Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android mobile-based cashier application system at Toko Nay Sahabat Alam. The store currently does not have a system that facilitates the sales transaction process, inventory management, and sales and purchase history in a structured manner, which results in less efficient business processes and the risk of operational errors. The proposed cashier application is designed to optimize the sales transaction process, stock inventory management, and display sales and purchase history. The system architecture is implemented using Rest API, with the backend developed using Laravel framework and MySQL database management system. Android mobile application development using Flutter. The development methodology used is agile. Testing is done using the black-box testing method and the results show that all application features run as expected. End-user testing was also conducted using a questionnaire to measure user satisfaction with the application. The questionnaire results showed that most users were satisfied with this application as a whole, with 57.1% of respondents giving the highest score of 5, 35.7% giving a score of 4, and 7.1% giving a neutral score of 3. The system implementation results can improve operational efficiency, minimize errors in the transaction process, and facilitate more effective transaction and inventory data management.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mobile-based makeup artist reservation system at Tanti Makeup Studio to overcome the limitations of conventional booking methods. The current manual reservation system through phone calls or walk-ins has caused several challenges, including scheduling conflicts, inaccurate booking records, lack of visibility into incoming reservations, and operational inefficiencies that hinder business growth. This research utilizes Agile methodology, which incorporates iterative development cycles and continuous feedback integration. Data collection used primary sources through interviews and direct observation, and secondary sources through literature study. The system development process includes requirements analysis, conceptual design, and is followed by implementation and black box testing. The results showed successful implementation of key features including user authentication, package management, scheduling, and payment processing, with all components achieving conformance in functionality testing. The mobile app effectively streamlines the booking process, improves operational efficiency, and enhances customer experience through an intuitive interface and integrated payment system. User validation through a survey of 51 respondents showed strong positive results: 80.4% rated the application as overall easy to use (51% “very easy” and 29.4% “easy”), 86.2% gave high ratings for ease of booking (52.9% highest rating, 33.3% second highest), 80.4% expressed satisfaction with the integrated payment system, 86.3% reported improved time efficiency in the booking process, and 82.4% felt that the confirmation and scheduling process became more efficient. This study concludes that the implemented system successfully overcame the initial challenges of the manual booking process, providing a comprehensive solution for both service providers and customers in the makeup service industry

Abstract

Background. Personnel attendance administration activities at the Karanganyar Regency Education and Culture Office have been integrated with the central system for civil servants, but the attendance method for non-civil servants is not available in a structured manner, so it risks reducing data integrity, being inaccurate, and not allowing real-time monitoring. Aims. This research aims to develop a web-based and mobile-based employee attendance management and scheduling application using Location Based Service in a case study at the Karanganyar Regency Education and Culture Office. Methods. The application that was built provides a presence feature based on the Global Positioning System and a camera for proof of presence photos. Location-based service is used to validate the location of employees when attending to match the predetermined work area. The system is designed using a client-server architecture with a Laravel-based web application for admins, a mobile application for employees, and a centralized database to facilitate data management. Result. The evaluation of the system's functionality is conducted using the black box testing method to assess the suitability of the output results for the specified use scenario. Conclusion. The test results indicate that all application functions meet user needs. Consequently, the developed system is expected to enhance efficiency, ensure data integrity, and offer a more modern and integrated presence solution in the administrative process of non-civil servant personnel within the Karanganyar Regency Education and Culture Office.

Abstract

UD Dwi Sri yang berdomisili di kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan padi. Setiap hari UD Dwi Sri mengolah padi menjadi beras dan mendistribusikan ke konsumen. Namun, kesibukan pegawai menjadikan sulitnya melakukan kontrol terhadap alat penggilan padi. Alat penggilingan padi sendiri tidak akan berhenti berproses sampai listrik habis sehingga jika terjadi kesalahan pada satu mesin atau keslaahan pegawai dalam memasukan gabah yang tidak sesuai dengan pesanan maka semua mesin harus dimatikan secara mendadak. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan pada mesin penggilingan padi. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi yang memberikan solusi dalam mengolah padi menjadi beras menggunakan mesin yang di dapat dipantau dan dikontrol melalui aplikasi berbasis android. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan susunan tahapan menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap identifikais masalah sampai pengujian. Aplikasi ini berhasil dibangun dan duji menggunakan metode backbox testing, 6 fungsionalitas sistem diuji dan menunjukan hasil yang sesuai dengan tahap perancangan.

Abstract

Indonesia menempati posisi kedua dalam hal jumlah pelajar bahasa Jepang, Pembelajaran huruf Kanji bagi pelajar indonesia seringkali menjadi tantangan yang kompleks, hal itu disebabkan karena Kanji merupakan salah satu huruf yang paling sulit dipelajari bagi pelajar asing terutama bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki latar belakang budaya yang kuat dalam hal kanji. Pembelajaran yang hanya Keterbatasan media pembelajaran dan pendekatan pengajaran yang monoton dapat menghambat siswa dalam memperoleh pemahaman maksimal terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Maka diperlukan sebuah inovasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi augmented reality untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa dalam memperlajari huruf kanji. Proses penerapan teknologi augmented reality ini memanfaatkan metode marker-based tracking dimana objek visual akan ditampilkan ketika marker terdeteksi oleh smartphone. Pengujian marker memberikan hasil yang positif dimana marker dapat terdeteksi hingga jarak 115 cm dan dengan intensitas cahaya yang rendah. Selain itu, aplikasi kemudian diuji kelayakanya dengan melakukan kuisoner dan menghasilkan rata rata nilai 4,6 dari skala 1 -5. Hal tersebut menunjukan hasil positif sehingg aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan minat dan pengalaman belajar siswa.

Abstract

Mekanisme pembelajaran di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) merupakan fokus penelitian untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran mikroorganisme seperti virus. Keterbatasan alat dan kendala pembelajaran menggunakan buku menjadi motivasi utama dalam pengembangan aplikasi pembelajaran virus menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk menyatukan dunia nyata dan dunia maya. Hal ini memungkinkan siswa untuk mengamati langsung struktur virus dalam objek tiga dimensi (3D). Aplikasi ini dapat diakses melalui kamera smartphone Android dengan deteksi penanda (marker) untuk menampilkan objek virus. Harapannya, aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi siswa di SMA, memperkaya pengalaman pembelajaran, dan menjadi solusi inovatif dalam mengatasi kendala pembelajaran mikroorganisme pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas (SMA).

Abstract

Patient adherence to medication schedules and medical consultations is one of the main challenges in the healthcare sector. Non-adherence to medication can lead to therapy failure, drug resistance, and increased healthcare costs. To address this issue, this study develops a Mobile-Based Health Management System designed to manage medical schedules and provide medication reminders through intelligent notifications. This system is built using Flutter for the user interface (frontend), Node.js for the backend, and MySQL for the database. The main feature of this system is the integrated automatic reminders for medication schedules and medical consultations, which can be customized according to user preferences. By utilizing notification technology, the system ensures that reminders are sent on time and accurately, supporting improved medication adherence. This research applies Black Box Testing to evaluate the system's functionality, resulting in 100% success in CRUD operations and 98% notification timeliness accuracy. The testing results demonstrate that the system works well in managing medical schedules and medication reminders, and significantly contributes to improving medication adherence. Additionally, the system makes it easier for users to manage their medical schedules more efficiently and is accessible via mobile devices. The developed system has the potential to be widely implemented as an integrated mobile-based health management platform, supporting the digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan personal merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang sering diabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi web manajemen keuangan personal yang mampu mencatat pemasukan, pengeluaran, tabungan, dan hutang secara efisien serta menyediakan analisis pengeluaran bulanan secara terstruktur. Aplikasi dilengkapi dengan fitur visualisasi grafik bulanan dan laporan keuangan yang dapat diunduh. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat mempermudah pencatatan, pemantauan, dan analisis pengeluaran bulanan sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan finansial yang lebih bijaksana. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi mampu meningkatkan kesadaran finansial pengguna serta mendukung pengelolaan keuangan personal yang lebih disiplin.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peranan penting dalam membangun fondasi perkembangan anak yang mencakup aspek fisik, kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Di TK Harapan Sine, kegiatan administrasi akademik seperti pencatatan kehadiran, pengelolaan tabungan siswa, serta penilaian perkembangan anak masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, duplikasi data, dan keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem akademik berbasis web dan Android guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sekolah serta memperkuat komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel (PHP) sebagai backend sekaligus platform web, Flutter untuk aplikasi mobile Android, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem akademik yang dibangun dapat diakses melalui web maupun perangkat mobile, memudahkan guru dalam mengelola data absensi, penilaian, dan tabungan siswa secara digital, serta memungkinkan orang tua memantau perkembangan anak secara real-time. Sistem ini dinilai efektif, mudah digunakan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

This study developed a web-based application implementing the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method for stock investment analysis and recommendations. The application was built using the Flask framework and integrated with the Yahoo Finance API for real-time stock data retrieval. The TOPSIS method evaluated stock alternatives based on criteria such as closing price, P/E ratio, revenue growth, and dividend per share. Testing included functional evaluation, response time analysis, and simulations of three investor scenarios: High Risk-High Return, Low Risk-Low Return, and Balanced. Results indicate that the application effectively delivers stock recommendations aligned with investor preferences, achieving an average response time of 1–4 seconds per feature. Simulations highlight its adaptability in adjusting criteria weights to match different risk profiles. Despite limitations due to external API dependencies, the application demonstrates effectiveness as a decision support tool for stock investment, offering accessibility and flexibility to investors.
