Abstract

Alasan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kecenderungan penyebaran wilayah industri yang tidak terencana dengan baik sehingga mengakibatkan alih fungsi lahan pada wilayah yang semestinya bukan diperuntukkan bagi industry. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui industri unggulan di Kabupeten Sragen dan distribusi spasialnya. Hasil identifikasi industri unggulan Kabupaten Sragen menunjukkan bahwa Sragen memiliki 8 industri unggulan yaitu ISIC 10, ISIC 13, ISIC 14, ISIC 16, ISIC 21, ISIC 23, ISIC 31, ISIC 33. Hasil analisis konsentrasi spasial unit usaha industri kecil dan menengah Kabupaten Sragen konsentrasi tertinggi terdapat pada Kecamatan Plupuh dan Masaran. Konsentrasi tertinggi tenaga kerja Industri kecil dan menengah Kabupaten Sragen terdapat pada Kecamatan Plupuh dan Masaran. Wilayah yang memiliki distribusi unit usaha sangat tinggi berada didaerah: Tanon, Sragen, Karangmalang, Sambungmacan, Plupuh, Masaran, Kalijambe, Mondokan, Gondang, Gemolong. Wilayah yang memiliki distribusi sangat tinggi berada didaerah: Masaran, Plupuh, Kalijambe Tanon, Mondokan, Sidoharjo, Karangmalang, Sambungmacan, Gondang, Gemolong. Hasil analisis Indeks penyerapan tenaga kerja (CI) konsentrasi industri unggulan Kabupaten Sragen, menjelaskan bahwa konsentrasi tertinggi tenaga kerja industri unggulan berada di Kecamatan Gesi, Karangmalang, Masaran, Sambirejo, Sambungmacan, Sragen, Tanon Gondang, Kalijambe, Plupuh, Gemolong, Kedawung, Mondokan, Sukodono, Ngrampal, Sidoharjo.

Abstract

Kemiskinan selalu menjadi efek samping dalam program perumbuhan ekonomi dibelahan dunia manapun, bisa diartikan pula bahwa kemiskinan adalah bentuk residu dari pergerakan ekonomi, sehingga keberadaannya hampir selalu dapat dipastikan akan terjadi. Kompleksitas kemiskinan berbanding lurus dengan kemajuan perekonomian, semakin maju perekonomian suatu negara maka masalah yang muncul sebagai driver pembentuk kemiskinan juga akan lebih rumit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Dependency Ratio, Disparitas, dan Aksesibilitas sebagai variabel bebas terhadap Kemiskinan, populasi yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat miskin wilayah di Kabupaten Sragen. Analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan tersebut adalah metode panel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah dengan Tingkat Kemiskinan tertinggi berada di desa Ngargotirto, Kecamatan Sumberlawang dan wilayah Kemiskinan terendah berada di desa Sribit, Kecamatan Sidoharjo. Variabel Dependency Ratio dan Disparitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan Aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan. Hasil uji secara simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa Dependency Ratio, Disparitas, Aksesibilitas secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sragen.

Abstract

Eksplorasi untuk menemukan model kesuksesan tenaga kerjaprofesional (ekspatriat) asing di Indonesia sangat penting dilakukanuntuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja Indonesia sehingga dapatmengurangi kesenjangan kualitas tenaga kerja Indonesia denganpihak yang memerlukan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini berupaya untukmenggali karakteristik dan kunci sukses tenaga kerja profesionalasing di Indonesia untuk peningkatan Pendapatan DomestikRegional Bruto melalui peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Hal inisangat penting karena pendapatan tenaga kerja profesional asingbisa mencapai puluhan kali lipat dibandingkan tenaga kerjaIndonesia yang tidak mempunyai keahlian khusus. Rumusan masalahpenelitian ini adalah bagaimana model penentu utama kesuksesantenaga kerja profesional asing di Indonesia yang berkontribusiterhadap perekonomian daerah? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengkonfirmasi temuan karakteristik dan kunci sukses tenaga kerjaprofesional asing di Indonesia melalui telaah pustaka terkait sampaiterkonfirmasi konsep rancangan model tersebut yang berkontribusiterhadap perekonomian Indonesia (daerah). Hasilnya dianalisisdengan analisis isi (content analysis). Di akhir penelitian diharapkandihasilkan rekomendasi rancangan kebijakan pemerintah terhadappeningkatan kualitas Tenaga Kerja Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui distribusi pendapatan dan pola konsumsi pada masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sampel penelitian 64 responden dari 3 kecamatan terpilih yaitu Kecamatan Ungaran Barat (perkotaan), Kecamatan Suruh (transisi), dan Kecamatan Susukan (pedesaan). Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer melalui kuisioner, data sekunder diambil dari BPS dan BDT tahun 2020. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa distribusi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Semarang terkonsentrasi di 3 Kecamatan, yaitu Kecamatan Suruh, Tengaran dan Getasan, yang berbatasan langsung dengan kabupaten Boyolali dan Kota Salatiga, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa wilayah ini merupakan daerah dengan mobilitas masyarakat yang cukup tinggi, dan dipengaruhi oleh aktifitas ekonomi dari wilayah eksternal. Dalam sektor ekonomi, diketahui bahwa rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah Kabupaten Semarang adalah sebesar 5 persen yang ditopang dari sektor industri. Hasil perhitungan ketimpangan pendapatan dan pengeluaran dengan pendekatan indek gini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Semarang tidak menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan yang berarti. Temuan menarik dari kajian ini adalah bahwa hutang menjadi masalah yang sangat membebani masyarakat sehingga pendapatan mereka harus banyak terpotong untuk keperluan membayar hutang. Diketahui pula bahwa distribusi keperluan berhutang hampir sama antar wilayah yaitu untuk konsumsi, sekolah dan sebagai modal usaha, dengan demikian untuk mengurai dan mengatasi masalah kemiskinan diperlukan intervensi melalui jaring pengaman sosial dan program bantuan pendidikan tinggi bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Semarang.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the level of welfare of the village community in the Taman District, Pemalang Regency by conducting a survey of respondents based on the livelihoods of the Village community in the Taman District, Pemalang Regency and measuring the level of consumption, distribution of income and expenditure as well as family responsibilities in the community and socio-demographics of the village with the eyes existing livelihoods in Asemdoyong Village with a livelihood as fishermen, Cibelok Village as Rice Rice Farmers, Penggarit Village as Mango Plantation Farmers and Beji Village with a livelihood as traders based on the level of community income and family economic conditions as measured by Slovin analysis to calculate the population which will be used as respondents, the Gini Index to measure the distribution of community income and expenditure and the Lorenz Curve to measure the cumulative distribution of the proportion of community income in the 4 villages. From the results of the study, the Gini Index of income approaches shows that Taman District has a high income inequality with a value of 0.989 (high inequality), the inequality is obtained from 4 villages that are the survey objectives, including Beji Village 0.076 (low inequality), Asemdoyong Village 0.027 (Low inequality). . Cibelok Village 0.001 (Low Inequality and Penggarit Village 0.000 (Perfectly Evenly). The Gini Index for the expenditure approach of Taman District with a value of 0.996 (High Inequality). Beji Village 0.989 (High Inequality), Penggarit Village 0.130 (low inequality). Cibelok Village 0.121 (Inequality is high). low) and Asemdoyong Village 0.068 (low inequality) with food expenditure 0.201 and Non-Food 0.226 from these 4. For the Lorenz curve the income approach of Beji Village with a value of 0.076, Asemdoyong Village with a value of 0.027, Cibelok Village with a value of 0.001 and Penggarit Village with value 0.000.

Abstract

The unequal development causes the number of poor people to increase in several subdistricts in Klaten district. Various alleviation programs organized by the government are able to reduce the number of poor people. However, the decline seems slow. These programs include: PKH (Family Hope Program), Dana Desa and PIP (Smart Indonesia Program). This study aims to analyse the dynamics of poverty and its alleviation program in 26 sub-districts in Klaten Regency in 2018, 2019 and 2020. This study uses secondary data with panel data regression analysis techniques using the best model Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that the highest poverty was in Trucuk District. Based on the results of panel data analysis, is can be explained that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has a positive and significant effect, the Village Fund has a negative and significant effect, while the Indonesian Program has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the consumption pattern and income distribution of PKH beneficiaries in Jiken Village, Jiken District, Blora District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a research focus on household consumption patterns. The number of samples is 72 housewives who receive PKH. Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Gini coefficient to calculate the inequality of income distribution. The resource persons are dominated by housewives with an age range of 40-50 and low education. The results showed that the pattern of household consumption was divided into food and non-food consumption, non-food consumption was higher. The highest non-food consumption is the allocation of income to buy cigarettes. Income distribution is included in the category of low inequality. The PKH program really helps the household economy and the presence of PKH assistants has a very high impact on the distribution of aid and suppresses social jealousy. A good poverty alleviation program is that poverty data is mature, there is a commitment between the facilitator and recipient of assistance to tell the real condition.

Abstract

Gender refers to the relationship between men and women and how these social relationships are constructed. Gender inequality occurs in all aspects of life. The results of human development do not provide equitable benefits between men and women and have not been effective enough in increasing women's development achievements in the fields of education, employment and the economy. Gender inequality in rights, resources, and political access not only harms women in general but also harms members of society as well as hinders development. Low gender equality will limit productivity, economic growth and reduce overall development efficiency. This study aims to determine the effect of the gender development index, gender empowerment index, women's involvement in parliament, the average length of schooling for women and the number of female civil servants on economic development in the Surakarta residency area in 2016-2020. This study uses secondary data with panel data regression analysis. Panel data is a combination of cross section and time series data. The model chosen in this study is to use the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method after performing the Chow test and Hausman test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of the gender development index, gender empowerment index, women's involvement in parliament, the average length of schooling for women and the number of female civil servants have an effect on economic growth. Partially, the gender development index variable has a negative and insignificant effect, the gender empowerment index has a positive and insignificant effect, the involvement of women in parliament has a positive and insignificant effect, the average length of schooling for women has a negative and significant effect, and the number of female civil servants has a negative effect. and significant to economic growth.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by every country, including Indonesia. The percentage of poor people in Indonesia is still concentrated in rural areas. The government seeks to reduce inequality between regions, Village Funds, Village Fund Allocations, and School Operational Assistance Grant Expenditures are one of the programs made by the government to reduce inequality and poverty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Village Fund, Village Fund Allocation, School Operational Assistance Grant Expenditure and the Human Development Index to reduce district poverty levels in Central Java Province. This research is quantitative in nature using secondary data in the form of panel data from 2018-2020 processed with the EViews 10 program. The results show that the Village Fund has a negative and insignificant effect on reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -28,266. Allocation of Village Funds has a negative and significant effect in reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -955,748. School Operational Assistance Grant Expenditure has a negative and significant effect in reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -3.477. The Human Development Index has a negative and significant effect on reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -0.229.
