Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is sweeping the world, and Indonesia is one of the countries affected. Indonesia is combating Covid-19 by converting its regional quarantine (lockdown) policy into large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) that are local in nature and vary depending on the severity of the province, district, or city. During the pandemic, the global economy and Indonesia both slowed. According to the government and strategic assessment institutions, Indonesia's growth will be low, if not negative, in 2020. Nobody knows when this pandemic will end. Various problems that have begun to emerge are the latest challenge for the government to improve the country's economic stability. Because of this, As a result, the East Java Provincial Government is attempting to implement a number of economic strategies in order to avoid a prolonged crisis, particularly in the industrial and trade sectors.

Abstract

This research intended to asses the hedonic shopping motivation to the royal plaza Surabaya consumer impulse buying which must be performed in connection with performance of the employee. This research was conducted at the royal plaza Surabaya which covered consumer as respondent. This research by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the technique was processed with AMOS program 6.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelation models between these variables in this study revealed that hypothesis have significant correlation. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of marketing and practice management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of local revenue and the accuracy of expenditure allocation on economic growth of a region. The independent variables of this study are regional original income and the accuracy of expenditure allocation while the dependent variable is economic growth. This study uses a quantitative approach. Technical data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression models. The results of this study are that regional original income has no significant effect on the economic growth of Lamongan Regency in 2013-2017 and the accuracy of expenditure allocation does not significantly influence the economic growth of Lamongan Regency in 2013-2017.

Abstract

Today's business development is getting more crowded, and it makes people unable to fulfill their personal wants and needs. In fulfilling human food needs, we are faced with many choices, one of which is fast food. The choice to buy fast food is inseparable from outlet management efforts to provide satisfaction to its customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price, perceived quality, and location on purchasing decisions at BFC Duo Buduran Sidoarjo. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The population in this study were all consumers of BFC Duo Buduran Sidoarjo with a sample of 119 respondents. The technique used for sampling is incidental sampling. The results showed that partially the price perception, perceived quality, and location had a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions at BFC Duo Buduran Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The company will be able to compete with competitors if it successfully implements the planned strategy, business challenges that continue to occur make the company increasingly experiencing great pressure to be able to maintain its business from current competition, the company must implement a strategy that can be used as a way out to deal with this situation . In addition, the company must continue to maximize its resources in order to contribute to the company, the company can provide training or direction to employees to work effectively and efficiently considering the company's liability burden continues to grow from year to year. The population and samples used in this study were employees of PT. The charm of Arnos Beton numbered 70 people. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that job specifications and rewards affect the work effectiveness of PT. Enchantment of Arnos Concrete either partially or simultaneously.
