Abstract

Background: Stroke is a cardiovascular disease that is most commonly found in society, especially in Indonesia. Stroke sufferers need support from people around them, especially family, who are needed to serve sufferers so they don't lead to depression. Family support consists of information support, service support, instrumental support and emotional support so that it is hoped that the family can help the patient's needs so that the patient can lead to an independent direction. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study was the elderly with stroke in the working area of ??the UPTD Kesmas I Gianyar with 36 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Results: 10 respondents or 27.8% had good family support, 14 respondents or 38.9% had sufficient family support and finally 12 respondents or 33.3% had less family support. Conclusion: Most of the respondents received family support in the adequate range and were asked to provide greater support to improve the quality of life of the elderly. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to develop research related to family support elderly people with stroke at the UPTD Kesmas Sukawati I districts Gianyar

Abstract

Background: Anxiety in female residents is a concern experienced by the target citizens during their prison term.The impact of prolonged anxiety leads to mental disorders. Anxiety in female assisted citizens can be experienced by all the target citizens who are in prison, research conducted earlier in 2020 obtained 55.9% of female target citizens experience mild anxiety. This study aims to find out the Picture of Anxiety Level in Women's Assisted Citizens in The Women's Society Class IIA Denpasar. Method: Type of quantitative research with Cross Sectional approach. sampling with purposive sampling techniques with 115 respondents. Results : Research conducted to 115 inmates at the Class IIA Denpasar Women's Society About anxiety levels classified as mild anxiety as many as 51 respondents (44.3%), based on adult age (26-45) as many as 75 respondents (65,65.3%), based on adult age (26-45) as many as 75 respondents (65,65 2%), based on the case of most narcotics as many as 97 respondents (84.3%), based on the length of time in prison that is 1-4 years as many as 53 respondents (46.1%), based on the last education of most high schools as many as 62 respondents (53, 9%) and marital status were mostly unmarried as many as 43 respondents (37.45%). Conclusion: The level of anxiety of women-assisted citizens in the Class IIA Denpasar Women's Society is mild

Abstract

Background: Fatigue (Burnout) is a psychological syndrome in a person that causes fatigue, emotional and mental stress due to excessive stress which can be caused by stressful situations that must be resolved beyond the individual's ability with symptoms such as decreased interest in learning, decreased enthusiasm and fatigue. A person's burnout varies depending on a person's ability to deal with difficult situations that cause fatigue, depersonalization and according to him the interest in self-achievement in certain situations. The results of previous this study showed that most of the respondents, which were 88 respondents (56.4%) experienced moderate fatigue. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of fatigue (Burnout) in the 5th semester of diploma 3 nursing students in online learning during the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic in Denpasar. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study. Sampling was total sampling by using 65 people, who were the 5th semester of diploma nursing students at the Campus of Stikes KESDAM IX / Udayana and ITEKES. The instrument used was the MBI-SS questionnaire from Maslach and Jakson which was adopted from previous research and has been validated to determine the level of student burnout, using an online questionnaire with the Google form. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis. Results: The results of this study showed that most of the respondents, which were 49 respondents (75.4%) experienced moderate fatigue. Characteristics of respondents based on age as many as 65 people (100%) aged > 20 years, characteristics of respondents based on gender where most of the respondents as many as 36 respondents (55.4%) were female. Conclusion: Most of the respondents have moderate levels of fatigue (burnout)
