Abstract

This study sees the management of da'wah in the campaigning caliphate by Kaffah Da'wah Bulletin (BDK) on Facebook. By utilizing primary and secondary data, which were obtained from observation and documentation, the researcher attempted to collect relevant data. Data were analyzed by reduction techniques, data display, and data verification. It concludes that the planning of BDK da'wah on Facebook is to present certain topics and problems in Indonesia with the caliphate system. Social, political, cultural, religious, and educational issues cannot be separated from BDK's manipulation to attract public attention and strengthen the caliphate fighters. This community in carrying out da'wah utilizes the symbols of the Koranic verse about Islam kaffah at the top of writings. In addition, the implementation of da'wah is also carried out through various technological features and popular media; jpeg, mobile, pdf, podcast, audio reading, and WA group. The public's interest with the popular media availability has increased the reputation and supporters of BDK in campaigning for Islamic law and the establishment of an Islamic caliphate. Furthermore, the evaluation of BDK is by reposting all scatter bulletins, this shows the high public interest in the caliphate campaign seen in posts that were redistributed by BDK redistributed about 2500 netizens

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan membaca dini pada hakikatnya dapat membentuk pribadi yang memiliki rasa kasih sayang, kemampuan berfikir kritis, dan pemahaman kreatif.Perkembangan Bahasa pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek yang paling penting bagi anak usia dini. Melalui bahasa anak dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain dan anak dapat mengekspresikan pikirannya menggunakan bahasa sehingga orang lain dapat menangkap apa yang dipikirkan oleh anak. Disisi lain tidak mengherankan bahwa bahasa dianggap sebagai salah satu indikator kesuksesan seorang anak. Pada aspek pengembangan bahasa, kompetensi dan hasil yang diharapkan adalah anak mampu menggunakan bahasa sebagai pemahaman bahasa pasif dan dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif yang bermanfaat untuk berfikir dan belajar dengan baik. Makalah ini menggunakan Metode kajian kepustakaan data-data yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ini berasal dari berbagai literature kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji. Sumber yang digunakan adalah jurnal ilmiah, buku, e-book dan penelitian ilmiah yang bersumber dari internet.

Abstract

Madrasah principals have so far been too focused on developing their own professionalism at work, by slightly ignoring the personality factor as an important part of the success of the teacher's work. This study aims to examine the personality competencies of madrasah principals and the influencing factors in managing work culture at MTs N Jambi Luar Kota. Research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the personality competence of the head of madrasa in managing work culture at MTs N Jambi Luar Kota of Muaro Jambi Regency has not been maximized because the attention and responsibility of the head of madrasa towards various management of work culture is still dominated by integrity, namely the value of discipline in work, besides the principal upholds an open attitude in its leadership both to teachers, staff, and users. Meanwhile, in self-development, self-control ability, and interests and talents as a leader do not appear to be actually carried out in managing and naming a professional and quality work culture. Other findings related to the influence of madrasah principals in managing work culture at MTs N Jambi Luar Kota are intensive communication with teachers and fostering teacher discipline by compiling work rules and giving warnings to teachers who have made mistakes. The conclusion of this study is that the aspect of personality competence in managing a productive work culture, the madrasa principal is not proactive in cultivating, familiarizing or managing work culture in MTs N Jambi Luar Kota
