Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Articulate Storyline-based learning media on learning motivation and satisfaction, as well as its effectiveness in online learning. The method used is Quasi-Experimental, the research design is Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample was students of class XI MIPA 2 and XI MIPA 6. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires motivation and learning satisfaction, cognitive tests. Hypothesis testing using Manova to determine the effect, regression test to determine the extent of the effect, and N-Gain test to determine the effectiveness of the media. The results of the Manova test showed a sig value of 0.00 0.05 so that H0 was rejected. Regression test results of learning motivation aspects: desire to achieve success (17.16%), motivation and learning needs (15%), future aspirations (15.61%), appreciation in the learning process (12.65%), activities interesting in learning (21.68%), and a conducive learning environment (17.92%). The results of the regression test for learning satisfaction aspects: tangible (29.56%), assurance (16.33%), empathy (23.68%), reliability (24.37%), and responsiveness (5.94%). The N-Gain result is 68.44%. It can be concluded that there is an effect of media on aspects of motivation and learning satisfaction, and the effectiveness is in the category of being quite effective (medium) on motivation and learning satisfaction.

Abstract

Earthworms are currently in great demand for industrial and pharmaceutical needs, so it is necessary to increase the productivity of worms by breeders. This study aims to determine the effect of giving tofu pulp and coconut pulp on body weight gain and cocoon production of Eudrilus eugeniae worms. The object of this research is Eudrilus eugeniae which has been clit. This study was divided into two groups, namely control and treatment with six replications each so that there were 24th experimental units. In the control and treatment groups, the researchers included 10th Eudrilus eugeniae worms in each treatment in the form of a combination of tofu pulp and coconut pulp. Parameters observed were worm biomass and several cocoons. The data on the weight gain of the worms were analyzed using One Way Anova and then continued with the Duncan Multiple Test (DMRT) with significantly different results. Furthermore, data on the number of worm cocoons were analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis test. The results showed that the provision of tofu and coconut pulp had a significant effect on body weight gain and the production of Eudrilus eugeniae cocoons. There is an effect of giving tofu dregs and fermented coconut pulp on the increase in body mass of Eudrilus eugeniae worms as a conclusion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase the interest in learning students.  This research is a Classroom Action Research that is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages which include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIPA 3 which totaled 29 students. Data sources are obtained from teachers and learners by observation, interviews, and documentation. The triangulation method is used to validate the data and analyze the data using qualitative descriptive techniques.  The results showed that student’s interest in learning increased from pre-action to cycle II. Indicators of feelings of pleasure and interest in learning increased by 21.55% from pre-action to cycle II, indicators there was active participation increased by 25.00% from pre-action to cycle II, indicators there was a tendency to pay attention and great concentration power increased by 22.50% from pre-action to cycle II, indicators had positive feelings and a willingness to learn that always increased by 26.74% from pre-action to cycle II. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that problem-based bio-entrepreneurship learning can increase the interest in learning students XII MIPA 3 on biotechnology materials.
