Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research discusses the design and implementation of automation miniature electric school bell and the gate using a microcontroller ATmega8L, this means the system serves as a sign and reminder time for the gate of the school and how it works automatically when the door bell as well as the gate closes automatically when the bell out then the gate opens automatically when an emergency and there is an emergency button on the tool. Constituent components of this robot include a series of power supply, minimum system circuit, the circuit uses IC L293D motor driver, DC motor and a tool board. In order for the automatic control system can be run to keep in mind not only hardware but also software (software) for the microcontroller will not work as expected in the absence of program instructions are inserted into the microcontroller. Software that is CodeVision Evaluation digunkan to write programs using C language is compiled into selnjutnya. Hex while the firmware software (for downloading programs to the microcontroller) using AVR Studio4. The existence of an electric bell control and automatic gates are expected to facilitate the performance of operators can both electric bell, improve discipline and efefectiveness of the time. Keywords: automation of electric school bell,   ABTRAKSI: Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan dan Implementasi miniatur otomatisasi bel listrik sekolah dan pintu gerbang menggunakan mikrokontroler ATmega8L, sistem alat ini berfungsi sebagai pertanda dan pengingat waktu sekolah dan untuk pintu gerbang otomatis. Cara  kerjanya apabila bel masuk maka pintu gerbang otomatis menutup begitu juga apabila waktu bel keluar maka pintu gerbang otomatis membuka dan apabila keadaan darurat ada tombol emergency pada alat ini. Komponen-komponen penyusun alat ini diantaranya rangkaian power supply, rangkaian sistem minimum, rangkaian Driver Motor menggunakan IC L293D, motor DC dan papan alat. Agar sistem kontrol otomatis ini dapat berjalan yang perlu diperhatikan bukan hanya perangkat kerasnya saja,  tetapi juga perangkat lunaknya ( software)  sebab mikrokontroler tidak akan bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan tanpa adanya instruksi-instruksi program yang dimasukkan kedalam mikrokontroler tersebut. Perangkat lunak yang digunkan yaitu CodeVision Evaluation untuk menulis program menggunakan bahasa C yang selanjutnya dikompilasi menjadi .Hex sedangkan software firmware (untuk men-download program ke Mikrokontroler) menggunakan AVR Studio4. Adanya kontrol bel listrik dan pintu gerbang otomatis tersebut diharapkan dapat mempermudah kinerja operator bel listrik, meningkatkan kedisplinan dan efektifitas waktu. Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology it will affect the switching system that is still simple to use computerized systems. With the migration using the computerized system is expected to facilitate admins in data processing. The existence of computerized information systems affect various aspects, including business and sales are usually the manual accounting system that is generally make books only. Thus a system is created for the sale and purchase of information systems using computer programs more effective. Work practices aim to apply a science that has been obtained to be able to analyze and design and create an information system. Here practice doing practical work at the Gemilang Jaya Motor to create one system of selling and purchasing information. Sales and purchase information system uses a desktop-based computer system that is using the program Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application and its data processing using Microsoft Office Access 2007. Abstract

For centuries, the Sarolangun community in Central Sumatra has depended on kepayang for its essential roles in nutrition, medicine, environmental conservation, and cultural practices. However, modernization now threatens the preservation of indigenous knowledge and traditions related to kepayang. This study investigates the shifts in ethnobotanical knowledge concerning kepayang in six villages across three sub-districts of Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province, encompassing urban, peri-urban, and rural landscapes representative of the region’s main kepayang production areas. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from 68 participants through in-depth interviews and participatory observations utilizing snowball sampling. Findings reveal the plant’s diverse uses and evolving application patterns, with a broader range of uses in rural areas compared to urban ones. Despite these shifts, kepayang retains its culinary significance throughout the community, symbolizing cultural continuity. Additionally, its role in oral traditions continues to impart moral values to younger generations, supporting collective wisdom essential for conservation. This research advocates for a balanced conservation strategy that integrates ecological preservation with cultural heritage and sustainable development, adapting to local knowledge’s evolution while exploring kepayang's potential for economic benefits within the community.
