Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the resilience of Islamic banks in Indonesia facing Covid-19 which has not shown humility. The resilience of financial institutions, including Islamic banks, is needed so that the stability of financial institutions can be maintained. Several macroprudential policies have been implemented. The research method uses quantitative methods with the Primary Component Analysis technique. The research model refers to the theory of economic evolution. There are stages of bank resilience, starting from the normal stage, persistence and adaptability. The data used was secondary data with data sources from the OJK for performance indicators of Islamic banks with a total of twenty provinces in Indonesia. Data related to the covid-19 pandemic uses data from covid19.go.id. Based on the results of the study, there was a decrease in bank resilience due to Covid-19 pandemic. West Java Province is the province with the highest relative bank resilience score compared to other provinces, with a resilience score of 6.35. Meanwhile, from the results of the KMO test and Bartlet's Test the research data is feasible to use with the KMO value of each normal scenario, persistence and adaptability are greater than 0.05 and Bartlet's Test is significantly (sig = 0.000).

Abstract

This service aims to provide training on Entrepreneurial Interests as an effort to increase family economic resilience after the Covid-19 period. Participants who took part in this PKM were members of the Sub-Branch Leadership (PAC) Gerakan Pemuda Ansor kec. Cipondoh, Tangerang. The method used is the method of Lectures, Discussions and Questions and Answers about the interests and efforts to improve the family's economy. The result is that the ability of quality soft skills is very much needed. These abilities include mindset, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude. This ability will be very useful in the world of work and in social interactions in general. Thus the interest in entrepreneurship as an effort to improve the family economy can be realized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence between motivation and the physical work environment on employee performance at the at Pinang Subdistrict, Tangerang City. The method used in this research. This research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study were 85 employees who work in the Pinang Subdistrict area of Tangerang City. This research using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. As well as using data analysis in the form of simple linear regression test regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test and F test. coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance with the results of tcount> ttable (9.214 > 1,663). There is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance with the results of tcount > ttable ( 6,172 > 1,663). Furthermore, motivation and physical work environment together have a significant effect on employee performance with Fcount> Ftable (54.525> 3.957). Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 pegawai yang bekerja pada wilayah Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Serta menggunakan analisis data berupa uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t serta uji F. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil thitung > ttabel (9,214 > 1,663). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil thitung > ttabel ( 6,172 > 1,663). Selanjutnya, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (54,525 > 3,957). Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) was carried out with the aim of providing understanding and provisions to male and female students in South Tangerang City regarding article writing and easy tips for publication in journals. Thus, male and female students are able to create quality articles that can penetrate scientific journals. The PkM method includes partner situation analysis, problem identification, problem-solving solutions, preparation for implementation, implementation of activities as well as evaluation, reporting, and output. The results of this PkM show an increase in participant knowledge, ability to draft scientific articles, use citation tools, proficiency in using the Mendeley Application, and ability to submit to journals. Then, interest in publications increases and the strengthening of academic networks is increasingly numerous. Abstrak Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan bekal kepada mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang ada di  Kota Tangerang Selatan mengenai penulisan artikel dan tips mudah untuk publikasi pada jurnal. Dengan demikian mahasiswa dan mahasiswi mampu membuat artikel yang berkualitas sehingga bisa tembus pada jurnal ilmiah. Metode PkM ini meliputi analisis situasi mitra, identifikasi masalah, solusi pemecahan masalah, persiapan pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan serta evaluasi, pelaporan, dan luaran. Hasil PkM ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta, mampu dalam menyusun draf artikel ilmiah, penggunaan alat bantu sitasi, mahir dalam menggunakan Aplikasi Mendeley, dan mampu melakukan submission pada jurnal. Kemudian minat publikasi meningkat dan penguatan jejaring akademik yang semakin banyak. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; artikel; publikasi; jurnal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe and understand the internal and external conditions through the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist at the Muhammad Sholahuddin Albimawi Education Foundation, South Tangerang City. This study uses a mixed method. While the data analysis techniques include SWOT Analysis, IFE Matrix Analysis, EFE Matrix Analysis, IE Matrix Analysis, SWOT Matrix, and SWOT Analysis Diagram. The results of the study show that in the IFE Matrix the strengths and weaknesses have a total score of 3.34. Then in the EFE Matrix the opportunities and threats have a total score of 3.09. Based on the IE Matrix, the company's position is in cell I (Strong) where it shows the appropriate strategy is to grow and develop (growth and build). This means that this strategy is adjusted to the strengths of the internal side of the foundation to take advantage of the right opportunities to gain benefits for the foundation. While in the SWOT Matrix using the SO, WO, ST, and WT formulas, twelve strategies are obtained. The results of the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the company is in quadrant II, namely carrying out a product diversification strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Tangerang Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 60 sampel yang telah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan ketentuan skala likert. Seperti halnya pengujian, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Kuantitatif, dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Berdasarkan perhitungan regresi linear sederhana pada variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki persamaan Y = 2,269 + 0,926X1, pada variabel motivasi kerja memiliki persamaan Y = 5,149 + 0,822X2. Adapun perhitungan regresi berganda pada variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) memiliki persamaan Y = 1,570 + 0,593X1 + 0,359X2. Uji t lingkungan kerja fisik memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (15,214 > 2,002) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima yang artinya lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Uji t motivasi kerja memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (13,143 > 2,002) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima yang artinya motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Uji F memperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (148,480 > 2,002) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima yang artinya lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This Community Service activity—conducted as a training session on scientific writing for students at the Al-Ghozali Modern Islamic Boarding School in Curug, Gunungsindur, Bogor—aims to assist students in producing high-quality scientific papers. The training employed methods such as mentoring, discussion, workshops, and technical guidance on scientific writing in accordance with established standards. The results indicate that the students participating in the training demonstrated a good level of proficiency. A total of 20 students from Grade XI participated in the training; of these, 16 demonstrated a solid understanding of scientific writing. This suggests the training was successful, as participants grasped the material well and were able to apply it while drafting short scientific papers. The targeted output for this community service activity is publication in a nationally accredited scientific journal with a Sinta 4 rating. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam bentuk Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah Bagi Siswa-Siswi Pondok Modern Al-Ghozali, Curug, Gunungsindur, Bogor ini bertujuan untuk membantu para santri dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang baik dan berkualitas. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pedampingan, diskusi, workshop, dan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) penulisan karya tulis ilmiah sesuai dengan standar yang sudah baku. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa para santri yang menjadi peserta pelatihan sudah baik. Peserta pelatihan secera keseluruhan berjumlah 20 orang santri yang merupakan Kelas XI. Dari 20 peserta pelatihan, 16 di antaranya sudah memahami penulisan secara baik. Hal ini sekaligus mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan dapat dikatakan sudah berhasil, di mana peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan dengan baik dan dapat mempraktikkannya saat pembuatan karya tulis ilmiah secara singkat. Adapun luaran yang ditargetkan dari kegiatan PkM ini yaitu publikasi pada jurnal ilmiah yang sudah terakreditasi nasional dengan peringkat Sinta 4.
