Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan perawat bekerja di Rumah Sakit Daerah Idaman Kota Banjarbaru masih rendah pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 112 perawat pelaksana di rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 (p value = 0,0001 < 0,05; r = 570). Motivasi kerja perawat dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Nilai motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama kepuasan kerja yang masih dibawah standar minimum kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Idaman Banjarbaru masih rendah. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah penjadwalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penjadwalan layanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di Rumah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 91 pelaksana perawat di instalasi layanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Idaman Banjarbaru, yang didapatkan melalui stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat  hubungan positif antara penjadwalan layanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Idaman Banjarbaru (p-value = 0,008; r = 0,274). Jadwal layanan keperawatan dapat memengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat. Nilai penjadwalan layanan keperawatan masih rendah, sedangkan kepuasan kerja perawat tidak mencapai standar minimum. Penjadwalan layanan keperawatan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.

Abstract

NGood nursing documentation is inseparable from nurse motivation. Motivation of nurses is influenced internally and externally, one of them through the role of the head nursee and nurse supervisor To find out the relationship between the role of head nurses and nurse supervisor with the motivation of nurses in carrying out nursing documentation at Idaman Hospital in Banjarbaru City. The research used correlational study with a cross sectional approach and probability sampling technique with a type of simple random sampling. The sample in the study were 67 nurses in the inpatient room of Idaman Hospital, Banjarbaru City. Data retrieval was done by giving a questionnaire. Test analysis used Pearson correlation. The results of the study showed an average head role of 51.10, room supervisors averaged 32.81 and nurses' motivation averaged 33.61. These results indicate the head nurse and nurse supervisor often perform their roles and motivation of nurses is high. The results of the analysis found a positive relationship between the role of the head nurse and nurses' motivation in conducting nursing documentation in Idaman Hospital in Banjarbaru City (p Value = <0001;95%CI) and there was a positive relationship between the role of room supervisor and nurse motivation in conducting nursing documentation at RSD Idaman Banjarbaru City (p Value = <0001;95%CI). The role of the head nurse and the supervisor of the room can influence the level of motivation of nurses in conducting nursing documentation so that the head nurse and nurse supervisor are expected to perform their roles well.

Abstract

The function head of the room is a first line nursing manager who has the functions of planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Motivation is a problem for nurses in achieving and improving the quality of nursing services, especially on discharge planning. The phenomenon found in RS Kota X was the function of the head of the room management has not been carried out to the maximum and the motivation of the implementing nurse in discharge planning is still not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between management function of the head of the room with motivation of nurses in discharge planning at RS Kota X. The study design was cross sectional with proportional stratified random sampling and data collectionntechniques carried out on 92 respondent nurses in RS Kota X from September 13, 2018 till February 28, 2019. The research instrument used a management function and motivation of nurses in discharge planning questionnaire. The results of the study was 60.9% poor and the motivation of nurses in discharge planning was 67,4% moderate. The relationship between the management function of the head of the room with the motivation of nurses in carrying out discharge planning in RS Kota X with a p value of 0.009 <0.05.The function of good head of the room management can increase motivation in discharge planning.
