilah yang menjadi embrio dari paham radikalisme dalam beragama dan ini akan menelurkan sikap ektrim dan perpecahan. Moderasi beragama menjadi muatan nilai dan praktik yang paling sesuai untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan bumi Indonesia. Sikap mental moderat, adil, dan berimbang menjadi kunci untuk mengelola keragaman kita. Dalam berkhidmat membangun bangsa dan negara, setiap warga Indonesia memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang seimbang untuk mengembangkan kehidupan bersama yang tenteram dan menentramkan. Bila ini dapat kita wujudkan, maka setiap warga negara dapat menjadi manusia Indonesia seutuhnya, sekaligus menjadi manusia yang menjalankan agama seutuhnya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa tinggi rendahnya komitmen seseorang terhadap moderasi sesungguhnya juga menandai sejauh mana komitmennya terhadap nilainilai keadilan. Semakin seseorang moderat dan berimbang, semakin terbuka peluang ia berbuat adil. Sebaliknya, semakin ia tidak moderat dan ekstrem berat sebelah, semakin besar kemungkinan ia berbuat tidak adil. Diharapakan dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Universita Lampug Khususnya dan mahasiswa yang ada di kampus-kampus lain menjadi pionir dalam menjadikan pemahaman keagamaan pada mahasiswa lebih Inklusivisme dalam beragama sehingga tidak cepat terpapar pada pemahaman yang radikal. Mathematics is a subject that has a close relationship with everyday human life. The meaning of the existence of mathematics is still rarely felt directly by students so that mathematics becomes abstract and tends to be full of meaningless numbers. In fact, in fact mathematics has many benefits in everyday life and can be more easily reasoned and understood and memorable if we have the sincerity to understand. Culture-based learning is a strategy for creating learning environments and designing learning experiences that integrate culture as part of the learning process. Through ethnomathematics, learning will be more memorable because it introduces local traditions and cultures that are still recognized and practiced by certain community groups. The type of research used by the author in this study is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted to explore information about ethnomathematics based on Lampung culture using sticks to increase the cultural love of elementary school teacher education students. Technique The instrument used in this study is a non-test technique. The results showed that ethnomathematical learning can increase student interest by a percentage of 92% and can be used as an alternative to help students learn multiplication material in mathematics and can increase students' sense of cultural love.

Utilizing cultivated land as an extracurricular program in schools is an initiative that is relevant to sustainable development goals. This research aims to explore and evaluate the positive impact of implementing the program on aspects of sustainable development. The research method involves main activities and data analysis to understand the impact and obtain the perspectives of the participants and relevant stakeholders. The implementation of this extracurricular program also brings social benefits, such as increasing collaboration between students, forming a responsible attitude towards the environment, and increasing awareness of sustainable development. In addition, involving students in agricultural activities can be a means of developing character and leadership. This research also identified several challenges, such as a lack of resources and support, as well as the need for program integration with the formal curriculum to ensure sustainability and sustainability of learning. Thus, the use of cultivated land as an extracurricular program in schools can be an effective strategy for achieving sustainable development goals, especially in the aspects of environmental education, agricultural skills, and developing social attitudes. Joint efforts are needed from the school, government, and community to ensure the sustainability and success of this program in the long term.

The problem in this study was that educators need to be more competent in digital literacy and be maximal in implementing 21st century education. This study aims to analyze the urgency of digital literacy in the 21st century education era for the competence of educators at SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative research types. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling through observation, interviews, and documentation.. The data sources were educators, school principals, and education staff. The results showed that educators' understanding of digital literacy and 21st century education is quite good, with a percentage of educators who understand as much as 72%, while those who do not understand are only 28%. Educators are still at a medium level regarding skills in using digital media in the learning process. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of 21st century education, such as facilities, parent educators, and students. Literacy Digital plays an important role and is a component of literacy that must exist in schools because good mastery of digital literacy can improve the professional competence of educators.Keywords: 21st century education, digital literacy, educator competenceDoi: https://doi.org/10.23960/JIPS/v5i2.59-62

Di era teknologi yang berkembang pesat, bermain media sosial menjadi rutinitas bagi masyarakat. Dunia seakan beralih ke digital. Manusia selalu membutuhkan interaksi dan interaksi membutuhkan sarana tertentu. Sarana interaksi di masa kini yang banyak digunakan adalah media sosial. Media sosial merupakan salah satu aktivitas online yang saat ini paling menarik. Namun, media sosial juga memiliki dampak bagi penggunanya baik dampak positif maupun negatif. Dampak Positif dari bermedia sosial dapat menambah wawasan dan bertemu dengan banyak orang. Namun dibalik itu terdapat dampak negatif mengenai penyalahgunaan penggunaan media sosial. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja dampak yang ada dalam media sosial dan seberapa pentingkah media sosial bagi pendidikan karakter serta seberapa pentingkah diadakannya pelatihan yang berjudul “Pelatihan Bijak Bermedia Sosial Sebagai Upaya Pembinaan Karakter Pada Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Rajabasa Lama”. Menggunakan metode pelatihan secara luring yang kemudian dievaluasi dengan membagikan kuesioner untuk mengambil data-data yang kami butuhkan dari masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, menurut para pengabdi, perlu adanya pelatihan bijak bermedia sosial agar masyarakat dapat menggunakan media sosial dengan lebih baik dan pelatihan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai upaya pembinaan karakter di masyarakat Kelurahan Rajabasa Lama.
