Abstract

This article examines the patterns of M. Quraish Shihab’s interpretation in his work Tafsir Al-Misbah. From the beginning it appears that Tafsir al-Misbah uses multidipliner approach in assessing and interpreting the Koran.  So that, it is can be concluded that M. Quraish Shihab is subjectivist position. It can be seen from his styles of interpretation  often strengthened by historical data as the data interpretation or sometimes data cited from other holy scriptures such as  Gospel and  the Book of the Law. The later is cited to use as a comparison  in order to strengthen his interpretation argument over the verses of Qur'an . Nowadays,  these types of interpretation effort are quite influential in understanding the Qur'an. although the progression of the new interpretation is measured based on the ability of the developing  community.Kata Kunci:        Corak, quasi-Obyektifis Tradisionalis, Obyektifis, quasi Obyektifis Modernis

Abstract

This research is library research that discusses the thought of Ibn Hazm. This research focuses on the study of the methodology of ijtihad of Ibn Hazm. One of the themes of ijtihad of Ibn Hazm  can still, up to the present, be considered is his concept on social assurance.  Ibn Hazm is the follower of the School of Ẓairiyyah who emphasizes more on text of the reality and in some matters rejects qiyas. Therefore, his thought on social assurance  is of importance to study. This research studies the method of ijtihād of Ibn Hazm, his istidlāl and the influence of the School of Zhairiyyah on his ijtihad as well as his istinbāṭ  or  ijtihād on social assurance  for the haves not. Ibn Hazm possesses liberal interpretation to  social assurance. Therefore, his thought on social assurance is of importance to study, particularly when related to the development of the contemporary Islamic Law and to the BPJS that currently grows   in Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Ẓahiriiyah, Ibnu Hazm, Ijtihad, BPJS.

Abstract

A child’s right to education within the family according to Imam Syafi’i and its significance for early childhood  education in Indonesia This research is based on library research on the rights of the child to education within the family from the viewpoint of Imam Shafi’i, and the impact of his teachings on early childhood education in Indonesia. The study is interesting because the first schools to appear in Indonesia were of the Syafi’i tradition. Imam Syafi’i jurists and ushuliyyin have collections of poems that express the need to develop education in early childhood. Despite this, the theory of children’s education in the school of Imam Syafi’i is under researched. This study examines three research questions. First, how does one undertake a  biography of the thought of Imam Syafi’i and Imam Syafi’i school of thought. Second, what is the concept of children’s rights in the family in the view of Imam Syafi’i. And third, is there reference to  early Childhood education that implies the concept of children’s rights to education in the view of Imam Syafi’i. This study concludes that Imam Syafi ‘i in scientific rihlah is purely academic. Imam Syafi’i also elicits several important ideas on a child’s rights within the family, the right to education and the right to self-expression. Imam Syafi’i schools are relevaant to early childhood education in Indonesia in which these (religious education) schools are widespread.

Abstract

Discussion of the jilbab is truly very interesting. In several past studies, the concept of wearing the jilbab has  been seen as very controversial. There have been several contemporary Islamic scholars (ulama) with interesting perspectives on the jilbab. One of these Indonesian scholars is the Islamic interpretor (Mufassir) M. Quraish Shihab, who has written a book on the jilbab. Although the jilbab is not the area of concern of the author, using prior knowledge I will look at M. Quraish’s rationale in making the controversial decision to write on the jilbab and also at his research methodology. It is his research methodology on law-making that the author particularly focuses on in this paper.

Abstract

The Classical conditioning theory discovered by Petrovich Ivan Pavlov made an extraordinary contribution to the realm of early childhood education. This theory was discovered accidentally by Pavlov while conducting experiments to determine the digestive system of dogs. This theory is known for conditioned reflexes. This theory views that learning is a change in behavior. Classical conditioning theory is usually used in early childhood education, such as changes in behavior, attitudes, ethics and habits. Furthermore, this study will see how the contribution of classical conditioning theory to the introduction of hijaiyah letters in makharijul in children aged five to six years. The objects in this study were girls ages 5-6 years whose speech was unclear. Furthermore, this research will look at the contribution of classical conditioning theory to the introduction of makharijul hijaiyah letters. This research is a type of qualitative research in the from of research (field research), with a phenomenological approach using Creswell model. The results obtained, in children aged five to six years with cedal indications, that classical conditioning theory can contribute, children can recognize and pronounce hijaiyah letters correctly.
