Abstract

Abstract: Covid-19 (corona virus disease) is a disease that attacks the repiratory system in humans, both mild and severe, such as stones, flu, sore throat shortness of breath and lung infections, even worsening the disease experienced. This virus spreads so quickly andis transmitted through saliva splashes (droplets) from someone who is exposed to the Covid-19 virus. The problem that is being experienced by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ikhlas is the lack of knowledge about Covid-19 and how to prevent it. Therefore, community service activities are carried out with the aim of increasing students understanding and knowledge that Covid-19 is very dangerous and it is important to implement the 5M health protocol in everyday life. This activity uses two methods, namely counseling and direct practice. The result of this activity is that the 5M education and socialization in preventing Covid-19 has a positive impact on students in increasing and understanding of Covid-19 and how to prevent it, and they are able to practice directly how to prevent Covid-19 such as wearing masks, wash hand sanitizer properly and correctly.Keyword: Covid-19; education; prevention; sosialization Abstrak: Covid-19 (corona virus disease 2019) merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernafasan pada manusia, baik itu ringan maupun berat seperti, batu, flu, sakit tenggorokkan, sesak nafas dan infeksi paru-paru, bahkan memperburuk penyakit yang di alami. Virus ini begitu cepat menyebar dan menular melalui percikan ludah (droplet) dari seseorang yang terkena virus Covid-19. Permasalahan yang sedang di alami oleh para Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ikhlas yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para siswa bahwa Covid-19 sangat berbahaya dan penting menerapkan protokol kesehatan 5M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan air mengalir, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, dan membatasi mobilitas dan interaksi) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu penyuluhan dan praktek secara langsung. hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu dengan adanya edukasi dan sosialisasi 5M dalam pencegahan Covid-19 berdampak positif kepada para siswa dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka mengenai Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya, serta mereka sudah bisa mempraktekkan langsung cara pencegahan Covid-19 seperti memakai masker, mencuci tangan dan menggunakan handsanitizer yang baik dan benar.Kata kunci: Covid-19; edukasi; pencegahan; sosialisasi

Abstract

Business success is inseparable from the role of its human resources. Because it is very necessary for employees who have a high commitment to work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study will also discuss whether job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were employees in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry in Labuhanbatu Regency. We distributed 272 questionnaires and 217 questionnaires were collected. So that the sample in this study was 217 respondents. The collected data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that organizational justice can increase employee job satisfaction and also increase employee commitment at work. Job satisfaction can also mediate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment significantly. It is recommended to increase organizational commitment by increasing employee job satisfaction and also organizational justice.Key Words: Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Organizational CommitmentABSTRAKKemajuan sebuah bisnis tidak terlepas dari peran sumber daya manusianya. Oleh karena sangat diperlukan karyawan yang memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas apakah kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada industri Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.  Peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner sebanyak 272 kuisioner dan berhasil dikumpul sebanyak 217 kuisioner. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 217 responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan juga meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dalam bekerja. Kepuasan kerja juga dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan oranisasional terhadap komitmen organisasi secara signifikan. Disarankan agar meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dengan cara meningkaktan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan juga keadilan organisasional. Kata Kunci  : Keadilan Oragnisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate a visionary leadership training module for principals at a public senior high school in Labuhan Batu. Specific objectives included creating the module, designing its content, assessing its feasibility, and gauging the principals' responses. The research employed a developmental approach, focusing on enhancing the principals' skills in vision articulation, decision-making, creativity, communication, motivation, empowerment, emotional intelligence, change management, role modeling, and understanding the organizational climate. With a confidence level of 95% and a significance level of 0.05, the study surveyed a total population of 84 individuals. The findings indicated the training module effectively fostered the desired leadership qualities. The module's development and its reception among the principals were both rated as very good, affirming its potential to foster visionary leadership in high school settings.
