Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pengelolaan arsip surat masuk berbasis elektronik pada bagian Biro Umum Tata Usaha Kementerian di Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan.Wawancara, observasi dan riset kepustakaan digunakan dalam laporan ini sebagai metode penulisan Tugas Akhir. Berdasarkan data, ada dua kendala yang dihadapi, yaitu, adanya kesulitan menentukan kode arsip surat dan kurangnya tenaga sumber daya manusia.Dalam proses pengarsipan surat masuk apabila tidak bisa mengetahui kode arsip surat alangkah baiknya jika bertanya terlebih dahulu kepada pegawai arsip yang ada pada bagian Biro Umum Tata Usaha Kementerian di Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, dan  pentingnya sumber daya manusia di mana dalam perusahaan tersebut sangat penting karena dapat memudahkan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, dan juga faktor tenaga kerja manusia merupakan bagian yang cukup vital di dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Arsip, Surat, dan Arsip Elektronik.  ELECTRONIC-BASED ENTRY ARCHIVES MANAGEMENT AT THE MINISTRY OF BUREAU OF ADMINISTRATION OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATION IN THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTRY  ABSTRACT  Electronic-based management of incoming mail records in the section of the General Bureau of Administration of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.Interviews, observations and literature research are used in this report as a method of writing the Final Project. Based on the data, there are two obstacles faced, namely, the difficulty of determining the code of the letter archive and the lack of human resources. In the process of filing incoming letters if you cannot find out the code of the letter archive, it would be nice to ask the archive employees in the general bureau of administration of the Ministry at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in advance, the importance of human resources where in the company is very important because it can facilitate in completing work, and also the human labor factor is a fairly vital part in achieving organizational goals. Keywords: Management of Archives, Letters, and Electronic Archives

Abstract

Learning interest is a crucial factor in successful learning, reflected in student concentration and enthusiasm. Low learning interest can be influenced by the inappropriate use of learning models. Therefore, a learning model appropriate to student characteristics is needed, one of which is the word square model. This study aims to determine the application of the word square model, the level of student learning interest, and the model's influence on learning interest in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak for seventh grade at MTs Al-Jamii'ah, Cidolog District, Sukabumi Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type and a nonequivalent control group design. The study sample consisted of 72 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-tests and simple linear regression. The results showed a significant effect of the word square model on student learning interest, indicated by a higher average score in the experimental class compared to the control class (76.86 > 68.14) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This model contributed 55% to increasing student learning interest.
