Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the resilience of Islamic banks in Indonesia facing Covid-19 which has not shown humility. The resilience of financial institutions, including Islamic banks, is needed so that the stability of financial institutions can be maintained. Several macroprudential policies have been implemented. The research method uses quantitative methods with the Primary Component Analysis technique. The research model refers to the theory of economic evolution. There are stages of bank resilience, starting from the normal stage, persistence and adaptability. The data used was secondary data with data sources from the OJK for performance indicators of Islamic banks with a total of twenty provinces in Indonesia. Data related to the covid-19 pandemic uses data from covid19.go.id. Based on the results of the study, there was a decrease in bank resilience due to Covid-19 pandemic. West Java Province is the province with the highest relative bank resilience score compared to other provinces, with a resilience score of 6.35. Meanwhile, from the results of the KMO test and Bartlet's Test the research data is feasible to use with the KMO value of each normal scenario, persistence and adaptability are greater than 0.05 and Bartlet's Test is significantly (sig = 0.000).

Abstract

This service aims to provide training on Entrepreneurial Interests as an effort to increase family economic resilience after the Covid-19 period. Participants who took part in this PKM were members of the Sub-Branch Leadership (PAC) Gerakan Pemuda Ansor kec. Cipondoh, Tangerang. The method used is the method of Lectures, Discussions and Questions and Answers about the interests and efforts to improve the family's economy. The result is that the ability of quality soft skills is very much needed. These abilities include mindset, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude. This ability will be very useful in the world of work and in social interactions in general. Thus the interest in entrepreneurship as an effort to improve the family economy can be realized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence between motivation and the physical work environment on employee performance at the at Pinang Subdistrict, Tangerang City. The method used in this research. This research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study were 85 employees who work in the Pinang Subdistrict area of Tangerang City. This research using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. As well as using data analysis in the form of simple linear regression test regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test and F test. coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance with the results of tcount> ttable (9.214 > 1,663). There is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance with the results of tcount > ttable ( 6,172 > 1,663). Furthermore, motivation and physical work environment together have a significant effect on employee performance with Fcount> Ftable (54.525> 3.957). Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 pegawai yang bekerja pada wilayah Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Serta menggunakan analisis data berupa uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t serta uji F. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil thitung > ttabel (9,214 > 1,663). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil thitung > ttabel ( 6,172 > 1,663). Selanjutnya, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (54,525 > 3,957).
