Abstract

This study discusses religious moderation in the frame of tolerance in the village of Namo Batang. This study emphasizes that moderation in religious harmony must be carried out, because by doing so will create inter-religious harmony or belief. This research is a type of qualitative research, the research location is in Namo Batang, Deli Serdang Regency, the village that is the location of the KKN-DR which is inhabited by several religions, namely Islam, Christianity, Protestantism, Catholicism, and Christianity . Religious tolerance is not about melting into one another's beliefs. Nor to exchange beliefs with different religious groups. Tolerance here is in the sense of mu'amalah (social interaction), so that there are common boundaries that may and may not be violated.

Abstract

Metode watershed digunakan untuk mensegmentasi citra telur berdasarkan perbedaan antara ruang warna RGB dan HSV. Segmentasi diperlukan agar tekstur citra telur dapat ditampilkan dengan menggunakan metode watershed. Pada pengujian ini digunakan 12 sample citra telur, dimana 6 telur akusisinya tanpa memakai pencahayaan senter dan 6 telur memakai pencahayaan senter. Hasil penelitian pada segmentasi mode warna RGB diperoleh nilai MSE rata-rata 90.29, PSNR sebesar 5.09 dan running time 7.62 detik. Hasil segmentasi untuk mode warna HSV nilai MSE rata-rata 101.66, PSNR sebesar 4.32 dan running time 7.81 detik. Hasil segmentasi mode warna RGB nilai MSE tertinggi terdapat pada citra Telur-4, nilai PSNR Telur-8 dan runningtime pada citra Telur-12 dan hasil segmentasi mode warna HSV nilai MSE tertinggi terdapat pada citra Telur-2, nilai PSNR Telur-3 dan running time pada citra Telur-5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine, from Imam Syafi'i's point of view, the procedure for resolving employee wage payments in the event of business bankruptcy. A case study was used. conducted at Child Cafe Medan Area, which experienced bankruptcy. The research method includes data collection through interviews with relevant parties and document studies related to the process of paying employee wages when the company is bankrupt. The research results are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of handling employee wages in bankruptcy situations, especially considering the perspective of Islamic law. The analysis will cover aspects such as employee rights in wage payment, the obligations of bankrupt companies, and the possibility of fair and sustainable settlements for both parties. From the perspective of Imam Syafi'i, the settlement of employee wage payments in situations of company bankruptcy should be conducted with attention to the principles of justice and humanity. Companies are obliged to make every effort to fulfill their obligations to employees, even in conditions of bankruptcy. Conversely, employees are also expected to understand the company's situation and be willing to accept fair and realistic settlements.
