Abstract This article examines the decisions resulting from the parkades conflict that occurred in Madura. The decision in question is the result of deliberation between the two parties who conflict. Conflicts that occur in a prolonged manner, efforts need to be made to resolve them to find a point of contact, such as bringing together the two parties to express feelings experienced, after which a solution is adopted according to mutual agreement. The research method used is qualitative with a field approach. This study found the following results, to resolve conflicts, conflict needs to be a conflict of interest between two parties or groups that occurred in the Pilkades in Madura. The conflict was triggered by internal and external factors. Conflict is inevitable but managed to become a positive potential. Success in managing conflict makes a developed region. Failure to manage conflict results in prolonged tension. The most important thing in a conflict is the procedure for its resolution. Second, conflict resolution in the Madura Pilkades case is a model for resolution in other regions. The stages of completion include the dialogue and mediation stages. At the dialogue stage, the meeting is conducted by bringing together the interests of the parties to the conflict. Dialogue is held by a third party who can bring these two interests together. Mediation is carried out through guidance and initiatives. Guidance is done formally and informally. Initiative actions are carried out by influential figures by involving the parties concerned.

Abstract The idea of pesantren conflict resolution as a new perspective rise from a view that conflict does not only occur in society on a macro scale, but also affects the world of Islamic education, especially pesantren. At the same time, Kiai has a significant role in curative behavior and initiative to build a public trust in Bali the trigger for the peaceful development of Islam in Bali. Thus, the kiai's actions in conflict resolution through pesantren related to the global, regional and local areas. Conflicts in several islamic countries rises to a gloomy view of pesantren. The people in the West view that pesantren as a hotbed for terrorists. Research of pesantren in Buleleng and Tabanan shows that people have a less understanding about pesantren, so they show the understanding of anti-tolerance and anti-globalization. Those view based on the behavior of non-mainstream who seem closed and do not adapt to the local culture in Bali. They view related to a rigid of Islamic view that different from them as heresy and even infidels. This is evidenced by the case of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat's of several people in Buleleng. The existence of pesantren are closely related to strategic environment, both global, national and local. In the global perspective, pesantren received international attention. In 2016, the Bali Bina Insani was visited by ministres of an international congress on tolerance. They understood that the values of pesantren are directly related to the mission of world peace developement by the United Nations (UN). The tolerance developed by pesantren is being the antidote of conflicts in Islamic countries and other countries in the world.

This research discusses Islamic boarding schools in Bali with the focus of study on conflict resolution styles from an Islamic perspective, namely their main duties and functions as a blessing for all mankind. Islam is a religion of peace that provides protection and a sense of security for people to do things according to their respective beliefs. This view underlies the existence of Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution which requires mutual respect and appreciation between fellow human beings regardless of SARA background. Conflict resolution practices in Bali in the form of tolerant pesantren show an inclusive attitude towards the surrounding community, and vice versa, namely the openness of the Balinese people towards Islamic development. Islamic boarding schools in Bali are open and willing to accept differences as a necessity that cannot be contained. They view differences and diversity in religion as a human and Indonesian nature, so they must be accepted as historical facts. At the Istiqlal Islamic Boarding School in Buleleng and Bali Bina Insani Tabanan there are sixteen teachers who are Hindu and Buddhist. This phenomenon is interesting to study in depth considering the sharp horizontal conflict experience between Muslims and non-Muslims in Bali. This means that Islamic boarding schools have a unique experience in terms of resolving horizontal conflicts between Muslims and non-Muslims.schools in Bali are increasing both qualitatively and in number boarding

Higher education in Indonesia has stagnated in terms of academic achievement and benefits for society. This study intends to find new strategies for developing local campuses with national and international academic reputations. The data was obtained through a single case study, namely Bakti Indonesia University Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia because it was relevant to the research objectives. Harmony leadership orchestrates potential conflicts with strategies of reconciliation, accessibility, networking, and spirituality so as to achieve a reputation for being effective and productive. The research findings correct Thomas and Kilman's theory of 5 styles of conflict management.

Media belajar begitu sangat penting dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya mengacu pada pembelajaran matematika, tetap pembelajaran matemika ini harus ditunjang dengan media yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan kemampuan seorang guru. Salah satu cara agar kegiatan pembelajaran dapat melibatkan peserta didik adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang memiliki fungsi sebagai penyalur informasi dari guru kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan dari penggunaan media pembelajaran Tabel Perkalian Pintar (TALINTAR) terhadap kemampuan berhitung perkalian bersusun peserta didik karena berdasarkan hasil observasi kemampuan berhitung siswa masih dalam kategori renah terutama dikelas IV. sehingga Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Pujerbaru 2 Kecamatan Maesan sebanyak 7 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pra-eksperimental menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penelitian ini adalah soal-soal perkalian bersusun (2 angka) sebanyak 5 soal dan media pembelajaran berupa Tabel Perkalian Pintar (TALINTAR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji N-gain adalah 0,50 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Uji Paired Sample T-test memperoleh hasil tingkat signifikansi 0,001 yang memiliki arti efektif karena 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antara pretest sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa Tabel Perkalian Pintar (TALINTAR) dan posttest setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran tersebut mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Tabel Perkalian Pintar (TALINTAR) efektif dalam membantu atau mengembangkan kemampuan berhitung perkalian bersusun peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi persoalan tentang rendahnya hasil belajar Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi khususnya dikelas X MAS Nurun Najah Buleleng Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. pelaksanaan penelitian dengan menggunakan PTK ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan urutan seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, sedangkan jumlah siswa pada kelas ini 16 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 Laki-laki dan 7 Perempuan. Adapun kriterian keberhasilan penelitian ini Ketika indicator pencapaian 70. Hasil penetilain ini terdapat adanya peningkatan hasil belajar Ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran creative problem solving dengan persentasi keberhasilan dengan nilai 63, 75 % pada prasiklus sebelum dilakukan perlakuan dengan model CPS, kemudian adanya peningkatan menjadi 66,87% disiklus pertama. Sebenarnya sudah dapat dikatakan berhasil kalau melihat dari keberhasilan disiklus pertama. Tetapi untuk memastikan penelitian ini maka dilakukan ke siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata 76, 87.

Riset ini membahas pesantren yang ada di Bali dengan fokus studi pada gaya resolusi konflik dalam perspektif Islam, yaitu tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh umat manusia. Islam adalah agama damai yang memberikan perlindungan dan rasa aman kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan sesuatu sesuai dengan keyakinannya masing-masing. Pandangan tersebut mendasari adanya pasal 29 UUD 1945 yang mengharuskan adanya sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai antar sesama manusia tanpa memandang adanya latar belakang SARA. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dengan dengan field riset yang dimana mengambil dua pesantren yang ada di provinsi bali yakni Pesantren Istiqlal Buleleng dan Bali Bina Insani. Adapun Hasil Penelitiannya adalah Pertama, varian konflik di Bali adalah horizontal dengan melibatkan komunitas Muslim dan Non Muslim yang terjadi akibat adanya disharmoni dan kesalahpahaman. Kedua, kiai menerapkan pola penyelesaiakan konflik yang bertumpu pada gaya kompromi karena memiliki pemahaman dan keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap kebenaran ajaran agama Islam

This research was conducted due to the lack of teacher performance at SDI Puspa Bangsa, so researchers used the leadership pattern of school principals by conducting experimental type research at SDI with a sample of 25 people using pre-questionnaire and post-questionnaire methods. Before distributing the questionnaire, it was tested for validity, normality and homogeneity. Meanwhile, the instruments in the principal's leadership pattern consist of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. As for the results of the effects of leadership patterns, there are results. The average score obtained on teacher performance when the principal's leadership pattern is applied is 85.98, categorized as very high, so the significance level is 39.508 Sig. < 0.050. This means that there is a significant difference in the performance of teachers who follow the principal's leadership pattern, which is higher than in the pre-questionnaire results.

The research aims to investigate the strategy of implementation of educational technology in Madrasah, its models and challenges. This research uses literary research methods by searching for references that match the context of the research. Research results show that major obstacles to the implementation of educational technology include inadequate technological infrastructure, a lack of technological literacy among teachers and students, and budget constraints. However, several effective strategies have been identified to address these challenges, including teacher capacity development through technology training, collaboration with stakeholders for resource support, and the use of open-source technology as a cost-effective solution. The research emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in the planning and implementation of educational technology in the madrasah, which not only focuses on the technical aspects, but also on the development of the competence of teachers and students, as well as adaptation to local social and economic conditions. So, the findings of this research require policies that support the integration of educational technology in the madrasah and closer cooperation between governments, educational institutions, and communities to maximize the benefits of technology in learning.

This study aims to analyze the influence of lecturer competence, work motivation, and organizational commitment on leadership in universities in Banyuwangi Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data was collected from permanent lecturers of universities using questionnaires and analyzed with SEM-PLS through SmartPLS 3. The results of the study showed that lecturer competence had a positive effect on leadership, work motivation had a negative effect, while organizational commitment had the greatest positive influence. The R-Square value of 0.356 indicates that all three variables explain 35.6% of the leadership variation. These findings recommend increasing organizational commitment and lecturer competencies to strengthen leadership in higher education.
