Abstract

The research aims to elaborate the concept of human resources development based on the output of graduates and enterpreneurship Outlines enterpreneurship in tourism sphere that can be made into the entrepreneurial student majoring in tourism. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative research methods, the researchers describe human resources development-based entrepreneurship of graduate output. Also in this research will be outlined in a comperehensif about the realm of the corporate world in the field of tourism which should be learned by students majoring in tourism. The results of this research show that the Interconnection between entrepreneurship, tourism, and students have a holistic relationship. Where these three components must be able to synergize with each other. Students as main subject must first have an earnest desire and able to work hard in order to achieve the aspired goals. majoring in tourism can be more accommodating in view the symptoms change civilization always demanded progresivitas in innovation and creativity, in this case the necessary goodwill in making policies, including integrating entrepreneurship into the curriculum.

Abstract

School children are at a rapid development stage in their intellectual and skill processes and are beginning to have vigorous physical activities. To support the development and physical activity, school children need various kinds of nutrients in sufficient quantities in order to grow and develop properly, because the role of nutrition greatly determines the child's health condition.In this regard, many direct factors are affecting nutritional status, including food consumption and infectious diseases. Moreover, several indirect factors, such as knowledge, education, income level, parental education, and family size, also affected the nutritional status. In developing countries, including Indonesia, nutrition is becoming more critical in terms of public health because malnutrition can reduce immunity to several diseases, especially infectious diseases.This community service program aims to increase education and provide information about stunting through the dissemination of stunting prevention and fostering the creativity of the community through the utilization of the home yard. The implementation methods employed includeddissemination, the use of Poskesdes as a Healthy Village House, coaching, and community empowerment. Thematic Community Service Program outputs are dissemination activities, the formation of Healthy Village Houses and modules on the use of house yards, and the formation of garden models, which are the results of the utilization of house yards that can be emulated by people who want to use their houses as gardens. The advice given regarding this Community Service Program is that the local government needs to support the stunting prevention in the village, especially in Karya Indah Village. Moreover, awareness is needed from village officials, health cadres, and the community in managing Poskesdes as a Healthy Village Home. Guidance and support from village officials and youth organizations are also needed for the community regarding the utilization of home yards

Abstract

Folklore has several similarities and differences, especially in the folklore of Bawang Merah and Bawang Putih with the folklore of Cinderella and Si Cantik Vasilisa. These three stories have a similar structure even though they are in different countries. In revealing the similarities and differences between the two folklores, the researcher uses a structural approach and comparative literature. This study aims to describe the similarities and differences in the three folklores. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data were analyzed using a qualitative approach with more emphasis on content analysis techniques. The approach used to analyze the three folklores is a structural approach and a comparative study. The results showed that the folk tales of Bawang Merah and Bawang Putih, Cinderella, and Si Cantik Vasilisa had different settings and storylines, but had similar conflicts through the role of the stepmother which was represented through an evil character. AbstrakCerita rakyat memilki beberapa persamaan dan perbedaan terutama pada cerita rakyat Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih dengan cerita rakyat Cinderella dan Si Cantik Vasilisa. Ketiga cerita ini memiliki kemiripan struktur meskipun berbeda negara.Dalam mengungkap persamaan dan perbedaan kedua cerita rakyat tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan pendekatan struktur dan sastra bandingan.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persamaan dan perbedaan pada ketiga cerita rakyat tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang lebih ditekankan pada teknik analisis isi.Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis ketiga cerita rakyat tersebut adalah pendekatan struktural dan kajian bandingan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita rakyat Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih, Cinderella, dan Si Cantik Vasilisa memiliki perbedaan latar dan alur cerita, namun memiliki persamaan konflik melalui peran ibu tiri yang terepresentasikan melalui karakter yang jahat.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini mengkaji karakteristik anak penderita afasia dan treatment terhadap anak penderita afasia untuk mendapatkan bahasanya kembali. Berdasarkan hasil kajian diperoleh bahwa terdapat beberapa jenis karakteristik penderita afasia. Pertama, afasia sensoris (wernicke) yang terjadi akibat gangguan yang melibatkan pada girus temporal superior. Kedua, afasia motorik (broca) yang terjadi akibat lesi pada area broca pada lobus frontal. Ketiga, afasia global yang terjadi disebabkan oleh lesi yang luas dan merusak sebagian besar atau semua daerah bahasa yang ditandai dengan tidak adanya lagi bahasa spontan dan menjadi beberapa patah kata yang berulang-ulang (itu-itu saja) disertai ketidakmampuan memahami yang diucapkan. Perlakuan (treatment) pada penderita afasia anak ada tiga, yaitu rehabilitasi, training, dan terapi.

Abstract

The tourism sector, shopping and culinary tours are part of cultural tourism activities that contributes around 45% of all cultural tourism activities. Gastronomic tourism is defined as the pursuit of eating and drinking experience that is unique and easy to remember. Gorontalo Province has considerable number of potential for gastronomic tourism yet stumbled upon several problems such as human resource, level of education and lack of mentoring in the community. The result of this literary research propose some solutions for those problems including, 1) food mapping, 2) organizing food related events, 3)gastrodiplomacy, 4) physical facilities, and 5) increasing awareness for mastering foreign language. Abstract

The fundamental nature from independence is freedom by esteeming others independence. Freedom, not as of our eye are free independenced from all kind of colonilisation and discrimination, but value from an independence would for more means if we to let others also can enioy his own freedom, do not disturb it, more than anything else by seize\'its the rights. Abstract

This present work aimed to determine the process of transforming one’s identity from a man to a woman when one must overcome obstacles in a real-life condition depicted in the film The Danish Girl. It is based on Freud’s theory about the human psychological level, with the addition of Queer Theory in completing this research. This descriptive qualitative research obtained data source from the biographical film The Danish Girl directed by Tom Hopper, released in 2015. The subject studied is limited on the main character analysis, who later became Transgender and changed his name to Lili Elbe. In this case, this research focuses on changing the character of a man to a woman in a film and also the limitation used to examine this study is to pay attention to the psychological point of view by using and applying two theories as an approach to reviewing this research. Thus, based on the data, it was discovered there were 39 scenes of Einar transforming into transgender, of which 27 scenes represented ID, 7 represented EGO and 5 scenes were SUPEREGO. The objective of  this study are expected to enrich issues related to the development of the human psyche. The researcher hoped that the result of this study also could enrich the next researcher’s knowledge about the psychological problem, especially about The Transformation of the Characters Einar Wegener to Transgender Women. In conclusion, Einar's transformation does not necessarily affect what is inside of him, but everything proceeds according to the time before he becomes a Transgender. The research opens up avenues for further exploration and analysis in the field of transgender studies, gender identity, and psychological development. It encourages future researchers to delve deeper into the topic and conduct more comprehensive studies on the representation of transgender individuals in various media forms.

Abstract

Botugolu Village, Bunobogu District, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, is one of the villages that has tourism potential that can have a positive impact on the development and progress of Buol Regency if a development strategy is carried out for this village. The development of tourist villages that have tourism potential is part of the vision and mission of the village head. This is very important to encourage the improvement of the community's economy. However, the obstacles in developing the tourism resources are the access road to the tourist attraction and the inadequate environmental conditions. This obstacle can be overcome through community participation that utilizes local potential to be able to jointly improve road access and care for the environment for the development of tourist villages. The principle of community participation is the main element in developing a tourist village launched by the local government. Thus, the Village Development KKNT program is very appropriate to be implemented to support local government programs through tourism development in improving the community's economy. The community service program to build the KKNT village, which will be implemented in Botugulo Village for two months, is expected to provide benefits for formulating village government activity program policies for the development of tourism villages based on the Village SDGs. In addition, it can improve the community's economy so that it requires community participation in the development of tourist villages. The output of this KKNT is increasing community knowledge and being able to innovate based on the results of lecturer service to improve people's living standards according to the achievement of SDGs, the existence of village policy formulations that include achieving SDGs targets related to Village Care for the Environment and Community Economic Improvement and the existence of community groups that are responsive to the potential of tourism villages and the economy of the community as well as environmental care groups.
