Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari employer branding terhadap intensi melamar pekerjaan di Perusahaan BUMN. Penulis memasukan variabel pemediasi terduga yaitu reputasi perusahaan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Pertamina. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner pada 240 sampel untuk kriteria responden mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun 2017 dan 2018. Teknin analisis ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa employer branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi melamar pekerjaan. Employer branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi melamar pekerjaan. Employer branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi melamar pekerjaan melalui reputasi perusahaan. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan intensi melamar pekerjaan, perusahaan BUMN dapat meningkatkan employer branding yang dapat meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan.                                                     Kata kunci: Employer Branding, Intensi Melamar Pekerjaan, Reputasi perusahan

Abstract

A good higher education institution is an institution that is able to increase employee engagement, in various innovative ways so that lecturers and education staff feel valued and appreciated. Employee engagement in this study refers to the explanation of Schaufeli (2002) which is a motivational condition of employees related to work, which is indicated by enthusiasm, dedication, and absorption. The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the comparison of employee engagement on lecturers and education personnel of generations X and Y. This type of research is a comparative descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed online. The samples used were 150 people from various generations of respondents, namely 73 generations and 77 generations Y. Meanwhile, the data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test analysis, and independent sample t-test to compare. The results ofthe study indicate that there is a significant difference in the level of employee engagement of lecturers and education personnel of generations X and Y.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between subjective well-being (SWB) and its aspects such as life satisfaction, positive affectivity and negative affectivity to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employee of PT Sorak Gemilang Persada. Participants in this study were 54 employees of PT Sorak Gemilang Persada. Measuring instruments used was a modified questionnaire of Satisfaction with Life Scale and Positive and Negative Affectivity Schedule, both instruments used to measure SWB. Meanwhile, OCB were measured by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. The data obtained were analyzed by simultaneous and partial test with SPSS for Windows ver. 26. The results indicate that there was a positive correlation between life satisfaction and positive affectivity to OCB. Meanwhile, there was a negative correlation between negative affectivity and OCB of PT Sorak Gemilang Persada’s employees. Both three of these variables gave an effective contribution as much as 40% while the rest came from other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and psychological well-being on employee engagement. The research was conducted on nurses at Pertamina Central Hospital Extension Modular Simprug. The unit of analysis was at individual level with the sample size of 132 nurses nurses who are currently working at Pertamina Central Hospital Extension Modular Simprug. The data analysis techniques are using multiple regression. The findings of this research shows emotional intelligence has positive effect on employee engagement and psychological well-being has positive effect on employee engagement. Therefore, to maintain employee engagement of nurses, Pertamina Central Hospital Extension Modular Simprug must increase nurses’ emotional intelligence and psychological well-being. Hospital should also select nurse who are high emotional intelligence and increase the pschological well-being to have higher level of employee engagement
