Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan di Hotel Sutasoma Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 karyawan. Data  yang  diperoleh  dianalisis  menggunakan analisis regresi  linier  berganda,  uji  validitas,  uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap  loyalitas karyawan Hotel Sutasoma Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kepuasan kerja nilai thitung 3,928 > ttabel 2,026 signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja thitung 3,098 > ttabel 2,026 signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja nilai Fhitung 40,288  > Ftabel 3,25 dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.   This study aims to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and work environment with employee loyalty at Hotel Sutasoma in South Jakarta. The quantitative research method uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of 40 employees. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between job satisfaction and work environment on employee loyalty at Hotel Sutasoma in South Jakarta. The results indicated that job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee loyalty, with a t-value of 3.928 > t-table 2.026 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment t-value is 3.098 > t-table 2.026 with a significance of 0.004 < 0.05, indicating that the work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction and work environment had an F-value of 40.288 > F-table 3.25 with a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that they have a significant effect on employee loyalty.
