Abstract

Suku Bugis di kenal sebagai salah satu suku di nusantara yang memiliki watak cenderung merantau, seperti masyarakat yang ada di Desa Lambur Kecamatan Muara Sabak mereka adalah suku Bugis yang merantau dari Sulawesi Selatan. Ada kepercayaan dan sugesti masyarakat Bugis, antara lain sugesti bahwa orang Bugis telah di takdirkan untuk menjadi kaya. Mereka yang mempunyai "ilmu", yang di sebut wawang asogireng (ilmu untuk menguasai harta kekayaan). Suku Bugis memiliki slogan yang di kenal sakral oleh masyarakatnya yaitu budaya siri'. Siri’ adalah salah satu budaya masyarakat Bugis yang dijunjung tinggi dan terpelihara sejak lama. Berbagai pihak mengartikan konsep ini sebagai harga diri, kehormatan, martabat, etos dan malu. Usaha untuk menegakkan Siri' itu tergantung pada faktor yang menjadi sumber Siri’ jika faktor itu berkaitan dengan ekonomi, maka siri, diekspresikan lewat kerja keras, ulet, gigih dalam berusaha agar dapat diraih keberhasilan yang sebesar-besarnya. Dari fenomena tersebut peneliti ingin mengetahui pemahaman siri’, serta siri’ tersebut dijadikan motivasi dan etos kerja para perempuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pemahaman beberapa perempuan Bugis terkait dengan paham pemahaman tentang siri’, Siri’ itu harga diri dan juga rasa malu suku bugis, jika tidak memiliki siri’ tidak dianggap dalam lingkungannya. Dan ada pergeseran makna siri' pada sebagian masyajakat itu bahkan sebagian hilang siri' dari jiwa mereka disebabkan sebagian menganggap bahwa dinilai dari harta yang dimiliki, sehingga sebagian dari masyarakat sudah tidak malu untuk melakukan perbuatan yang tidak baik demi mendapatkan harta, karena menurut sebagian masyarakat mereka masiri atau seseorang lebih dihargai jika memiliki harta. Dan siri itu dipahami akan muncul jika mereka bergaul dan mereka tidak memiliki harta apa-apa dengan sendirinya siri’ itu akan muncul. Peneliti memahami bahwa sebagian dari masyarakat memahami bahwa rasa malu itu terkait dengan harta Siri' sebagai motivasi dan etos kerja bagi perempuan bugis untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga di desa lambur kecamatan muara sabak kabupaten tanjung jabung timur disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, Pertama, Faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial

Abstract

This study aims to seethe contributionbof Islamic thought in civilization of malay and then becomes a separate study within the scope of malay Islamic studies, as historical records have confirmed that developments that happened in Islamic world also have a contribution in a progress malay civilization, form both of these gave an identity to the public of malay. There are at least two questions that submitted in this study (1) how is the history of the development Islamic civilization; (2) how is the Islamic contribution in civilization of malay. The method used is about how to find library datas and interpreting the data found in reference sources and various supporting sources about the contribution of Islamic thought in the world of malay, this is complementwd of Islam with an indirect approach. the contribution of Islamic thought and civilization can be seen from history and culture, both of which are the identity of a nation, from these two things will be seen the history of identity and historical identity. Hinduism and Buddhism, followed by the Hindu and Buddhist periods, the arrival of Islam, after that the colonial period of colonialism over Malays, but the influence of Islamic thought on Malay civilization until now is very strong, even this influence dominates the influence of other religious thoughts.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the relationship between Islam and the Malay world which has been widely studied by experts and researchers. A special description of the contestation between Islam and Malay political culture as a form of open-minded society, to be able to see how Islamic and Malay political culture is in a simple way. This research departs from the questions: first, how is Islam in Malay history?; second, how is the dynamics of Islam and Malay political culture. In this paper, qualitative methods are used to clearly examine Islamic and Malay political culture. This paper also aims to show that Islam has an integral role in the history of civilization of the Malay world, besides that Islam also has strong credibility in relation to politics from various perspectives, not only from a religious point of view, but also from a scientific point of view. viewpoint. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to look at how to find literature data and interpret the data contained in reference sources and various supporting sources about the contribution of Islamic thought in the Malay world.

Abstract

Exploitation of children has changed the perspective and morality of humans towards criminal law, at the same time government policies have made a clear regulation on the enforcement of legal protection for children who are victims of exploitation. The study is based on the argument that there is no law enforcement on the practice of child exploitation so that exploitation continues to occur continuously. This study applies a literature study approach and policy review and various data sourced both online and offline which will later be able to provide an objective picture of how child exploitation is in law from the perspective of Islamic family law. As has been found in previous research on punishment for perpetrators of child exploitation, it has ignored the justice of children victims of exploitation by their parents, close people and community agencies. Law enforcement cannot guarantee absolute rights for children autonomously, this is due to many considerations so that legal protection for child victims of exploitation is very difficult to enforce. Thus, a discussion is needed to provide legal protection for child victims of exploitation with the perspective of Islamic family law
