This study aims to determine the impact of Traditional Market Revitalization on marked trade Revenues (stud at the Traditional Market in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Regency lamongan. The independent variabel sudied was Market Revitalization impact (X). With the dependent variable being Merchant income (Y) at the Traditional Market of the Bulubangsi Village. The population in this study is that all trades of the Bulubrangsi Traditional Market who are regularly selling on the market evry day. The sampling technikue used in this study is Jenu Sampling technique with a total sample of 98 resondents. Based on the results of testing through partial T test Revitalization variable has a significant effect on the income of traditional market trades in the village of Bulubrangsi t count =23,159>t table=0,254 with a signivicant value 0,000<0,05 From these result it can be concluded that Ho is rejected while Ha is acceoted. This shows that the Revitalization carried out in the Bulubrangsi village Tradistional Market is a positive effect on merchant income.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Workload and Job Insecurity on Work Fatigue MTs Teachers at the Al-Ihsan Krian Sidoarjo Foundation. The approach used is descriptive quantitative as well as the population & sample used by a number of 53 employees. According to the statistical results, the t-count results of Workload 2.821 & a significance of 0.007 <0.05. Obtained t-count Job Insecurity 2.194 & a significance of 0.033 <0.05. The f-count was 8,643 & a significance of 0.001 <0.05. This means that the t-test & f-test prove that there is a significant and positive effect of Workload and Job Insecurity on the Work Fatigue of MTs Teachers at the Al-Ihsan Krian Sidoarjo Foundation.

This study would like to asses the role conflict and locus of control which have to be performed by PT. Shabilla Eraldo Utama in Sidoarjo in connection with organizational culture of the employees. This research was conducted at PT. Shabilla Eraldo Utama employee in Sidoarjo which covered 50 employees as respondent. This research utilize regression, the technique was processed with SPSS program 21.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The study uses saturated sampling techniques or commonly called census. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The correlations models between these variables in this research explain that three hypothesis have significant correlation. The results of the data analysis showed that role conflict has a significant and positive effect on the culture of employee organization. Locus of control has a significant and positive impact on the culture of employee organizations. Role Conflict and Locus of Control have a significant and positive effect on the culture of employee organization. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resources and practice management.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work demands on burnout through job resources for teachers at MTs Al-Ihsan Krian Foundation in Sidoarjo. The teacher is an important role in the world of education because the teacher has a fairly large educational role in the success of an educational institution. The method used in this study is using quantitative research methods with the samples used in this study as many as 50 respondent using a questionnaire method with a rating scale using a likert scale. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is using partial least square (PLS) with statistical analysis test tools using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the study show that : 1) work demands have a significant and positive effect on job resources for teacher at Al-Ihsan Krian foundation MTs in Sidoarjo. 2) work demands have a significant and positive effect on burnout teacher at the Al-Ihsan Krian Foundation MTs in Sidoarjo. 3) job resources have no significant and negative effect on burnout teacher at the Al-Ihsan Krian Foundation MTs in Sidoarjo.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiminat masyarakat menjadi nasabah pada bank syariah. Responden analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah warga padaKecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya sebanyak 100 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Insidentalsamplingyang menggunakan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti bila dipandang orang yang cocoksebagai sumber data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik dengan alat bantu SPSSversi 20.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel pengetahuanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Variabel lokasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidaksignifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minatmasyarakat. Hasil secara simultan pengetahuan, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minatmasyarakat menjadi nasabah pada bank syariah. Terdapat pengaruh yang dominanterhadap minat masyarakat menjadinasabah pada bank syariah ditunjukkan oleh variabel promosi.

This research aims to explore, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of halal certification for micro and small businesses through BPJPH (Indonesian Halal Certification Agency) and to understand how this certification process functions for these businesses in Surabaya from an Islamic economic perspective. Conducted as part of the Wijaya Putra University's Higher Education Research Strategic Plan for 2020–2024 in the field of Managing Innovation and creative Industry, this study utilizes a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and note-taking, followed by analysis stages including data collection, reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification. The findings indicate that the BPJPH halal certification process for micro and small businesses in Surabaya in 2023, particularly for food products, involves several stages from online registration to certification approval after inspections and a Fatwa Commission hearing. From an Islamic economic standpoint, halal certification applies ethical principles such as aqidah, Siddiq, and Amanah, emphasizing the significance of halal food, assurance, security, and consumer protection for both consumers and business operators.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengatahuan dan ketrampilan kepada usaha kecil dan masyarakat desa Pengulu Kecamatan Sidayu Kabupaten Gresik. Metode pelaksanaan adalah pendampingan laporan keuangan, tim pelaksana melakukan kegiatan ini memfokuskan pada peningkatan pengetahuan dasar tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana, dan bekerja sama dengan perbankan untuk menambahkan modal usaha. Pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan materi pembukuan dan penyusunan sistem akuntansi dan keuangan pada pengusaha kecil. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mensosialisasikan hasil simulasi tentang pembukuan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sebagai wujud pengabdian pada masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui wujud keberhasilan pengbdian pada masyarakat, identifikasi keberhasilan adalah apabila pengusaha kecil dapat membuat laporan keuangan yang baik dan menyusun laporan sesuai format yang ada. Pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang ingin menggunakan prinsip laporan keuangan untuk menyediakan informasi tentang posisi keuangan, kerja keuangan, laporan arus kas. Usaha ini akan berpengaruh dengan modal awal untuk pengembangan usaha tersebut, dan bekerja sama dengan bankable syaratnya yaitu disiplin. Disiplin dalam hal pencatatan baik usaha financial maupun pencatatan legalitas usaha.

Salah satu variabelnya adalah belum adanya legitimasi usaha bagi sebagian besar UMKMdi kabupaten tersebut. Di era inovasi data yang sedang berlangsung, UMKM sangat mungkin bisamengembangkan pasar dengan berjualan secara online, namun terbatasnya informasi tentangtransaksi berbasis internet membuat potensi ini tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik.
