Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan modifikasi alat ukur dari Fredricks (2003) berisikan aspek behavioral engagement dengan 5 item, emotional engagement dengan 6 item, dan cognitive engagement dengan 8 item. Modifikasi alat ukur ini melalui beberapa tahapan, seperti uji validitas isi, reliabilitas, analisis Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 200 responden. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu nilai reliabilitas 0,851, KMO Measure of Sampling Adequency 0,871, dan bartlett's test of sphericity sebesar 0,000. Dari hasil tersebut dihasilkan 22 item, yaitu pada behavior engagement 7 item, emotional engagement 0 item, dan cognitive engagement 9 item.

Abstract

Hybrid learning is a learning method that is carried out in two ways, namely face to face and distance. The use of these different methods can affect the way students behave, one of which is the student who composes the thesis. In this case, students are required to be able to make their own decisions and be confident in their own abilities so that their thesis can run well and smoothly, therefore it is necessary to categorize the self-efficacy of final students who are preparing a thesis. thesis. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that students who are writing thesis have low self-efficacy scores (05%), moderate (29.2%) and high (70.3%).
