Abstract

Learning problems can be understood as a variety of obstacles, challenges, or constraints that arise during the course of the teaching and learning process and have the potential to reduce the success of achieving educational goals. This study was conducted to examine the various problems experienced by students in the face of learning difficulties that come from external factors, especially related to the teaching methods of teachers at SDN Banaran 4 Sragen. Learning difficulties are one of the disorders that often occur in learning activities and can affect the learning outcomes of learners. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Research subjects include students and classroom teachers at SDN Banaran 4 Sragen. The results of observations and interviews on several aspects showed an average percentage of 50% with sufficient categories, which means that the learning methods used by teachers are not fully in the very good category. The findings of the study also revealed that one of the external factors that trigger learning difficulties is the less varied and less developed teaching methods of teachers.

Abstract

Background: International summer camps have become a vital form of social engagement in higher education, providing chances for cultural learning and global contact. However, a rigorous evaluation of participant perceptions is required to ensure program efficacy and sustainability. Objectives: This study seeks to investigate students' impressions of the FKIP Universitas Lampung Summer Camp 2025, with an emphasis on cultural experience, program satisfaction, and areas for development in a community-based educational setting. Methods: This study used a descriptive quantitative technique supported by qualitative data. A perception questionnaire with a Likert scale was provided to 17 participants, supplemented with open-ended responses to elicit deeper insights into their experiences.Result: With mean values ranging from 4.50 to 4.89, the results show a high degree of participant satisfaction, especially in cultural activities, social connections, and committee support. Strong social ties and significant cross-cultural learning were noted by the participants. On the other hand, insufficient interaction with local pupils (M = 2.61) and time management (M = 3.83) were found to be moderate issues. Negative categories typically had low mean scores, suggesting that people thought the program was safe, inclusive, and relevant. Conclusion: All things taken into account, the summer camp successfully served as a community engagement program that increased student experience and cross-cultural knowledge while emphasizing the need for better scheduling and more possibilities for local contact. In addition to benefiting international participants, the program provided sociocultural benefits for the local community by strengthening cultural promotion and encouraging collaboration between universities and local stakeholders.

Abstract

This study developed a Project-Based Learning (PJBL)-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) e-module to improve learning in the Decision Support System (DSS) course. The e-module was designed with structured material, multimedia, computational exercises, and case studies in line with PJBL syntax. Validation results show very high feasibility from subject matter experts (91.25%) and media experts (95%), while student response reached 91.33%. The effectiveness of the e-module is evident from the increase in student learning scores from 54.2 to 84.5 with an N-Gain of 0.66 and a Cohen's d score of 2.74, indicating a very large effect. These results show that the e-module is capable of improving conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and decision-making skills. This study contributes to the development of digital learning media and is limited to the scope of the pilot study. Further studies are recommended to involve a broader scope and more adaptive learning features.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the legal paradox in the application of the concepts of noodweer and noodweer excess in Indonesia, particularly related to the phenomenon of victims of robbery who are named suspects after defending themselves. The study focuses on three cases that occurred in Indonesia, namely the case of Amaq Sinta in Central Lombok (NTB), DI in Medan (North Sumatra), and ZA in Malang (East Java). All three cases demonstrate the complexity of law enforcement between self-defense efforts and the limits of actions considered proportional under criminal law. Analysis of these three cases shows that the application of Article 49 of the Criminal Code often leads to incidents, especially in determining the elements of proportionality, subsidiarity, and the condition of "urgency" in self-defense. Although morally the perpetrators are considered to be defending themselves from a real threat, legally such actions can be categorized as excessive if they exceed the limits of reasonableness, for example due to emotion, fear, or the use of excessive violence. This paradox reveals a lack of synchronicity between formal justice and substantive justice in the Indonesian criminal system. From a normative perspective, clearer legal guidelines are needed regarding self-defense, particularly in the context of street crimes that endanger the victim's life. This study recommends reformulating the guidelines for investigation and prosecution so that the legal system no longer criminalizes self-defense actions taken in emergency situations and situations of psychological stress. Keywords: Noodweer, Noodweer Excesses, Self-Defense, Mugging Victims, Legal Paradox, Indonesian Criminal System.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has transformed the education sector and requires school human resources to possess digital literacy and digital citizenship competencies. This community service program, conducted at SMP YPPL Panjang in Bandar Lampung City, aimed to strengthen teachers’ understanding of these competencies as an effort to improve the quality of school human resources. The program adopted a learning-by-doing approach involving knowledge sharing, discussions, practical activities, and an initial assessment through questionnaires. The findings revealed that most participants were already familiar with the concepts of digital literacy and digital citizenship; however, they had not fully recognized their strategic role in addressing the challenges of technological disruption in education. At the end of the program, 100% of participants signed a commitment statement to pursue continuous self-development, implement digital citizenship values, act as change agents, and foster sustainable collaboration. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening digital literacy and digital citizenship as key foundations for preparing school human resources to adapt to technological changes and support the development of a high-quality, inclusive, and sustainable educational ecosystem.
