Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority scale of attributes, attitudes and behavior, as well as determine the formulation of a marketing mix strategy for snack products, Sticks Skin Kebab (STIKBAB). Sources of data in this study obtained from 98 respondents in the city of Bogor. Statistical analysis used in this study includes analysis of the multi-attribute fishbein model, subjective norms and theory of reasoned action. The results of the fishbein analysis on the evaluation of attributes from the most important to the least important in a row are the quality of raw materials, ease of obtaining, affordable prices, attractive promotions, attractive packaging, varied product types, and brands with a score of 1.57 each. , 1.54, 1.53, 1.49, 1.45, 1.36, 1.26. Meanwhile, consumer attitudes towards the brand are 44.94 which illustrates good consumer attitudes and tends to make repeat purchases. From the behavioral model, it appears that of the seven attributes analyzed have a positive B~BI value (greater than zero) this means that consumer behavior in STIKBAB is good or positive. The marketing strategy that can be taken is to maintain the trust value for the attributes that are most important to consumers (evaluation) and increase the attributes that are still not able to meet the requirements of consumer evaluation.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat optimal jika karyawan mematuhi dan menati peraturan yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan, selain itu perusahaan perlu mendukung penerapan program keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman. maka dari itu produktivitas kerja akan lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktiivtas kerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat numerik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 376 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 79 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik yang digunakan probability sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS V25. Pengumpulan data melelui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan uji t, disiplin kerja, K3 dan lingkungan kerha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktiivtas kerja, sedangkan hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji F menunjukan bahwa sevara simultan atau bersama – sama disiplin kerja, K3 dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to enhance participants' understanding of the basic concepts of data analysis and its application in research, equip participants with practical skills in using Microsoft Excel to process and analyze data, and assist participants in presenting data analysis results effectively and attractively. This training method includes three different methodologies: presentation method, demonstration method, and practice method. The results of this activity showed that participants were able to create visualizations of descriptive data analysis in the form of attractive and easy-to-understand graphs, making the presented information easier for readers to digest. Participants were then invited to practice creating graphs using the provided dataset with Ms Excel, allowing them to directly experience the benefits of the techniques taught. The graphs created were multi-series graphs to display all the data, and 3D graphs to display each individual data point. The training conducted was able to enhance students' knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Excel for data processing and visual presentation of descriptive analysis.
