Abstract

The Indonesian state, although the country is not an Islamic state, but in terms of Islamic legal values, both partially and completely, which are the substantive norms in various laws and regulations in Indonesia, such as the Marriage Law, Waqf Law, Hajj Law, Banking Law (both Law No. /1998 as well as Law 21/2008). The Islamic criminal law that has been implemented is in the Province of Aceh Darus Salam, which is only a small part. This study aims to determine the description of Islamic law, Islamic criminal law, and to determine the purpose of Islamic law and Indonesian criminal law. This study uses a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. The results of the study indicate that Islamic law is a set of regulations based on the revelation of Allah and the sunnah of His Messenger regarding the behavior of the mukallaf human which is recognized and believed to be valid and binding for all Muslims who are Muslims with legal sources or arguments originating from the Qur'an, Sunnah Prophet, and Ra'yu/ Ijtihad. While Islamic criminal law is the law that regulates crime and its sanctions, with the aim of preserving human life in their religion, themselves, their minds, their assets, their honor and the relationship between the perpetrators of crimes, victims and society. Islamic law itself aims to realize or realize and maintain the benefit of humans in this life (world) in order to obtain happiness in this world and in the hereafter. Meanwhile, Indonesian criminal law aims to prevent crimes and violations of the law and provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators of criminal acts.Negara Indonesia walaupun negaranya bukan bentuk negara Islam , namun secara nilai-nilai hukum islam baik sebagian maupun seluruhnya yang menjadi norma substantif dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia seperti hal UU perkawinan, UU Wakaf, UU Haji, UU Perbankan (baik UU No 10/1998 maupun UU 21/2008). Adapun hukum pidana Islam yang sudah menerapkan adalah di Provinsi Aceh Darus Salam yang baru sebagian kecil saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hukum Islam, hukum pidana Islam, dan untuk mengetahui tujuan hukum Islam serta hukum pidana Indonesia. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam adalah seperangkat peraturan berdasarkan wahyu Allah dan sunnah Rasul-Nya mengenai perilaku manusia mukallaf yang diakui dan diyakini sah dan mengikat bagi seluruh umat Islam yang beragama Islam dengan sumber atau dalil hukum yang bersumber dari Al-Qur'an, Sunnah Nabi. , dan Ra'yu/ Ijtihad. Sedangkan hukum pidana Islam adalah hukum yang mengatur tentang kejahatan dan sanksinya, dengan tujuan untuk memelihara kehidupan manusia dalam agamanya, dirinya, akalnya, hartanya, kehormatannya dan hubungan antara pelaku kejahatan, korban dan masyarakat. . Hukum Islam sendiri bertujuan untuk mewujudkan atau mewujudkan dan memelihara kemaslahatan manusia dalam kehidupan (dunia) ini agar memperoleh kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Sedangkan hukum pidana Indonesia bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kejahatan dan pelanggaran hukum serta memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku tindak pidana.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran Nurul Huda Karangboyo Cepu Blora which is a religious education institution at the PAUD level tries to provide a learning system that provides insight to students to understand Islam broadly, especially in the field of cultural differences. This study aims to describe, analyze, and interpret the Strategy, Implementation of the Art Acculturation Model in the Development of Moderate Islam at TPQ Nurul Huda. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that: The strategy of art acculturation in the development of moderate Islam that is applied is an integration strategy to maintain the original culture of the community by building daily interactions with Islamic art, thus forming a new art that is the result of a combination of the two. the implementation of art acculturation in the development of moderate Islam through extracurricular activities of hadrah, calligraphy, and Sufi dance can be a medium for cultivating dangdut, mural, and dance arts. The acculturation model of art is an addition by combining two different elements of art without eliminating one of the arts, but by creating new art which is the result of a combination of the two

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur'an of students is a realization of faith in the Book of Allah (Al-Qur'an). The command to read the Qur'an has been ordered since the revelation of the first time QS. Surah Al-Alaq verses 1-5 which has a message for Muslims to read. To equip students' ability to read the Qur'an, the 2013 curriculum was implemented in the lessons of Al-Qur'an Hadith, legal material for reading gharib towards BTQ co-curricular activities through planning, implementation process and evaluation system. Through this gharib knowledge, students gain knowledge in reading the Qur'an. So that the quality of reading the Qur'an of students increases. The purpose of this study was to discuss, analyze and provide interpretations of the planning, implementation process and evaluation system of the 2013 curriculum in Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons at Madrasah Tsanawiyah One Roof Al-Mustaqim Lawang Malang. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of observational case study research. The data collection method used is using observation, interviews, field notes and documentation. Based on the data obtained, it was analyzed by collecting, condensing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) Planning the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons at MTs Satu Atap Al-Mustaqim Lawang Malang was carried out through the formulation of objectives, cognitive analysis and mapping processes, targets, syllabus, material development, learning strategies and lesson plans. 2) The process of implementing the 2013 curriculum in Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons at MTs Satu Atap Al-Mustaqim Lawang Malang through the introduction stage, the core stage and the closing stage. 3) Evaluation system for 2013 curriculum implementation in Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons at MTs Satu Atap Al-Mustaqim Lawang Malang using authentic assessment which includes knowledge competency assessment, attitude competency assessment and skills competency assessment.

Abstract

Educational outputs are produced from the learning process, in learning it is necessary to plan and implement and evaluate various elements of education, no less important the role of a teacher, especially the teacher of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of the research is to find out the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers to improve student discipline through congregational. The results of this study are: (1). PAI teachers encourage and direct students to participate in religious activities. (2) PAI teachers encourage observance of religion. (3) PAI teachers improve discipline by inspiring their students. (4) PAI teachers always give good examples to their students. (5) PAI teachers always try their best to do prayers in congregations.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate apprenticeship education and training at PPSDM MIGAS using the CIPP method. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method where data is obtained from interviews, documentation, and photos. Respondents who are the source of data are managers, teachers, and participants in education and apprenticeship at PPSDM MIGAS Cepu. The result of this research is to evaluate from the aspect of the context of education and training which contains the background, goals, and objectives that have been implemented by the objectives, the input aspect consisting of curriculum, human resources, infrastructure, and education financing. programs and training have been carried out by the existing curriculum and with competent managers and instructors. The process aspect consisting of preparation and evaluation of the results of education and training programs has been carried out well. product aspect (outcome) which consists of the quality of participants' learning outcomes and the number of graduates participating in the training program according to their achievements.

Abstract

The concept of life balance that is packaged by the Koran is stronger, intact and perfect because between God, humans and nature connected, between the senses, reason and heart work, between spiritual and material with each other, between individuals and society walking together between world and the hereafter Mutual useful. Researchers are interested in examining the concept of balance in the perspective of the Koran with the aim of finding out how the concept of balance is regulated and described in the Holy Qur'an. Research uses a literature research approach by reviewing previous books and research that are relevant to the main points of discussion and problems of the analysis of a reference obtained from the desired data in depth. Al Quran various concepts of balance related to human life and their development in the history of civilization. The concept includes a balance between rights and obligations, law and justice, deeds and reply, the balance of the universe, the relationship with God and humans, to the balance between world life and the hereafter. The concepts of the balance are reinforced by the long history of Islamic civilization to the fields of kalam science, fiqh, philosophy, and Sufism.
