Digital imagery from digital image cameras often has some disturbances that may occur, such as lenses not focusing, spots appear caused by the imperfect capture process. This ineptness can be caused by uneven lighting resulting in uneven intensity, low image contrast and the appearance of noise in the image. Of course all these negative effects will reduce the quality on digital imagery. To overcome the noise, efforts need to be made to improve the quality of that image. One of them is by filtering the image both linearly and non-linearly. There are many methods that can be used to perform linear and non-linear filtering. Images that contain noise can limit the valuable information needed when image analysis is done. Gaussian filter is one of the linear filters that serves to smooth and eliminate noise in an image. Mean Filter is very simple and easy to implement and is very useful for reducing the variation in value of a pixel with the next pixel. This filter works by replacing the intensity of the pixel value with the average the neighboring pixels.

Teknologi otomatisasi sistem kendali dan mikrokontroler merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi air dan ketinggian air serta sistem untuk mengendalikan pompa air secara otomatis. Adapun proses otomatisasi dalam pengatur ketinggian air ini sangat penting agar dapat menghemat kebutuhan air pada kolam ikan. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatlah teknologi otomatisasi menggunakan logika fuzzy berbasis mikrokontroler, untuk sistem pendeteksi kondisi air dan ketinggian air serta sistem untuk mengendalikan pompa air, yang dapat diatur secara otomatis sesuai batas atas (maximal) dan batas bawah (minimal) serta dapat melakukan penggantian air kolam secara otomatis apabila air kolam sudah keruh.

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi otomatisasi sistem kendali dan mikrokontroler, berbagai alat yang praktis dan efisien telah banyak diciptakan. Tujuan pembuatan berbagai alat tersebut yaitu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah rutinitas yang dilakukan manusia secara umum diera modern seperti saat ini. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut perlu didukung adanya sarana maupun prasarana yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Penggunaan air pada kolam ikan harus dikondisikan seefektif mungkin, agar dapat dilakukan proses penggantian air yang tepat. Artinya air kolam ikan diganti apabila kondisinya sudah keruh, sehingga tidak akan membuang-buang air yang kondisinya masih bersih. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu cara agar bisa memantau dan mengatur ketinggian dan kekeruhan air dalam kolam dan mengatur penggantian air kolam secara otomatis, serta sistem yang dapat mengendalikan pompa secara otomatis untuk mengalirkan air kedalam bak kolam ikan.

The application of technology to agriculture provides an advantage in terms of increasing production or yields. In terms of maintaining a plant, it takes a long process, for example fertilizing, irrigation, synthesis of sunlight and others. Up to now, this work is still carried out by human labor so that it severely limits the yield or quantity of harvest. The application of technology for plant cultivation is planned to build an automatic irrigation system for hydroponic plants. Hydroponic plants are a type of plant that only need water in the process of growth. Thus a good irrigation system greatly affects the success of cultivating this type of plant. The results of this study are: First, designing a hydroponic plant maintenance system that works automatically with sensors and microcontrollers. Second, designing a control circuit using the ATMega8 Microcontroller as the system controller. And third, implementing the Fuzzy Set algorithm in the program so that the system can work properly.

The security condition of a file can be determined by means of several algorithms. So far, the identification of file security levels generally only uses the Google Drive link. Such security will take relatively fast time to be hacked by illegal data thieves and because it generally has limitations in file security. Knowing a link by the sender of the file can be retrieved by data thieves. It takes a system that is able to carry out the encryption process objectively, consistently and with clearer results. One of them is the segmentation process using the Elgamal RSA and LSB algorithms. The combination process aims to further secure the Combination of the RSA and LSB Elgamal algorithm combination files to encrypt data with more complicated calculations. From the results of data encryption into the image the sender file provides only the image, the recipient can retrieve a pdf of the image, even if the image is spread on the internet the data will be safe. Because retrieving data from the image requires the privacy key of the sender of the file and decrypts the calculation of the RSA and LSB Elgamal algorithm combination.

Ultrasound images are captured using high-frequency sound waves to create images with dark and bright spots throughout the subject. In this case, the resulting image will look blurry and some blobs will cause less information on the image. Degraded image quality due to noise. Noise can be caused by physical interference in the acquisition tool or by deliberate mishandling. Due to these problems, there is a need for a system that can enhance ultrasound images by minimizing existing noise. However, many methods have been developed to perform image enhancement by removing noise, which makes one method confusing with which method to use. Therefore, in this study, different methods for removing noise in ultrasound images, such as Gaussian filtering, mean and median, were compared to determine which method is better. The comparison of the three methods is based on PSNR and MSE values. Applied research results show that the median filtering method outperforms Gaussian and Mean methods in reducing noise in USG images to 60%.

AbstractThe problem of determining where to eat every seminar activities outside the city becomes a problem experienced by the participants of the seminar. In determining where to stay, decision support system using fuzzy multiple attribute is expected to provide the best solution in this case. The type of research is literature study by looking for reference theory relefan with cases or problems found. References that include general decision making, problem formulation, decision making of some fuzzy attributes, and generating a decision matrix that is expected to provide the best solution of the problem. These references can be searched from books, journals, research report articles, and websites on the internet. Control system automation technology and microcontroller is one way that is used to detect waterconditions and water levels as well as a system to automatically control a water pump. The process ofautomation in regulating water levels is very important in order to save water requirements in fishponds. In this study, automation technology was made using microcontroller-based fuzzy logic, for asystem of detecting water conditions and water levels and a system for controlling water pumps, whichcan be adjusted automatically according to the upper limit (maximal) and lower limit (minimum) andcan replace pool water automatically when the pool water is cloudy.Keywords: Water, fuzzy logic, microcontroller

The current large image storage capacity is increasingly important. This need, caused by the image to be stored more and more. Digital image processing in the field of image decomposition can be a solution to minimize memory needs in representing digital images. In this case the ratio in the decomposition process becomes the reference comparison between the decomposed image with the original image. In this research decomposition process using DWT algorithm. The image decomposition based discrete wavelet transform using the calculation system with the decomposition with the direction of the row and decomposition with the direction of the column. The decomposition process uses a leveling and subtraction formula by calculating the average value of two pairs of data. The results of this study indicate that the decomposition of digital images based on discrete wavelet transform is expected to be one useful algorithm in imaging technology for digital image decomposition.
